  1. Similar to the generation 4, the third generation games does not encrypt Pokémon data in the RAM; therefore, making the process of finding Pokémon data during battles becomes relatively easy. As outlined on Data Crystal’s “Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen:RAM map” enemy Pokémon start at index 0x0202402C and party Pokémon start at 0x02024284 in the RAM with each Pokémon consisting of 100 bytes. However, only the first 80 bytes is important for extracting Pokémon from the RAM with the structure looks like this. Table: Additional Reading and Resources:

  3. Hello projectpokemon. I've tried the following programs; PokeFinder, RNG Reporter, and Windows Calculator to generate a legal shiny 6IV Adamant natured Rayquaza in Emerald version. However, I never ever get Adamant nature in the search results. Can you guys write a program that is capable of generating valid shiny 6IV PIDs of any specified nature? Should PKHeX also have a more sophisticated PID generator that allows users to specify the gender, nature, IVs, shininess, ability, and encounter slot for generation 3 and 4 Pokemon games? This would make it significantly easier for users to generate

I suggest you to not use them online. They can be transferred up to Home with Poké Transporter and Poké Bank. English version of this Celebi is here: More detailed instruction on how to get these Pokémon can be found here.

This page contains several savefiles dumped from cartridges that were distributed a plethora of event pokemon directly from the Pokemon Center New York PCNY distribution hardware that recently surfaced. Hopefully it provides enough public satisfaction for everyone, while the preservation team undertakes this grand and lengthy task of hopefully enabling the software to become usable via emulation, as well as hopefully producing hardware mods for a publicly feasible physical method of distributing. This is our most major project by a long shot and will likely take quite some time, however now th
  7. Hey so a lot of people have over the years asked me about my save files and some of them have been made obsolete/deprecated. I had a lot of time this year to fix/polish some of my older save files, and then I got overwhelmed with all of the Pokemon files on my Desktop so I'm just going to dump all of what I have into a zip file and make it public for all of you to use. Some Pokemon players want to own every single Pokemon and have it be the best version it can possibly be (competitive movesets, shiny, events, pokerus, all ribbons, etc etc), so ever since 2015 I decided to take this to the

This is a Japanese Pokemon Ruby save file that I scanned my "Decoration present" E-reader card on to get the Regi Dolls in my save, using official hardware. I discovered that it was possible to use the decoration trader NPC to trade secret base decorations between games to get every secret base decoration in the English games. (Or any language, I just happen to be in North America.) To get the decoration trader NPC into your game (Without mixing records), your ID needs to end in a 4 or a 5. Alternatively, if you don't have him and you need him. It would be a simple task to create new save

These are Pokemon FireRed savefiles which contain a compilation of legit event Pokemon for the Generation 3 games (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed & LeafGreen). These savefiles have been in development by several ProjectPokemon members since April 2016, but has been hosted exclusively on another website. As of now, these savefiles will be concurrently hosted on ProjectPokemon as well. The Genaration III Pokemon games had a ton of events, many of which are extremely hard to obtain today. The Gen III games predate any sort of internet trading, and the event Pokemon from this generation
  11. Hello I hope you are well. I thank you from the heart to help me with this search, either with a tip, the files or clarifying little things about these, thank you very much. I'm looking for some Gen 3 events in Japan and for all english games, besides asking them something about the pokemon found in the Dream Radar and delivered by Global Link (more information to know what I mean in this link: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Pokémon_Global_Link_promotions/Pokémon). Question: Do the Pokemon captured on the Dream Radar and those delivered by the Global Link have the ID and

  13. Hiya. I'm trying to get this 64 kb no$gba Fire Red sav file converted into a sav compatible with native gba hardware. Anytime I've tried injecting the save with GBA Backup Tool, an error occurs that basically says the file size (64 kb) is too small. I don't know how to make this 64 kb file into 128 kb. I'm trying to get this sav file to work with my GBA so I can transfer the Pokemon up to current Gen (hopefully some of them can get to Galar). I'm not sure if it's actually possible, but I'd appreciate any solution. Doing it for a buddy, thanks in advance. Pokemon_-_Fire_Red_Version_U_V1.1.

  15. In this thread you can find Action Replay v3/4 codes for the e-Reader berries. These berries will replace the Enigma Berry (#43) with a custom one. The new berry will be available until you inject another berry or remove the data, in latter case all occurences become an Enigma Berry. Since the berries consist of a lot of data (about 1.29 KB) which the AR can not handle in a single code (maximum ist about 50 lines) they had to be split into multiple parts. The codes were already shortened with loop codes but still they are too large for a single code. Use them as follows: e

  19. Hello! So I've made this file (attached below) to use as a save file in Pokemon box with pkhex so I could have some of these Pokemon on my physical carts. However, no matter how I export the file in pkhex, the game will not show any Pokemon that I added into the save in game. Any idea why this might be happening? I've tried adding pokemon from my cart to an exported save then adding my new Pokemon, I've tried adding Pokemon on an exported save with no Pokemon. The second method would tell me that the save file was corrupted and the first method wouldn't show anything in my pc box. I've googled
  20. Does anyone know if there's a gen 3 save editor tool for firered and leafgreen which is able to view the roamer legendary beast's stats (suicune/entei/raikou)? I just thought if there's one as I'm trying to shiny hunt the roaming suicune on my leafgreen and looking for other ways of determining its stats without encountering it in the wild

Under the "Met" section: I assume setting Met Level to 0 would imply that it hatched from an egg just like A-Save? Under the "OT/Misc" section: What does the "Extra Bytes" stand for? I have the option of 0x2A or 0x2B but they do not seem to do anything. Under the "Misc Edits" section: Which flags am I suppo
  22. Title pretty much explains it. I'd like to change Brendan's name to Sapphire, and Wally's to Emerald. I'm sure it could probably be accomplished via hex editing, but I don't know if there would be a character limit, like a rename for Wally could only have 5 characters to keep from messing up the text boxes. I wouldn't imagine that would be the case, since the text boxes seem to be generated to accommodate the length of the player's name (i.e. adding an extra if the you used all ten spaces when naming the character, as opposed to three or four, pushing the dialogue after the player's name forwa

Okay so im trying to generate, from scratch, a shiny kyogre, groudon and rayquaza. these pokemon are only available as shiny from gen 3. im using emerald, however if i try to use the ones i have so far in rated special battle, it tells me that something is wrong with one of my pokemon (being on of these 3) i was wondering if anyone have detailed information on how to make these legit. i would love to pull out a shiny primal kyogre or groudon in rated battles
  24. Hello Researchers! Today I have discovered an exploit for Generation 3 that affects Pokemon Legality for RNG. The exploit can be done in 2 ways. One way is to take a save file with Japanese/Localized dual compatible names and nicknames from a Japanese Gen 3 game, flash it to an English cart, and then take any already-nicknamed Pokemon (pre-naming fixes a bug with bank compatibility for Japanese-exclusive Pokemon like mew) to the name rater to enjoy longer English names when kept on that same file. The more legit way is to RNG both region games to have a 5 to 1 digit cross region OT, with
