These will be shiny when transported to Bank (it does transfer, I've tried) and the file consists of lvl1 Slowbro and lvl 6 Gengar. So if you want underleveled shiny glitch mons, today's your day!
  4. Version 1.2.1

This is the rarest possible form of Sinistea I could think of This Pokémon possesses the following attributes: star/square shiny, antique, has Pokérus, rare mark, has all earn-able SWSH ribbons, Level 100, fully EV trained, competitive nature, In a Beast Ball, battle ready, max PP, dynamax level 10 holding a Master Ball. It's fully legal and technically possible to encounter, but the chances of encountering one like this are so extremely low. The IVs are optimized for competitive (Perfect IVs except for 0 in attack)
  5. I am curious to know whether people believe acquiring an event mew in VC1, then using ACE bugs to change its DVs so it will be shiny when pokebanked, should considered legal.
  6. Version 1.0.0

This ZIP file contains everything you could ever need. Gens 1-8 normal and shiny, all alts, events, Gamecube, Go living dex an eggs.
  7. Edit: I found the button that makes it a spoiler block
  8. So, for context, I've already modified the offset 08 28 @ 0x18DF0 in the arm9 to FF 28, making the base shiny odds ~1/257. Would there be a way to modify the amount of rerolls the game does to increase that even more to like ~1/10 for testing purposes only. I wouldn't mind if we have to modify the Shiny Charm's effects as well, literally don't know where the offset would be.
  9. Desperately need codes for Pokemon Platinum that contain the 3 Legendary Beasts (Shiny) from the 13th Movie: Entei, Raikou and Suicune Been searching for the codes for 3 days HG/SS codes are widely available but really need codes for Platinum (US) https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Legendary_beasts_(M13)#Suicune

Pokémon were captured by me and modified to get him shiny 6IV. I'll update the file as soon as I capture them. I believe SID, PID and TID are linked to get them legal shiny, as PKHEX shiny generated says that are not legal.
  12. I am looking for pk8 files for a Lunala and a Solgaleo with the OTs as Moonset and Sunset. If you have them, please DM me or offer to add them to the next PKHeX update

All Pokemon are holding their respective orbs, have 31 IVs, and are shiny. Dialga and Giratina have Modest natures; Palkia has a Timid nature. All at level 1. TID = 19847, SID = 56246. .pk4 format

A shiny legal mew obtained in generation 3 and transferred up to generation 8 i just wanted to share it, you can change its name with pkhex and things should be fine just be careful messing with the ivs it might mess it up and it is hyper trained and the Home tracker has been removed from the mew for privacy
  15. I'm currently trying to improve the shiny charm in pokemon white 2. Why do I try to do that rather than edit the overall shiny odd ? It's because in pokemon volt white 2 drayano made some cleanup in the game files and it's impossible to reinsert arm9.bin back to the game once it's edited. Following what @Andibad and @Bond697 said in the topics above, I tried to find a way to edit shiny charm but i'm stuck. I don't know what value I should edit since it's a key item. Does it work the same as berries ?

  17. Hello, could someone please create a file for any of the 4 generation 7 games for the 3Ds with all shiny pokemon that are compatible with Sword and Shield? Thanks in advance.
  18. Hello everyone! After spending a good hour and half trying to figure it out, and with a little help from the forums... I was able to generate a shiny, 6IV, Timid Manaphy that I wanted to share with you all so that you may have it as well. PKHeX is not flagging it as illegal, and it is able to trade through Link Trade! Feel free to download this 6IV, shiny, Timid Manaphy below! I have included both the .pk7 file, as well as two screenshots of PKHeX (one showing the Pokemon's info, and the other showing the IVs) where you can see the beautiful green check mark. 490 ★ - 6IV FOX Manaphy - E49D7942EF72.pk7
  19. Hey there everyone, so I got this PCNYb shiny Mew off someone from HeartGold (Met Location: Poké Transfer), it was tradable through Link Trade on a Gen VII game (USUM). But, PKHeX is flagging it as illegal. Is there anyone who can verify this Pokémon for me? Any help would be appreciated. Like I said it was tradeable through Link Trade. And if it is legal I’d like to contribute it.
  20. Hello, I have been trying to generate a legit shiny manaphy from pokemon ranger but when i turn it shiny, it says wrong PID. I got my saves from a r4 so i can only mods my save file in these generation. So How do I get a legit PID with shiny

This page contains several savefiles dumped from cartridges that were distributed a plethora of event pokemon directly from the Pokemon Center New York PCNY distribution hardware that recently surfaced. Hopefully it provides enough public satisfaction for everyone, while the preservation team undertakes this grand and lengthy task of hopefully enabling the software to become usable via emulation, as well as hopefully producing hardware mods for a publicly feasible physical method of distributing. This is our most major project by a long shot and will likely take quite some time, however now that everything is permanently in Project Pokemon's possession, any roadblocks toward the final goals would be on the technical side. Luckily the best minds are at work on each aspect of this project, so without revealing any further details in regards to that, have patience and remain optimistic. -------------------- For Generation III, a full box per campaign was distributed, with the TID for each incrementing from 00001 to 00030. The Ruby savefile is a male trainer so the OT names are all blue colored, and was loaded using the PCNYc memory card in Slot B of the NR GameCube. The Sapphire savefile is a female trainer so the OT names are all red colored, and was loaded using the PCNYd memory card in Slot B of the NR GameCube. Seven Gen 3 campaigns were preserved from the Slot A memory cards obtained. Each box in both savefiles have at least a few of every pokemon from the respective campaigns. For Generation II, three full boxes per campaign were distributed, with the TID for each incrementing from 00001 to 00060. This Gold savefile was loaded using the PCNYc memory card in Slot B of the NR GameCube. Four Gen 2 campaigns were preserved from the Slot A memory cards obtained. Each box will have at least a few of every pokemon from the respective campaigns, even those with normally extremely rare unlikely odds. -------------------- Generation III: Evolution Stone Campaign: 30 Aug 2003 - 4 Sept 2003 Pikachu Lv50 - Thunder Stone 25% Gloom Lv50 - Sun Stone 25% / Leaf Stone 25% Staryu Lv50 - Water Stone 25% ----- Monster Week 1 Campaign: 18 Oct 2003 - 24 Oct 2003 Cacturne Lv50 - 25% Duskull Lv25 - 25% Shuppet Lv25 - 25% Shedinja Lv50 - 25% ----- Campaign 1: 15 May 2004 - 22 May 2004 Houndour Lv5 - 50% Mareep Lv5 - 50% ----- Campaign 3: 31 July 2004 - Aug 6 2004 Azurill Lv5 - 20% / Soothe Bell 5% Wynaut Lv5 - 25% Gorebyss Lv20 - 25% Huntail Lv20 - 25% ----- Campaign 4: 7 Aug 2004 - 13 Aug 2004 Zangoose Lv18 - 20% / Quick Claw 5% Seviper Lv19 - 25% Milotic Lv35 - 25% Kingdra Lv35 - 25% ----- Campaign 5: 14 Aug 2004 - 20 Aug 2004 Armaldo Lv40 - 25% Sableye Lv18 - 20% / Bright Powder 5% Mawile Lv18 - 25% Cradily Lv40 - 25% ----- Campaign 6: 21 Aug 2004 - 27 Aug 2004 Machamp Lv30 - 20% / Choice Band 5% Ludicolo Lv20 - 25% Shiftry Lv20 - 25% Golem Lv30 - 25% -------------------- Generation II: Silver Cave Campaign: 1 Nov 2002 - 7 Nov 2002 Synthesis Tangela Egg - Normal 17% / Shiny 3% Low Kick Ponyta Egg - Normal 17% / Shiny 3% Low Kick Doduo Egg - Normal 17% / Shiny 3% Hypnosis Misdreavus Egg - Normal 17% / Shiny 3% Rage Larvitar Egg - Normal 17% / Shiny 3% ----- Union Cave Campaign: 8 Nov 2002 - 14 Nov 2002 Twister Staryu Egg - Normal 18.5% / Shiny 3.5% Metal Claw Krabby Egg - Normal 18.5% / Shiny 3.5% Sharpen Onix Egg - Normal 18.5% / Shiny 3.5% Swords Dance Goldeen Egg - Normal 18.5% / Shiny 3.5% Future Sight Lapras Egg - Normal 11% / Shiny 2% ----- Johto Legend Campaign: 15 Nov 2002 - 21 Nov 2002 Shiny Raikou Lv40 - 33% Shiny Entei Lv40 - 33% Shiny Suicune Lv40 - 33% Shiny Lugia Lv40 - 0.5% Shiny Ho-oh Lv40 - 0.5% ----- Celebi Present Campaign: 22 Nov 2002 - 28 Nov 2002 Celebi Lv5 - 98.5% Shiny Celebi Lv5 - 1% Shiny Mew Lv5 - 0.5%

This is a save file I modified for a friend of mine. Trainer name: Julee All Pokemon are legal and shiny if possible.
  23. Hello, first time here on the forums and I'm looking to see if anyone can help me see if a Shiny Celebi I got traded is even legit, or at least legal. not nicknamed Level 30 Virtual Console mark Moves (w/ proper PP) - Heal Bell, Safeguard, Ancient Power & Future Sight 5IV (only Decent attack) no EVs OT: Velma (31121) Obtained through VC Coin Case glitch What bothers me is that I know that the ID is from a Japanese Celebi event. So if anyone can explain why this is the case, and if Shiny Celebi is legit/legal or not, I would much appreciate it!
