    That will show up on any member of those species that have a name that is that long. With really long names, there's no room left for trashbytes. Since trashbytes hold the info of which region the pkm was palparked to, it cannot be determined on a Pokemon with a long time.

    The .zip file in the first post has been updated. The trash bytes problem has been fixed. Let me know if you see anything else out of line. The second release of this project should be up very soon!

    This is not true. The reason is that this specific event has not been added to the database of the Legality Checker yet. The Arceus file from this site is fine as long as you don't change anything that would make it not legal.

    I never had any problems with Vista. And I had been using it since before day one. If you're interested in it, though, just wait for Windows 7. It will have more features, run a lot smoother on lower system requirements and be much more finely tuned.

    Fateful Encouter: You are correct. Trash bytes: Yeah, don't worry about it. It's possible that the mistake was made in un-evolving a Pokemon, but that's easy enough to fix. I'm going to sleep now, but I plan on looking through everything tomorrow and I'll fix whichever ones were invalid. I took a brief lookthrough just now and most of the ones I checked were valid. I ran into about two that were invalid, and one was Makuhita, so that's a likely devolving situation. ANYWAYS, everything will be cleaned up tomorrow AND I'll be releasing the second release which will have Mt. Battle Pokemon from Gallade to complete his version of the Pokemon, PLUS DanteKoriyu's full, one OT set of Pokemon. Just hang tight.

    Welcome. I'm very please to know that we've gained another member with a lot of expertise on events. My knowledge is generally limited to the newer stuff, but you seem to know a lot about the older, GBA events as well, so that will really help out here, I believe.

    Okay.... I think I'll formally make a request. I'd like an avatar. If you can do a Sableye one with the animated gif in my avatar now, that would be awesome. If not, then a different Sableye image. Also, if you can make a sig like what we were talking about before... I think I'd like one with Flareon and Blastoise.

    I'm going to look into the trashbytes this weekend. Are you using the latest version? Dante used Platinum to Pal Park, so I'm wondering if it's an issue with that... but I'll check it all out, don't worry. Thanks for letting me know.

    Luigia, huh? As for real feedback... it's too bright and the colors are too close so it's tough to tell the edges of things. Also, this makes no sense: My browser work properly with it, so I cannot have an opinion.

    Being that the girl character in HGSS takes on a supporting role if you don't choose her, you could argue that it's a different role from what Kris was in Crystal (a player character). But then again, if you choose the girl... the role is the same, essentially... So... I dunno! Maybe they wanted the girl character to be more accessible to the general audience, rather than super-anime-blue-hair style. Although then again, I don't know how a giant hat is more accessible... Dante, I changed the info in the first post to reflect my unsure position on this matter Also, here's an interesting fact. A certain large Pokemon site referred to the PokeWalker as PokeWalk in a very recent news post. To anyone who cares: The rumors about Latios, Latias, and Mewtwo were just rumors. They were rumors floating around in the 2ch thread regarding the Corocoro leaks, so many sites who translated this (I think pokebeach was first) assumed this was info in the article of Corocoro (or the people who were posting in the 2ch thread were just idiots). At any rate, it is not something that has been confirmed or even hinted at by any official source. This information was in the pp.org news post, because the information was taken from the post at pokebeach.

    Overalls are DEFINITELY in fashion in Japan right now among girls of all ages (I'd say like the ballpark of 9 to 30), so that makes sense and I don't mind them either. But yeah... that hat... dunno where that came from. I just made a few minor tweaks to clarify some things and I added one or two more pieces. This is to the big update I just made to the first post, if you missed that message.

    It doesn't specifically say that. I think the only way we'll ever have confirmation on that is when the English version comes out and we see the suggested names. But yeah, I agree with you. The more and more I see of her sprite, the more it reminds me of Kris from Crystal. Especially the hairstyle. The new girl was probably loosely designed from Kris.

A lot of this was present in the recent Corocoro leaks, but there are some smaller details that were not. So please take a look! If you feel like I've missed something, please let me know
