I play Gen 3 alot and I decided hoarding Pokemon and items was a pain when storage space was so limited, that and trading takes forever. So I created a PokeBank-like program for hoarding, trading, and managing Pokemon, Items, Pokeblocks, Mail, and Decorations. Trigger's PC is a tool designed for legit purposes. There really aren't enough tools for legit-play out there sadly. However, note it does extend some of the boundaries of the game to increase replayability and customization. Image Album | News: Release v1.0.1.1 is Here! (7/18/16 8:05PM) Big thanks to everyone who helped improve Trigger's PC during beta in order to make it into what it is now! Please read the following documentation before using Trigger's PC: Safety Guide Troubleshooting and Bug Reporting Guide Links: Trigger's PC Wiki GitHub Repository Smogon Forums Page Suggest Achievements for Trigger's PC! Project Goals for Later in Development: In-Tool Mart for all currencies. Use items and feed Pokeblocks to Pokemon. Ability to write mail. Show other miscellaneous stats in the Trainer Info tab. Achievements. Statistics Page. Long Term Project Goals: Add support for Gens 1 and 2 (Especially since trading between those games is even more of a pain). This will include trading Pokemon up to gen 3 permanently. Below is my current seed for a perfect shiny Ralts T^T I checked the raid list and it confirms that my next encounter must be a shiny!! But when I entered the Max Raid, Ralts wasn't shiny Am I doing something wrong? Thank you to everyone who replies. IF YOU KNOW AN ADMIN OR EXPERT, please feel free to tag them Edit 1: IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION that for Dentype Common, the Shinys still appear. But when Dentype is Rare, they don't.... maybe that's a bug or there's something that I'm missing.... Edit 2: One more thing. I have only cleared the first gym. Read somewhere that the number of rarity stars for dens goes up when you get more badges. That COULD potentially be the reason.... like, maybe I'm not yet qualified for 2-5 star dens so the shiny seeds won't work when I try to make a shiny rare den (which is 2-5 stars) p.s: DANG IT I KEEP EDITING

Is there a way to change which Mirage Spots (the random ones - Islands, Forests, Caves, Mountains) show up? I assume there's a set of flags linked to these elusive areas, that tell the game which are available and which are not; if these flags are located, then collecting the six Mirage TMs (66, 74, 84, 90, 91, 95) would be made so much easier, as would getting Fossils and Ditto and stuff.

Hey there everyone. I recently lost my Sun and Ultra Sun saves on my 2DS in an attempt to get homebrew on there with a bunch of my Pokemon and didn't think to back up the SD card because of how close I was to finishing. Long story short, my SD card got corrupted and when Windows 10 asked to "repair" it, it actually just wiped the entire drive and didn't warm me. So I found a way to get my old pokemon back through old backup saves on my other SD card (which I have backed up since in the incident) and to my avail, I found the Pokemon on a variety of saves. Now, these Pokemon are the culmination of almost 15 years since I was 5 and couldn't bear to think that I just lost them like that. Thousands of pokemon over the years and I wouldn't even know where to start on which ones I lost. Not even PokeBank could hold them all. My issue though is that while I edited them or whenever this happened, some of them got duplicated many times. Is there a program that helps me find duplicates and I can see a wide overview of my Pokemon? I thought of using Porybox but it hasn't been updated in two years, there is no way to download an entire box, and its incredibly sluggish with loading Pokemon. PkHeX is super helpful but only has like 31 boxes which is no where near enough for me, unless it can be increased or something like that than I will just use that to help me search through everything. Thanks to whoever can help me out! I very much appreciate it!

Hi! This is for those who use Cyber Sav / Gateway / Sav Elf To edit files, use PkHeX. This is a COMPLETE save file of all competitive Pokemon. They were all eggs born in version Y, X, AS and OR. All possible legendaries KB. There is 4 saves: OR, AS, Y and X save file. But I'm sending the dump with .pk6 [pkx] separate zip [db.zp]. Simply import the files on your own file in the same folder as PKHeX. Hi, is there any Gamecube Pokemon Box save editor? I want to extract the datas from my sav, just in backup. Thanks in advance.

I need help with the ".IV_XXX=" commands in the PKHeX batch editor. :frown: I want to give random IV values to all of my Pokémon, but I couldn't find a way to do so. I've already tried ".IV_ATK=$rand" but I guess that's not meant for that command. Also tried using the ".IVs=" one with no success, can't get it to modify all of the IVs at once. Any help? Is this randomization functionality implemented in the batch editor? Thanks in advance!!

I've been trying to make a mod of Pokemon Platinum (US) and thought I would use the PPRE 2.2.0 editor to make changes. However, when I try to save the project it only creates .pprj-files, and when I try to choose Export ROM, nothing happens. Creating a patch doesn't work either. So what do I have to do to save it as a new ROM (.nds) file? Thanks for your help.

This thread is for general help with PPRE Scripts. Do not ask for additions to be made to PPRE. We know that PPRE's script compiler has many flaws, so try and bear with us. You can read about the other PPRE business here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?303-PPRE-Project-Pokemon-s-ROM-Editor. If you need help for a thread, try and do some of it on your own. This is not a script request thread.

Hello, I am aware that PokeGen can be used as a Pokemon 5th Gen save file editor, but I would want to know if all main series 5th Gen games (BW/B2W2) are compatible with PokeGen when it is being run on a DS Flash Card. I would also want to know which flash cards allow trading Pokemon with retail cartridges (locally) if that is even possible. So basically, what DS flash cards are compatible with PokeGen when it is being used to edit the save file and if any of the cards also have the ability to trade locally with retail bought Pokemon DS cartridges. Thanks in advance!

If anybody knows what im doing wrong or if anybody knows another solution please let me know!!!

I think it would be cool to create (or port) PokeGen to the Android platform! I have many of the plans to do so already in my head, so mainly, the only things needed to do is just the time intensive coding portions. Of course, I would really like to get the approval of the PokeGen creator (since my code and GUI would be based off of the original PokeGen), but first I would like to see if anyone would like this idea? It would be a simple UI that would run on the android (very simple so most droids could use it), this way if you ever had any spontaneous need to create a Pokemon, or a really great idea for a Pokemon, then you could do it anytime, anywhere. Once created on the phone, a "PokeBox" application would be used to get all of your .pkm files onto your computer, in this way you would be able to use your .pkm files however you wish via your computer, edit it more, share with friends, etc. Eventually, I think it would be cool to port PokeSav to the Android. Unfortunately, I do my computer things in my spare time, so even if people thought the PokeGen for Android idea would be fun, I would still need time to put it all together. So what do you think? Would anyone actually use it? I really wouldn't like to spend many hours developing this tool if no one would want it. Thanks for your input! (Also, forgive me if this is the wrong area to post as I didn't know if it should be posted in the general topics or under the pokegen topics.)

PokeGen is now maintained by Mat. Current version: 3.1.13 <-- THIS IS A LINK, SINCE PEOPLE DON'T GET IT Be sure to always keep backups of your save files prior to editing. I'm not perfect, mistakes can exist in the program still. This program can be used for Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heart Gold, Soul Silver, Black, White, Black 2, and White 2 for the following tasks: Generating Action Replay codes to create Pokemon, modify the Pokedex, and add Mystery Gift data, including exporting to an XML file that can be dragged to the Action Replay code manager Loading and saving of save files. Pokemon data and Pokedex data can be fully modified. Loading and saving of party and PC .pkm files (136, 220, and 236 byte, encrypted and unencrypted) Adding Wonder Cards to save files Conversion of Action Replay codes into Pokemon information (This is limited.) Finding a PID to match IVs, nature, gender, ability, shininess, and hidden power type/power - with variable IVs Recalculating save file checksums Editing items Editing C-Gear background images Most of what you need to know to use the program is self-explanatory. However, there are now tooltips explaining just about everything in it. There are some things that aren't quite covered though: Windows XP or newer is required. (However, it does run without issues on "emulated" Windows programs for Mac OS and Linux.) (This is only applicable to generation 4 games, and maybe not even HG/SS.) Using codes for party Pokemon can sometimes cause bad eggs upon activating the code. You can just activate it again and it should fix the problem. (You can check the summary after activating each time to see if it's fixed, or just close the party display and re-open it.) I don't think there's any way around this. As far as I know, this has no negative effect on the game when you save, as long as you don't save it with a bad egg. (I'm not even sure if saving with a bad egg would be harmful, but there's no reason to do so.) Pokemon can be dragged around amongst party/box slots. .pkm files can be dragged into and from party/box slots. You can associate compatible files (save files, .pkm files, etc) with PokeGen to be able to easily load them from Explorer windows. Holding alt and clicking a Pokemon icon will display that Pokemon's information instead of requiring you to right click and "View data". Holding shift + alt and clicking a Pokemon icon will set the slot's data with the tab's data. Obviously this is equivalent to right clicking and selecting "Set". If you don't want to receive updates to certain languages, delete the corresponding language file. If you can't figure out how to do something, read the tooltips. For those that don't know, tooltips are an informative message that gets displayed when you stop your mouse pointer over a control (editbox, dropdown box, button, etc) for a short period of time. There's also the questions and answers thread that's being updated occasionally. Note the date on posts in this thread if you're reading through it. There were many changes to the program since its initial release, including a rename, removal of generation 3 support, and other major redesigns. Also, this thread used to be the only way to post feedback/bugs for the program, prior to a forum section being made. That's why it has tons of posts when it's a locked thread.

Here will be a nice list of ToDo's for PPSE. This list will be updated with new stuff, and old stuff will be subtracted as necessary. Change hardcoded resources.cpp information to a text or binary loaded resource to lower initialization file. Add PokeText <--> Unicode library for fixed-length, dynamic length strings, and trash byte support using the font dictable. Create a universal file loading handler to handle all possible formats. Handler will keep the file in memory then convert the file to the raw SAV format. Create a universal file saving handler to handle all possible formats. Handler will covert the modified sav file to the same format as the original file from memory. Handler should automatically handle headers/footers.

PPSE is, cross platform, open source software written in Qt C++, and is still very much in development. The release philosophy for PPSE will be to release things as soon as they are done and have everyone beta test. For those interested in the source code, the project has a public SVN: http://svn.projectpokemon.org/ppse/. For those that wish to view the source without downloading it, the trac browser is more useful: http://ppse.projectpokemon.org/trac/browser Features: -Both Platinum and DP support -Pokedex Editing -Drag and Drop Pokemon organization. Changelog: 0.00: Checksum Fixing for D/P and Pl. Save type determined automatically. 0.01: Pokedex Editing without most special cases (spinda included). 0.02: Pokedex Editing revamped by Jiggy-Ninja, unown order editing added (not fully functional). 0.03: Pokédex complete. Added all of the special forms dialogs into the UI. Added functionality to the sprite boxes as well, showing the proper default forms for each entry. Spinda's spots are drawn in the Individual tab according to the PID, but not drawn in the Formes tab. 0.04: (revision 95) One click complete Pokedex Added new button to complete the gender forms area. Pokemon organizing dialog inspired by Codemonkey's PKMN Box Mark II. It's awesome, really. Spinda form editor in Pokedex improved. You can now drag a save into the main PPSE window to load it if you don't want to use the load dialog. Added support for loading saves using the command line. This means that if you associate .sav files with ppse.exe, double-clicking the save file will automatically open it in PPSE. 0.05: (Revision 100) * Added some context menu options for the Pokemon Organizer. * Added ARDS code output option to the Pokedex Editor and Pokemon Organizer. Windows version Mac version [intel Macs only, so far] (compiled by Balrog) Linux version to be compiled.

I have a Dialga on diamond lv.80 and I just realised that it has the best nature (Modest-exra grouth in special attack) AND it's Mischivious!!!!! In PPRE people Edit Pokemon Moves. Put is there a AR way to Edit Moves? Like give Shadow Force 250 Power.
