    I prefer pokemon activated events because you can use the pokemon afterward, it isn't just a useless item.

    Discontinuing the other one sounds like a good idea to me because it frees up your time to focus on the one that is better in my opinion.

    I don't like my name on my avatar because it takes up to much space and detracts form the actual art. I personally like the Japanese on my sig, in fact I bought the Japanese version of Platinum and haven't updated to the english game largely due to the way the names look( Yes I own only the Japanese copy and am proud to say I beat it Four times without knowing any Japanese:D). But thanks for the feedback. And I give your Sig a 6/10 because it wasn't cutout well and it does not flow together well either.

    I am also on vacation right now and don't have Photoshop on this computer so I can't try anything until Thursday at the earliest and by then it will probably be done already. So sorry I am out of town.

    No I don't but I was converting the Gamefaqs.com saves and most are for ARDS Media Edition.

    You also have the database for it to. I am hopeful that they don't just throw the event out the window or change it horribly. This event might be triggered by a cool event Pokemon instead of the GS ball. It seems that most new events are unlocked by a Pokemon instead of an event item and I think it is a better way of doing things. One advantage is you can trade the event Pokemon to your friends and let them receive the event as well.

    I hope they put a lot of effort into the design. If I decide that the design sucks when it is revealed I will go with the metallic blue japan exclusive. The design for the DP special edition was amazing and it would be nice to see something similar. In my opinion they will probably try something different because they want to attract as much attention to the new DSi special edition as possible and if it looks close to the DP one it won't attract that attention.

    It looks as though the contest buildings are back and not just one master contest area like in DPP (I saw them in other scans).

    I loved the import of Platinum so much I still haven't gotten the English one yet. I have this strange felling that might happen with SS for me. And Gold Xf I agree it will be great to play it before my friends.

    I was thinking that like with the FF DSi system they might have the word pokemon warped around the camera and Lugia and Ho-Ho on the rest of the system. Here is a ruff idea for the design PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS MADE BY ME WITH PHOTOSHOP (I was not shouting it was so people don't ask if this is real, it is fake).
