I plan on making a new story for the games, and a new story means much more than a few small text changes. I plan on doing much more. I also plan on making new forms of Pokemon, and customly changing battles. I would like help in the forms of beta testers, writers, general Pokemon fans, and people who have experience in the field of making custom textures for Pokemon. I changed a ton of text on my own time the other day, but I realized if I truly wanted this I would need much more help. I am new to making a lot of different won hacking but I believe I can do this with help. -

Hi there. When I once tried out the Arceus-Glitch, I accidentally saved in the wrong location within the void. Now when I try to load my save-file, I can press "continue", then the Journal opens and works normally. When closing the Journal, I simply get a black screen. No sound, no nothing. I recently got a N2DS and dumped the save-game from the original cartridge and looked at it with PKHeX. Couldn't open "Trainer Info", because an IndexOutOfBoundException. My guess is for the coordinate input-elements, because when I used Pokesav to open them, they showed as such: Now I thought this was the issue. Changed coordinates to known, working ones: 411, 112, 1, 882. (I just created a new save-file and saved at the beginning to find out these coordinates). This unfortunately did not fix the problem, it still just black-screens. More Info: Pokemon Perl (GER), Save-File is in the attachments. Maybe someone here knows what could be up. All other flags seem quite normal in comparison to another save-file. Would be great to get to play my old Perl Savegame again. PS: Yes, I also used a friend's ActionReplayDS back then, which is painfully obvious when observing the save-file EDIT: Apparently, some Youtuber called it an BSOD, here is a video showing my problem (at the very end, I at least still get the Journal): POKEMON P.0.sav

can someone send me an exported copy of their pokemon x save file (should be called "main"). I want to shiny hunt in safari zone and pokeradar, but i restarted the game a while back and lost the motivation to beat it.

1. I downloaded the TWLSaveTool .zip file and extracted it to the root of my microSD card. 2. I also downloaded the .cia file and left it in microSD/cias/TWLSaveTool.cia 3. I switched to my 2DS XL with pokemon dream radar installed. Then I launched homebrew but TWL save tool had an undecipherable caption and lauching it only loaded one line of text (see pictures provided.) After that. the only thing i can do is power off my 2DS which leads to the picture provided that starts with "An exception occurred." 4. Since homebrew didnt work, i tried installing the .cia file now using fbi first and then dev menu. I got the TWLSaveTool to appear on the home menu but launching it results in the scenario i mentioned; black screen with one line of text. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? Infinite TMs in Gen IV --- Let me first preface this by saying that this was figured out by Mikelan98 (with some help from Nextworld and BagBoy to find some of the offsets in different languages). Mikelan98 has requested that you give credit to him if you implement this in your hack. This is simply a documentation so the information doesn't get lost - I didn't figure out any of this myself! This is for the American (U) versions of Platinum and Heart Gold / Soul Silver. Step 1: Extract the relevant files --- First we need to get the right files out of the ROM. For Platinum, you'll need the arm9.bin and the overlay_0084.bin files. For HG / SS, you'll need the decompressed arm9.bin and a decompressed overlay_0015.bin files. (Use the Extract(U) option in crystaltile2 to decompress.) Step 2: Edit the code to make the TM quantity not drop after use --- For Platinum, we want to make the following changes: * Search for "FE 00 28 07 D1 08 48" in the arm9.bin file. * Replace the "D1" with "E0" so that it now reads "FE 00 28 07 E0 08 48". For HG/SS, we want to make the following changes: * Search for "FD 00 28 07 D1 0A 48" in the decompressed arm9.bin file. * Replace the "D1" with "E0" so that it now reads "FD 00 28 07 E0 0A 48". Step 3: Edit the code to make the item quantity not appear for TMs in the bag --- For Platinum, we want to make the following changes: * Search for "FF F7 83 FF 04 B0" in the overlay_0084.bin file. * Replace the first four bytes with "00 00 00 00", so it should now read "00 00 00 00 04 B0". For HG/SS, we want to make the following changes: * Search for "81 42 53 D3" in the decompressed overlay_0015.bin file. * Replace the "D3" with E0 so that it now reads "81 42 53 E0". Step 4: Rebuild the ROM --- You'll need to reinsert the relevant files as needed. For HG/SS, you'll need to recompress them when adding them to the ROM by using the "Compression" option to import them back when using crystaltile2. After that, save and/or build your ROM, and you should find that TMs don't show a quantity anymore, and they also won't disappear after being used.- 9 replies

Hello, I started using PKHeX to try and get shiny pokemon and items I don't have. Whenever I load my game, it says "Saved file is corrupt", I cant for the life of me figure out how to get it to work. Here are some of the things I have tried: -resetting my new nintendo 3ds -resetting homebrew -resetting the save file in PHKHeX and writing over it -naming the save file "main" None of these things have worked, and where ever i look i cant find a way that actually works. I am using homebrew 2.0 and JK save manager. If there are any questions about anything else I am using please ask. I really want to figure out how to fix this. Thank you!

I just completed Pokemon Sun in citra (with 1 hacked Pokemon), it crashed with my main team, but my computer can't support Citra to well, and it will run out of application memory before I have the chance to save (im on mac). I need to hack through the champion battle, but when I check that in PKHeX, it skips all the ending events, like the ultra beast thing. Please tell me how I can work the research thing in Event Flag to make it seem like I just beat kukui. Also how to get back into my room, in the location i would be upon progressing. Please tell me how to either fix the application memory problem or hack through the hall of fame and after cut scenes. -

So like I tried downloading pkhex on my Chrome book laptop and it didn't work out as planned. So whoever made pkhex can you make a version for chromebook. So I use pkhex on the go. Thanks.

Hello, I'm trying to edit the elite 4 so that they have different trainer sprites and trainers altogether. Ie replace the current elite 4 with blue, red, cynthia, and steven. In which they all have their over world sprites vs intro screen and music. So far i managed to get their proper teams to work in game, however, the over world sprites register as the standard elite 4 theme, and when challenging them they use the normal battle theme for a trainer. Also instead of saying "pkmn trainer red would like to battle" it would say something along the lines of "red shauntal would like to battle" Anyone know how to make it work so that the elite 4 trainers i want to put in have their proper sprites and music playing? As much as I didn't want to resort to this, the GTS really doesn't like to distinguish it from the regular form and I'm tired of searching. I have every Totem form in my Ultra Moon game, thanks to choice GTS trades, except for this one. If anyone has a legitimate one from Heahea Beach that they're willing to part with I'll gladly take it off of your hands. I'll even accept a clone of it if that's an option. I would use PKHeX but I want to keep my save file as clean as possible from any injections.

Hello! So I've made this file (attached below) to use as a save file in Pokemon box with pkhex so I could have some of these Pokemon on my physical carts. However, no matter how I export the file in pkhex, the game will not show any Pokemon that I added into the save in game. Any idea why this might be happening? I've tried adding pokemon from my cart to an exported save then adding my new Pokemon, I've tried adding Pokemon on an exported save with no Pokemon. The second method would tell me that the save file was corrupted and the first method wouldn't show anything in my pc box. I've googled around for answers for hours and I couldn't find anything Thanks for any help 01-GPXE-pokemon_rs_memory_box_00.gci

I made the mistake of ending my file with out knowing there was an update to the game, so I edited my save then imported it to the game, then updating my game (was mashing buttons with out looking) So now it wont load and crashes as soon as I hit the game to play. If someone would be kind enough to allow me to have a copy of a completed save file or unfinished save that has the update that would be grand, or any help to fix the issue. If this is the wrong spot or, a thread like this is started let me know Ill make the changes that need to be done so the thread is in the correct spot. Thank you.

So I want to make the zygarde encounter in Ultra sun/Ultra moon permenantly shiny (I'm aware this isn't legal). Basically every time I encounter him, I want him to be garunteed to be shiny. Can I do this with either pkhex or pk3ds? Preferably with pkhex, if its not possible with either of these, its possible i can edit the hex values of the game. I have cfw and luma and all of that. Much appreciated

I don't know if I'm in the right place for this kind of question, but can anyone make an Action Replay DSi Code for Pokémon SoulSilver to Unlock The Second Safari Zone Test Instantly? Like, you press L+R and Baoba calls you for the second test? And you catch a Sandshrew? I have not been able to unlock it in any way possible, even by waiting for him to call. Any Help would be much appreciated. Thanks. PS: I used the Unlock all PokeGear Phone Numbers, and THAT might have to do with some of why it doesn't work. -
Does anyone know how to modify the exchange values ?, that is; that is not 10 or 40 if it is not 340 or a number like that. I tried to explore with Pkhex but I really could not and I did not understand what he was doing. Thank you very much.

This doesn't count as save editing, does it? Can you please make it so that the Party Pokémon Box in PBR is accessible in PKHeX? I can't move them around in the game itself and I really want their data. I wonder if it's the same in Colosseum and XD...
