I'm currently trying to improve the shiny charm in pokemon white 2. Why do I try to do that rather than edit the overall shiny odd ? It's because in pokemon volt white 2 drayano made some cleanup in the game files and it's impossible to reinsert arm9.bin back to the game once it's edited. Following what @Andibad and @Bond697 said in the topics above, I tried to find a way to edit shiny charm but i'm stuck. I don't know what value I should edit since it's a key item. Does it work the same as berries ?

Hello projectpokemon. I've tried the following programs; PokeFinder, RNG Reporter, and Windows Calculator to generate a legal shiny 6IV Adamant natured Rayquaza in Emerald version. However, I never ever get Adamant nature in the search results. Can you guys write a program that is capable of generating valid shiny 6IV PIDs of any specified nature? Should PKHeX also have a more sophisticated PID generator that allows users to specify the gender, nature, IVs, shininess, ability, and encounter slot for generation 3 and 4 Pokemon games? This would make it significantly easier for users to generate legal generation 3 and 4 Pokemon. Thank you and best wishes projectpokemon! -

This is a pretty accurate replica of a Japanese Psyduck with the OT "ジュン", or Jun, which is an abbreviation for Junichi, of course for Junichi Masuda. There were two other OTs alongside Jun: "けん", or Ken, which stands for Ken Sugimori, and "しげしげ", or ShigeShige, which stands for Shigeki Morimoto. Given out in the GTS in the Diamond and Pearl games, they were distributed to a total of 30 players for each OT Psyduck starting August 7th, 2007 and ending August 30th, 2007. To my knowledge no completely legitimate Psyduck has ever surfaced, at least on the internet. The only faults with this replica are the Pokemon ID and potentially the IVs. I would have filled the PC Boxes with all 386 Pokémon...but you only have 3 PC Boxes! I added some useful Pokémon into box 3 though. 750 the most important items are in your bag. Hay I need help badly, I've asked on discord but when I look it up on google (like some people have said to do) there are no helpful results... all I'm asking is for help with some competitive move sets for my Pokémon in gen 3, in this case emerald/colo. I need help with three move sets for Salamance for two event eggmoves and one for a normal in game eggmove, ill list them below. Moves: * iron defense * wish * hydro pump some of the most reliable sites were of no help when it came to move sets for these moves. even looking up "competitive (insert listed move here) salamance" resulted in no help at all just info for move sets for gens that are not gen 3 but had the moves in them. (granted smogon did have one for wish but not the set I thought was helpful sents I don't really use moves like protect that much) I really need help with these move sets for gen 3, if anybody can help plz respond im about to give up looking for these sets and just focus on other Pokémon….

hay replaying emerald for the umpteenth time and need some help with a team to basically one shot or help het past all floors in emeralds Trainer Hall. As I've no access to a 3DS currently, (otherwise I'd love to figure out the process here), I'm hoping some kind soul with a bit of extra time (and a 3DS with homebrew?) might be able to help! What I *do* have access to is a Mac with pkhex, a DSi XL and an R4 card with pkmnchest, so if I were to receive a new gen5 save file, or simply a pk5 file, I should be able to take it from there! I've only got 2 shiny pkmn in my Crystal sav file (attached, via emulation and extraction from R4 card) and I hunted them for quite a long time, so the emotional attachment is silly but real. They are Quilava and Smoochum, aptly named "Starshine" and "Sugababe," respectively... I believe the next step would be to inject the sav into a virtual console rom, then utilize the poketransfer app(?), Pokemon bank(?), OR a homebrew app (of which I'm blanking on the name) to transfer / convert for compatibility into a gen5 save file or pk5 file. MOST IMPORTANTLY I'm looking for the most direct and legitimate route that wouldn't involve manually adjusting any of their stats, and instead being able to see what natures, abilities, IVs etc come out on the other end. Thus, why I'm not really interested in manipulating them in any fashion via pkhex or other apps. Massive love to anyone willing to help! Hello! Apologies in advance if this is a very simple question or if it's posted in the wrong place. I just signed up today to try to learn how to edit NDS saves. I think I understand how it works for the most part, but again I'm new to all of this. I know you can edit CGear skins in pokemon gen 5 with PKhex, and I found how to do that [here]. I also want to change the skin on my pokedex. Trying to find how to edit a different pokedex skin, [here], it says I can only do that with an apparently Japanese program. I can't read Japanese. Is there another way to do this?

Scenario 1: In Pokémon Soulsilver I caught 2 Vulpix and engaged in a few Trainer Battles. I open the Save in PKHex. The Vulpix appears as "caught" in the Pokédex; The XP gained from Trainer Battles is there; Both Vulpix do not appear in PKHex. Scenario 2: In Pokémon Soulsilver I caught 3 Magnemite. I open the Save in PKHex. They appear there normally. I edit 1 into Magneton. I edit 1 into Magnezone. Legality check: Tick. I export the Main. I open the Game: 3 Magnemite in their original Position. No edits carried over. (In short: sometimes Game Pokémon dissappear in PKHex; Sometimes PKHex Pokémon disappear in the Game) (This Save will only have the Scenario 1 - Vulpix Error) Pokémon - SoulSilver.sav2 (The Trainers in the South haven't been battled, because I gave myself the Gym Badges. If I went through the entire Region again, I would have to do everything again, once the error occurs again.) Attempted Fix: Starting a new Game, editing TID, SID, Items etc. too look as close as the old file. Initially works. No Game-PKHex problems. But after 2-3 Saves, this problem comes up again.

I have an issue trying to get the original hat Pikachu event. I downloaded a file for all of the hat pikachus, but this one in particular seems to show the following fail message (I tried about 12 of them that I had in the MG database and they all showed the same error). Does anybody know a fix for this, or if the error is even valid in the first place?

First of all, this is my first time asking on this site I think, so if I created this topic in the wrong place or I broke the rules on accident, sorry in advance! But I have something to ask that intrigues me. On the start of playing Pokémon Moon, when Pokémon Bank was made compatible with Gen 7 years ago, I sent a lot of shiny legendary Pokémon from Gen 4, made them appear as shiny with an emulator, then resetting their encounters with another code a ton of times to encounter them infinitely, and sent from R4 to real cartridge to be transfered. Doing this, the PKHex program recognizes the PID of these mons as invalid on the shininess, as it would be expected. One of these Pokémon was Shaymin. From those days of giving shiny legendaries, now only 2 shiny Shaymin remain with me. Checking PKHex on my Moon save now, however, I found something a bit astonishing: one of the Shaymin's PID matched its supposedly fake shininess. All was legal, the program said... I know if you add shiny with the program on Gen 3 and 4 mons, the PID will not match no matter how you roll it unless you use an advance PID separated program ...that means that one Shaymin I encountered was actually a legit, full odds shiny? I'm legit curious and that would be awesome. Also, on a side note, I no longer do those types of things with emulators anymore. In fact I hope to reset for my first shiny legendary Pokémon soon!
