  1. Yeah, its really low-pitched. As I said, I use her as an HM slave. Sometimes I hear it, sometimes I don't.
  2. Yeah, you need to go more indepth regarding leads. There are annoyer leads, anti-leads, and suicide leads. Annoyer Leads are typically pokemon like Aerodactyl. Taunt annoys the opponent's lead, no matter what class they are. They, like anti-leads, tend to set up Stealth Rock but also have good power. Anti-leads primarily counter Annoyer Leads and Suicide Leads, but not so much run-of-the-mill pokemon. Weavile, Jirachi and Metagross are typically anti-leads. Trick is their favorite move. Suicide Leads used to be common, but with the advent of Anti-leads they've been seen far less often. Metagross and Azelf were usually suicude leads. They behave a lot like Annoyer leads, but have explosion to ko the foe. They also typically wore focus sashes. You also need to talk about sweepers some more. Revenge sweepers, late-game sweepers, Bulky Sweepers (NOT tanks). Revenge Sweepers tend to be fast, but not so strong. Their job is to finish off a pokemon with low health. Late-game sweepers typically use set-ups, mostly nastyplot and swords dance, to finish off the remaining low-speed pokemon. Bulky Sweepers have naturally high attack and speed, but their EVs and Nature are mostly allocated into their defenses, such as in the case of Zapdos and Gyarados.
  3. This is the link to where I got my acekard: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.18728 I bought a micro sd card and reader from amazon a while ago though. Yes, its a long shipping time but just look at that price. There are places that sell for TWICE that ammount. And there isn't any shipping fee.
  4. most useless Nintendo add-on ever. I don't really know why I bought one. Damn thing doesn't even with with the DS. At least my Gameboy wormlight working with the GBA.
  5. Actually, If I remember also, My Lugia had a perfect IV spread and a Bold nature... Doesn't that conflict with the algorithm thingy?
  6. It wasn't ban in Diamond. The ban actually happened around the same time Platinum was released, but not as a result of Platinum. And by release I mean the JAPANESE release. In other words, he's been banned since October. Use Smogon.com. I can't make a team for you. All I can do is rate it. The OU tier are the strongest, most used Pokemon.
  7. I'm just gonna rate your entire team for simplicity without going in-depth. Vaporeon Dragonite Machamp T-tar Weavile ASSchomp Here's the deal. First of all, Weavile fails in Platinum. He doesn't have the power to tank down most threats anymore. Weavile has only ONE usage, and thats an anti-lead. He sort of behaves like Aerodactyl. He can use fake-our and taunt which is very nice, not to mention having a STAB Pursuit. Basically, if you really, really want to use Weavile, expect not to have a stealth rock lead. Vaporeon is good. Dragonite is good as well, but keep Latias in mind as well. She is like him in a lot of ways. Don't expect Machamp to survive a long time. T-tar hurts your entire team with Sandstorm. Go on smogon.com and browse the OU section. Know what threatens your team.
  8. The site is being updated. If you want a working Pokedex, just use Serebii in the mean time. The developers have a lot on their hands right now. They need to rework the forums, adjust the mainpage and at the same time manage the forums and create new tools. Then there's that thing called a "life" each of them have.
  9. Honestly, I don't know if Garchomp is banned in doubles or not. Either way, He probably won't be that great of an addition.
  10. LJC, your team is HACKED. It even contains ILLEGAL MOVES. http://www.projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?p=6233#post6233 Arjun, you need a new team. One that's legal.
  11. He wouldn't even be allowed to, he's not allowed to use those moves = D
  12. Garchomp is banned in competitive play. You'll have to remove him if you want to play with people via wifi
  13. Wait, none of you at all are the least bit skeptical of this? Friendsxix is a user with a total of one post, so he's not exactly what I would call respectable just yet. How do we know for a fact he didn't just alter the Canadian/Japanese one? When was the last time we got an event a week before it came out? And if he really is a TRU worker, why didn't he do anything with the previous Pokemon events? Thats my two cents.
  14. Life Orb can be exchanged between Choice Band and Choice Specs, but it can't replace Choice Scarf. For some pokemon its a perfect addition.
  15. Um... I'm confused. That set right there, the team you just posted is like, super weak to Zapdos. Rather than focusing on the types certain Pokemon are good against, you need to focus on the current metagame and what Pokemon pose the largest threat. Your Weavile for some reason is using SPECIAL moves which are based off of Weavile's HORRIBLE special attack Stat. Lucario's moves are all over the place, Swellow can't even LEARN Aeroblast and Earthquake. Arcanine can't learn Power Whip or Magma Storm. Milotic can't learn Air Slash or Earthquake. T-tar is nothing without Dragon Dance or a proper Item. You're giving new people a HORRIBLE guide. Half the stuff you have are obvious hacks! You seriously need to delete this.
  16. I remember PBR wouldn't take my Lugia once. Turned out the location information was wrong.
  17. That's what you get for riding a bike. NO MERCY. NO PITY
  18. 12. Why can't I just BEAT the Moderators using my Zapdos?
  19. Sorry, but based on your last response I can't take your word on that.
  20. Using capital letters at the start of every word. Thats not how people normally write
  21. Well You're Wrong And You Should Get Your Facts Straight. You Should Also Stop Talking Like This Its Really Irritating
