Everyones favorite glitch pokemon right? has anyone looked at its base stats and moveset in R and B? i think the truth about missingno is that it was a prototype of lugia, but scrapped early on (remember how Ho-oh was one of the first pokemon to appear in the show), based on its moves and types. It is a flying type, and learns water gun naturally. based off of lugias original appearance, Missingno knows the weaker version of water moves lugias known for (not to mention sky attack, its strongest flying move). Statwise it seems to take after ho-oh however, having the highest attack stat in the first gen. Any comments, ideas, possibilities?

Oh thank you so much, it was indeed the "modify PKM info", I had to check it! I successfully imported all the mons and the errors disappeared! I got only the yellow triangle with Pokemons with old moves like Hidden Power, and the red triangle (illegal) on Pokemon that are not present in SwSh. All good! Again, big thank you! I was so afraid of messing things up and getting banned in a possible future, I heard the ban from HOME is permanent so yeah I wanted to be sure.

@Cecillia The following cases requires you to use RNG reporter to fix them: Mewtwo - PID: Type is None, when it should be Method 1 (also PID-IV mismatch, obviousl) Ho-oh - PID: Type is None, when it should be Method 1 Latias - Same as above Latios - same as above Kyogre - same as above Rayquaza - same as above Uxie - same as above Dialga - same as above Giratina - same as above Arceus - Incorrect Nature. Match the PID and Nature. By the way, there are only 6 PIDs that will provided all 31 IVs. There is no need to give them all 31 IVs, just hyper train them. Also, if you want to make a Pokemon shiny, I suggest changing the TID and SID combo instead. This way, PID relationship with other stats won't get broken.

Oh oops, idk, but wouldn't it corrupt the game if u had something that you were supposed to have later? It would probably be bad if you already had tauros charge, and then you got tauros charge.

While thats true, context of the statement was talking about shinies that weren't allowed but subsequently allowed in ORAS, so in the overall picture it isn't really the point. And now moving away from that, we are missing earlier legends with HA + shinies, such as but not limited to HA Shiny Ho-oh and Lugia, for example. (we got mewtwo) eh what. They've taken a lot of measures to move away from using event key items and for mythical encounters, slowly being implemented from HGSS, and eventually phased out altogether [thus far]. (I mean come on, they removed celebi encounter -.-)

I attach the wrong file i ment to to attach Ho-Oh. How i can adjust the error in the info? Just for experementing in my Silver copy i got a similar problem, the starter and the one eevee obtain in game don't pass (i just edit the experience for the nature, but probably even with out wanting it cause a similar problem) as long the lugia catch in game. But i create out of noware their copy directly in Pkhex and they pass with out any problem. I don't know why Transporter give me so many problem with in game catch mon, even last year that i have not even access to Homebrew my entire adventure team from red was considere "inlegal" and have not pass untill i give to them a level and then they pass (just for the rcord at the time i have not use any gen1 glitch).

Messing with hex editors and all that is beyond my ability. I'd rather use the Colo/XD: save editor to convert my German save to English temporarily and then back when it's time to catch the E-reader mons. I've also never used Dolphin and have terrible luck with emulators. I also want to be able to say I'm the second person to get German E-reader mons with legit and official hardware. After Zerbe. I'll keep you guys updated on my progress. While I'm playing Colosseum and getting the Colosseum Pikachu and Agate Celebi and the German E-reader mons, do we need a German Mattle Ho-oh still in gen 3? Cause I can get that as well.

oh ok thanks ! so a pokemon from pkhex does look visually the same as a legit one ? and the server trackes where it was first deposited perhaps even the complete history... so the pokemon is not quite legal because the server recognizes the first appearance... one more stupid question ,,and HOME tracker being unique, all distributed entries of this Pokémon are effectively clones '' does this unique means per pokemon or one home tracker for all the event zeraoras ever distributed ?

Oh, I must have been mistaken in that case. I assumed that the posts on Page 1 that were talking about Mew were referring to PCNY Mew, but if they were referring to Gen. 1 Mew then that makes a lot more sense. Shame these are stuck in Gen. 2, though. Would have been cool if Gen. 3 PCNY had these. -

Oh man. I haven't done that at all, my 3ds isn't hacked whatsoever. I copied the entirety of my SD card into a new folder on my desktop, and that's it. I feel like there's gotta be a good guide to show me how it's done, all the guides and videos I've looked at have different methods and steps. And I have about three boxes of pokemon I want to edit. I have a lot to do

Oh, okay. So in other words, if I use the appropriate program to find my pair of PID and the other data that belongs to that (nature, shininess, gender, IVs etc.) and PKHeX is also cool with it, a Colosseum Pokemon is, while illegitimate, not distuingishable as such? Also is the initial seed in Eligor at all relevant if I'm editing it in PKHeX anyways?

Oh, wow, that's quite the error. It looks like it's coming from inside the UI framework or something. What was the last thing you did before the error came up?

Oh ok, so if i were to, hypothetically, lets say create a gen 5 pokemon and wanted it to have the exact same TID and SID as my Ultra Sun trainer i would use the "hovered over" digits.

Oh sorry I thought Sw-Sh has a full DEX. Im having troubles finding a pokemon with that issue (moves, relearn mvoes) that exists in Sw/Sh, I just tried with Raticate and Fearow and few others but I realized they are not in SwSh, so I guess I can ignore that problem? The pokemon that exist in SwSh (Tried Charizard, Gengar, Zapdos ) give only the "Incorrectly transfered from older generation", so I guess they are ok? I think at this point the answer is simple: they are flagged as illegal because they don't exist in SwSh. Correct me if Im wrong.
