    It is and it isn't. There is a Forum for requesting Pokesav'd Pokemon. All of our event pokemon here are all Legal. If anyone tells you that our Event Pokemon on the main site are hacked, They are lying.

    It could be a few things. What ROM Are you using on it? It could be a corrupt ROM. Where did you get the program? It could also be a corrupt Program.

    When requesting a team to be rated, it should be in this format: Pokemon @ Item Ability EVs Nature -Move 1 -Move 2 -Move 3 -Move 4

    Why are the OTs ???? And to my knowledge, no one has these events yet. Well at least not the real ones because there are ALOT of fakes around, especially paid events on EBay.

    Its not illegal or trackable but voids your warranty if your ipod breaks.

    Try copy/pasting them into the code manager. It should come out in two colums. If not, make sure when exporting the code that you are only exporting the pokemon.

    Yes i have a guide on the Wiki about editing and re-inserting sprites. You do not need to purchase the basic tools you will need.
