Old copy of Japanese Red that I got when I was visiting Japan while in college. The save file is only at the 3rd gym but they did not challenged the gym yet. Feel free to finish the game were they left off in the 90's. Enjoy the weird gen 1 Japanese's Pokémon sprites. Enjoy !!! If you have any issues please let me known. -

Hi, I am requesting PKM files that can work online such as Shiny Mew and Lugia or a Mew that can learn the move Defog. Currently right now I'm having trouble trying to Gen a Shiny Lugia and a Shiny Mew to work. I looked into RoC's-PC and found the files but it has been a hassle trying to get them to work online. If you can be so kind to please introduce me to a file that worked for you or a link that might provide me with the gen files that worked. I may know the reason for shiny Mew but people have talk about obtaining it from the island event on Emerald and being able to exploit a shiny Mew to work. If these Pokemon are shiny lock let me know. I appreciate it very much. Note: When I was trying to gen for Shiny Lugia and Shiny Mew, I made sure it was event and not one where I could try to do manually cause I knew about the difficulty of trying to obtain one.

I was experiencing a certain bug when performing a certain series of actions. I wanted to increase the friendliness and affection of each and every Pokémon in my PC. Since I did not want to spend the time doing all of that, nor did I want to punish my hand muscles like that, I wrote a Python script that uses PyAutoGUI (shown below). This is pretty much a way to tell the computer to control its own mouse and keyboard, and you can tell it exactly where to press when and what to press or type. I watched as it, for an entire PC box, did what I wanted: It right-clicked, selected "View", clicked on the "Memories" button, double-clicked the Friendship text box, typed 2-5-5, double-clicked the Affection text box, typed 2-5-5, right-clicked on the original Pokémon again, and selected to "Set", and then it moved on to the next one. I then trusted that it would do this for all of the boxes that I told it to, which took approximately an hour. When I came back to my computer, to my dismay, it reached the end, but the changes were somehow reverted. I feel like this is a glitch on the part of PKHeX. I just thought that I should report this, so that I could receive a solution or bugfix to this issue. Please respond soon if you know what is going on. Here is the script from before. Basically, pyautogui.click(x, y) just tells the thing to click in that location and doubleClick(x, y) tells it to double-click in that area, while pyautogui.press('2') or pyautogui.press('5') told it to press one of these two buttons, in case you were wondering how this worked: import pyautogui import time time.sleep(5) for b in range(1, 31): pyautogui.click(1095, 193) for yy in range(0, 5): for xx in range(0, 6): pointx = 913 + (40 * xx) pointy = 232 + (31 * yy) pyautogui.click(x=pointx, y=pointy, button='right') pyautogui.click(x=pointx+40, y=pointy+15) pyautogui.click(x=759, y=433) pyautogui.doubleClick(x=793, y=220) pyautogui.press('2') pyautogui.press('5') pyautogui.press('5') pyautogui.doubleClick(x=935, y=220) pyautogui.press('2') pyautogui.press('5') pyautogui.press('5') pyautogui.click(x=1016, y=430) pyautogui.click(x=pointx, y=pointy, button='right') pyautogui.click(x=pointx+40, y=pointy+35)

I just realized that PKHeX flags Pokémon as not legit if their origin game is X or Y and they have Contest Stats that are not 0. But surely a Pokémon from XY can have contest stats provided they are transferred to ORAS and are trained/given Pokeblocks/etc no?

so for you who use pokegen, have you heard an updates about pokegen for gen 6 pokemon?

Wasn't sure whether to put this question in the R/S/E section or Fr/Lg, since I'm asking about both sets of Gen III games. I was hoping someone could tell me at what point in the game the stats of the roaming Pokemon are set... for Latios and Latias in R/S/E, and the Legendary Beasts in Fr/Lg. Is it after you first beat the elite 4... or upon your first encounter with them... does it vary betweeen the games? I'm asking because I'd like to know at what point I should avoid saving if I want to soft reset for different specimens of the roamers.

If I remember correctly, Gen IV events all use the normal "Mystery Gift" algorithm, where the IVs can be anything and the PID must be non-shiny (if it's dynamic). But I think Gen III events have different PID-IV correlations, most of which I don't know about. So: - What is the PID-IV correlation for event Pokemon from Gen III? I'm mostly asking about Pokemon Box - is it possible to just take a hatched, migrated Pokemon from Gen III and hack the special move onto it? (With the exception of Pichu, since it knows the HM move Surf). - Are there any exceptions to the "Mystery Gift" algorithm for Gen IV events?

Well. I had a question that kept coming back to me. They recently did Red and Blue (FireRed and LeafGreen) for GBA... However I think they should re-do it ONCE more in the Gen IV graphics with Wi-Fi capability. This would make almost all of the games in the same graphic and technological generation. Is there any way we can convince these guys to do that? And would it be worth it?

Can I change a trainer name of a save file of ruby, sapphire, leaf green, fire red, emerald? I just want to catch pokemon and have them with different OT. I don't need some pokesav for it, even hex edit will do. I just don't know where it is

Why can't this pokemon and other 4th gen pokemons join the online battle on pokemon battle revolution? Almost all my 3th, 2nd and 1st gen legendary's can join execpt mew celibi jirachi and deoxys. Mahbe thats because they are all event pokemon and these are tricky to make legit. But my azelf can't join a online battle on pokemon battle revolution. Why cant my azelf join? the legal checker says its all valid. Thanks, Shann

I, SCV, have edited this topic as an example of how debate topics should be started. Topic: Currently there are three consoles competing for the gaming audience. These are PS3, XBox 360 and Wii. PS3 and XBox boast great graphics and large hard drives. Stance: I think that the Wii will be more successful than the others. Reasoning: For one, the Wii reaches out to make the gaming audience larger, by providing for making games that will attract groups that would not normally be included in the gaming audience. Here, gaming audience will be defined as those who use video game devices. Also, the Wii is much cheaper than the alternatives, meaning that more people can afford it. Maybe I'll add more to the reasoning. __________________________________________________________________________________ Original Topic: the wii is better because better graphics more action with the wii remote and the games are much better i would like a 360 top that :kikkoman: and if this topic is not up to stander you can lock it scv

The Glitch that forces the IVs of the Legendary trio of dogs to be extremely low. Does any body know the highest these can be? I've forgotten >.>

What do you think it'll be? If you're confused, apparently Gen 3's Pokemon were mostly based off bugs. Personally, if they do have one, I'm hoping for more Mechanically/Inanimate Object based Pokemon. How about you?
