Im Chris and I just migrated from the old PokeSav forum. Im here to get help from Pokemon HGSS and to other Pokemon details as well. I'll keep everything at minimum to avoid long and unnecessary discussions. I'll keep in touch with this forum when I need something. Dont worry, I dont post noobish replies like "Help! Help!" topic. As much as possible, I'll try to reply and keep posting new topics at minimum. Im from Asia.

Interesting. It appears that PokeSav DP allows me to extract the Pokemon from HGSS Saves, as well as read my -ID -SID -Name -Rival's Name -Money -Score -Playtime -Adventure Started -Party Member's Amount Attached is my starter Cyndaquil Johto Cyndaquil.pkm

I've created a Pokesav file and I'm using the Action Replay DS. It's a Porygon-Z and it hatches from an egg after about 250 steps. Its stats are legit and all that, and I set it up to be shiny. It hatches from the egg shiny every time, but when I view the Pokemon's lookup, it's just a normal Porygon-Z. Do I need to hatch a regular Porygon for this to work or am I just doing something wrong? I've just started learning how to use Pokesav, and so I left many of the fields (Trainer ID, Money, etc.) at 0, thinking that it wouldn't change them.

Hi guys, may be a noobish question but I've recently dowloaded pokesav - to speed things up in competetive battling - and when i try to edit a pokemon it doesnt seem to work.. Basically i'm using action replay with my pokemon diamond and i load up the codes ive created into pkmn diamond via ar, but when i press l+r and then x to view my team all i get is a blank space... Any suggestions as to what i should do?

I have recently purchased the R4i Ultra and the Nintendo DSi. I have Pokemon Platinum in the R4i Ultra and I have already saved once, like in the very beginning in your room. I plug my MicroSD into my computer, and edit the .sav. I know how to work it and all with adding pokemons, items, and etc. Its just when I plug my MicroSD back into my R4i and run it, all it does is just start a new game. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello, First off i'm new to the pokesav thing and been reading up a bit. Now I want to get a pokemon as a egg in my storage box (3), I set the pokemon, set where I got the egg from (daycarecouple), set my Trainer ID , set date egg recieved. And last but not least that it is in a egg and the number of moves added before it hatches. Now when I start my game up everything loads fine, even items can be added etc. But the moment I go to the box with the egg the game freezes. The game sounds keep going but the screen freezes and the box itself shows that there is a egg there. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance, and sorry if it is a stupid question.

:confused:when I go into pokesav the pop up screen is to big and I can't get it to become any smaller! can anybody tell me how I can get it to make the pop up smaller? If u can plz tell me. (thank u in advance if u help me)

What is better to create legal pokemon? I read the rng abused pkmn pass the nintendo turneament hack test, but the pkmn pokesaved no... It's the truth?

Theres a question thats been bothering me for a while now and I thought I'd ask it here. Does the Pokemon ID generator in Pokesav actually generate legal Pokemon IDs based on IVs, the location obtained etc. or does it just generate random Pokemon IDs? If it does generate random Pokemon IDs, is there any way that I can get a legit Pokemon ID for the given IVs, location obtained etc. or would I have to remake the pokemon completely?

I (quite stupidly) went out and bought an AR for the sole purpose of using PokéSav without checking if the software will actually work with my UK version of the game. I tried using the program, however I can't seem to load the AR code onto the AR. Anyone got any ideas?

I put my sav file into pokesav and it wont load my details properly, it just comes up with all blanks, and once i make changed and save it, it wont load in my game the file im using is 521kb, saved directly from my game, how do i get it to work with pokesav? i heard you had to "convert" your game save file somehow but i dont know where/what to convert it into

i now everything in the pokesav the only thing i havent figured out yet is what do i need to transfer the data from the cart to the pc and viceversa anynone can help me cuz i herad you could do it with gamshark, r4, m3, but i want to know which is easier and what else do i need with the device in order to transfer

I get the code for AR. Copy/paste it into notepad and put it in 2 columns. It's short a line. What am I doing wrong? I'm using the right pokesav version, so that's not the problem. To clarify It comes out like this D2000000 00000000 00000000 ________ <- missing

So yeah I recently bought AR and I splurged on alot of stuff. but anyway My sis started a new game on my old pearl for keeps so I said if she wanted her pokemon shiny and she said sure but later on when she just got her first badge most of her pokemon started to disobey her. So that got me thinking that all the AR does is change the SID to get a shiny match with you Regular ID to make them shiny. So I want to know is if I get both Her ID and SID and put it through Pokesav and get them to be shiny with her Regular SID and ID will they still obey her? and is it possible to edit most pokemon I have in my Platinum to be the same ID's so they will obey me too? and my final one is Is ther already a code for this? and if this is in the wrong section or something please don't hesitate to delete or lock this.

I want each and every one of them to be legal. They need to have legal stats and such. As long as they can be allowed in tournament battles and such. I'm relatively new to the idea of the flash cart. I've only ever heard it randomly in pokemon trading forums when people would ask if i used an r4 or an m3 or such to hack check an event pokemon. I finally decided to start doing some looking into and i have a good few questions that i just simply have not been able to find a clear answer to and was hoping someone on here would be able to help me out. 1) FIrst off, I don't have any type of flash cart but i am planning on ordering one tomorrow i just haven't decided which would best suit me. I have a ds lite. Don't really plan on getting the dsi... I was thinking cyclo or acekard2i. 2) One of my first questions is I assume i'll have some kind of manager tool to manage all of my dowloaded rom games. So through this manager would that be how i get to a pokemon .sav file and then to a specific .pkm file for editing or hack checking? 3) Next i was wondering can you trade a pokemon from a rom game to somebody's real pokemon game? Or battle from a rom game with somebody's real game? 4) Also i was wondering how i would go about transfering one of these .pkm files from my rom game to my actual diamond or platinum game. I have an action replay, could i somehow use that in the process? 5) Is there a way to get a pokemon from my actual game to my computer to hack check it? And how would i do that and what would I need? Basically i do a lot of pokemon event trading and such and am wondering how not having the actual pokemon game will affect me? And how i can go about hack checking my events on my real game now that i will have one of the flash cart devices. Thanks for any and all help.

I have the AR code for the pokemon I want, but my AR won't work. Could somebody please use their AR and pokemon Diamond to get the pokemon, and then tread them to me? This would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Here is the code, and I set it to having one pokemon in party, so put one bidoof in the party or something.

I already have the pokesav files made. A friend of mine tried to open them on his pokesav and it didn't work. He claims that I have the wrong version even though I just downloaded it off this website. He fixed up my mistakes and created these files http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LF0XW7RB I tried to open them up on my pokesav and it didn't work. I don't have action replay so I wanted him to send me the files Via wifi but he can't get them running on his action replay. here is my WIFI code: 2536 0256 0129 If someone can send me these pokemon over wifi that would be great. and if those files dont work tell me and I'll send you the version of the files that come off my pokesav. Sorry I had to zip i would have created a file with them in it as one but I can't open them in pokesav to do that. thanks in advance.
