    As far as I know the orb is what makes it work but with all of the hacking tools being released you might be able to do such a thing.

    You need to work on smoothing out the edges of your Pokemon (Lucario has noticeable white dots around it).

    If you mean how it shows that the pokemon is shiny than defiantly because it didn't have all the unnecessary stars and everything.

    I don't know how you can say that about Magmortar but I don't like Rhyperior, I am undecided on Electivire.
