Formula to find whether a Pokémon is banned or not is P=(8×B)+b with: P (Pokémon) being a number between 0 and 649 included; B being the Byte number, counting from 0; b being the bit number from a given Byte, from 0 to 7 included read from right to left. It is very strict I cannot understand, as long as I have a hex editor that can read in Binary. And furthermore, your Banlist may be less or more than a THEORY, as I tried turning that Banlist for Black 2 to remove the Banners from the PWT. And of course it is in the hexadecimal of the narc 6 that you explain. But instead of hitting unpack, I click "Hexadecimal." It turns out that only with Edit the second B0 0E to "00 00" (found at offset 0000000B0 of Columns C and D) You could Unban All Legendary Pokémon in Battle Subway!! (Only for the Single Player train.) And it Works!! Battle Subway: Single - Turn this Bytes to "00 00" to Unban everthing RESULTS: Well this only works for the Single Player mode of Battle Subway. But! I also discovered for Double, Multi and also the 4 PWT modes! (Single, Double, Triple & Rotation) Just look at these screenshots.... Battle Subway: Double - Turn this Bytes to "00 00" to Unban everthing Battle Subway: Multi - Turn this Bytes to "00 00" to Unban everthing PWT: Single - Turn this Bytes to "00 00" to Unban everthing PWT: Double - Turn this Bytes to "00 00" to Unban everthing PWT: Triple - Turn this Bytes to "00 00" to Unban everthing PWT: Rotation - Turn this Bytes to "00 00" to Unban everthing Normally this works 100% in Double and Multi modes of Battle Subway. But... for PWT... I know my Legendary Pokémons can finally be Unbanned. But when selecting any Pokémon team, be it in the Gym Leaders or Champions mode in any mode: Individual, Double, Triple & Rotation. When the game loading the quarterfinals, for no reason the game freezes and stays on BLACK SCREEN. I don't know why this happens? But I was about to let go of my desperation to play my Legendary Pokémon. But this... Oh my gosh I have no idea what to do... I was happy that my Legendary Pokémon were unbanned, but now I'm DESPERATE for this! Why... Why did a screenshot have to happen, WHY!? I'm so sad. We need you to explain how your formula is used, but that requires a video tutorial, please help us, as this thread happened 6 years later.

oh Thank God , so its just pkhex's legality with wild area is still a work in progress and there's no corruption in my save

thats supose to be the new "kubfu" but its not. also i tranferred a wartortale from pokemon home and now its nowhere to be found in pkhex oh and slowpoke shows up as galor form when its supose to be alhon form

Oh yeah, I know how RNG manip generally works, I was moreso curious if the "locked" date you get with the event downloads would also lock the IVs/Nature because of the Pokemon having some kind of internal date. I guess I'll just edit the summary to have the correct date then, so they correspond to the correct seed?

Oh I wasn't aware of PokeFinder, I'll try that thank-you I was planning to eventually move the living dex to Bank and Home. I believe I have all the necessary hardware to do this too, bascially trading via link cable, then Park Pal, Poke Transfer Lab etc until I have access to Bank, which is easy from there on. I'm not familiar with using a script feature as you've suggested to mass modify all IVs, I should look into that more! Thank-you for your post, I appreciate the assistance.

I will be clear here lol My process: after when I put the Mew on the box, -> File -> Export Save -> Export main -> Replaced the previous file, copied on JKSV and replaced -> Back to my switch -> Album -> JKSV -> Search Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu -> Overwrite the save game -> Turned on the game and is the same I don't know what is wrong...

Oh sorry, I missed that part about the trade. Well the thing is, the upside is that the Shellder matches the correlation of an in-game mon, so it *could* potentially be a Jeremy mon. But the downside is, given it matches the correlation of an in-game mon, anyone could have caught a Shellder that matches the known details, then just swapped on the correct OT, TID, SID. So it's usually a good sign if it's a Jeremy mon that matched the details + was on a site/link like, for the past 10-15 years.

Updated to b1.1.0. This update is mostly a buff pass, going through some species I missed before, such as Primeape, Dewgong, Seaking, and to a lesser extent, Omastar. Note that if you own certain Pokemon changed by this update, evolving them might cause some unexpected effects. For example, if you had a Seel with Thick Fat, it will evolve into a Dewgong with Deadeye. There shouldn't be any other issues with updating, however. Oh, also, if you have a Pokemon that knows Rage earlier than is now intended, you get to have godlike power for a while. Changelog:

Oh okay. I think I misunderstood. I thought this was a way to make a Reveal Glass added in with PkHex work or receive a working one from the NPC without needing a 3DS and Dream Radar.

I'm just waiting for my GBA - GCN cable to arrive from my friend. (He shipped it out today). Change of plans! Mattle Ho-oh: I'm going to be making a save state before the final 10 battles. Converting the save file to every language so people can do the 10 battles and get their own Mattle Ho-oh. Duking's Plusle: I'm going to re-play up to the point where you get this and obtain it in every language using a save state. (Unless I have an early enough save from my German run.) Un-released Pokemon: Colosseum Pika/Agate Celebi: I'll be obtaining these after I get Ho-oh. Hopefully I have enough Pokecoupons. Since nobody wants to or is able to convert the Action Replay codes, I'll be using my German Colosseum save-states to get multiples and just change the nicknames/language. I'll have to figure out what AGATE and COLOS are in the other languages though to change the OT. E-reader mons: I'm going to battle the E-reader trainers 1 final time. I'm going to save at the PC next to them before each battle. I'm going to copy my German save to every language and make save states for all languages. The OT will be PPorg and the ID numbers will be all 0's. Just use the Colo/XD: save editor to input your own OT/ID/SID and catch them in your desired language. Everybody will be able to get personalized E-reader mons in any language. I'll be sharing them with @jojo12100, @Deoxyz and maybe a couple others first. Then turning them over to @theSLAYER to upload to the event gallery. Where I believe all but Japan will be in the un-released section.

Assuming everything falls into place on the developers side with CFW, PKHeX, the research into the data structures, generation methods, etc, we should be able to create GO Pokemon in Let's Go's GO Park portion of the save, correct? This isn't a huge deal for me in regards to Generation 1/Kanto Pokemon, as I've been able to catch them all. But starting with Generation II/Johto, that's been a different story. I haven't been able to find a single Unown and raids don't seem to be of interest to anyone around here anymore. Meaning I wasn't able to snag Suicune, Ho-Oh or any of the Generation 3 Legendaries. That'll be less of a problem is all of them cycle through the Research, but if it's only the weaker sub-legends, then there will still be gaps in my collection. There's also those pesky Regional Exclusives... So I rather just inject the fakes in later games and capture them for my personal collection.

Oh ok, well there you go, guess I learnt something today haha. My PKHeX is up to date too (it doesn't show an update available in the top corner and just checked the download page) so not sure why it's flagging my Gmax Toxtricity as illegal. It was caught from this months event den.
