So i went out and bought a 3ds, omega ruby, ultra moon and ultra sun, thinking i could get some of the pokemon i wanted. But then i find put alot of them where limited time event pokemon giveaways. I was going to do the CFW and try to get the mons i want that way, but i only have 1 3ds so i wpuldnt be able to trade them over. I was hoping someone would eother help me out and give me any dupicate mons you have, or cpuld make me some legal mons, or help me with the whole process of cfw, pkhex and how to give to myself. Ok so I've been trying to do some research about this - trying to get in contact with people who can help and I thought reaching out on a communal platform might yield more results. I've been trying to research all day about how to correctly mod my 3DS so that I may use PKHeX and transfer the pokemon created there to my UsUm game. I apologize as I am new do doing things like this so I'm not really up to code with the lingo used around it... I have been trying to complete my living dex and I am now only missing some rare event pokemon that are "uncatchable" in the wild - I was hoping to use this program to create these pokemon and have them included in my dex! The only thing is that with the new app for pokemon home having been released this year I am curious as to whether these pokemon will be able to be transfered to the bank and then into home. I know that I have seen other community discussions regarding this topic but I guess I just don't quite understand the answers fully being that I am so new to this type of thing. So I know that, like a switch, a modded 3DS can be banned when connected to the internet and since you need to connect to the internet. I have seen answers saying that this is possible to do and that I need to gen the pokemon to an exsisting save file. While I understand in general what that means I'm still a little confused. Looking into modding a 3DS I saw that you must download your save files onto an SD card and I know that removing the pokemon cartage from the 3DS that it will not have the saved modded materials on it (i'm not 100% sure this is true) so my question being where do you access the exsisting save file that you need in order to save pokemon from PKHeX that makes it possible for you to transfer these pokemon to the bank? Are there any good tutorials on how to do this properly? I've been looking everywhere but I may not be looking in the right places as after searching all day I only just found this site and it's programs. I know that this may seem like a stupid question and that the answer should be right in front of me but I'm really new to doing stuff like this and I don't want to screw it up so I want to make sure that i learn everything backwards and forwards and unfotunately I think that i've only learned like 1/3 of what I need to inorder to do this properly...I would very much appreciate some help on this...

Hello, first time here on the forums and I'm looking to see if anyone can help me see if a Shiny Celebi I got traded is even legit, or at least legal. not nicknamed Level 30 Virtual Console mark Moves (w/ proper PP) - Heal Bell, Safeguard, Ancient Power & Future Sight 5IV (only Decent attack) no EVs OT: Velma (31121) Obtained through VC Coin Case glitch What bothers me is that I know that the ID is from a Japanese Celebi event. So if anyone can explain why this is the case, and if Shiny Celebi is legit/legal or not, I would much appreciate it!

Hi, so, I was stuck in the Elite Four after loading my save because I backed up my save in the wrong place so I edited my coordinates so I'd end up in Rustboro (image attatched). When I went to play, though, all I was met with was a black screen, or a "hang". I also stupidly did not have another backup for this save file, so I'm scared my save's been pretty much bricked. Any advice, or even someone fixing the attached file would be extremely appreciated, I've had this file for around four years and I wouldn't know what to do with myself if my mistake ruined it. main

Is there a way to render items unusable in trainer battles for Black/White 2? If so, how is this done? Edit: To clarify, I am referring to items stored in the bag such as potions, not held items.

Hi everyone, I'm new in pkhex , I just updated my PKHex to the latest version but all my Pokemon are invalid and the only thing that appears is this error: Invalid: Unable to match an encounter from origin game. Last week I bought Pokemon Diamond, because I wanted to transfer over my old save file onto it. But my save file of Pokemon Diamond is 8 mb. I do not know how this happend, but now I can't use checkpoint to transfer over my save file. Is it possible to fix my save file in some way, because i dont know how to fix it. When I use latest version of PKHeX. I cannot open my Pokemon Diamond save file because I get the error "invalid or corrupted gc memory card". Every other save file works perfectly on PKHEx but not my pokemon diamond save file. My Pokemon DIamond save file works perfectly when I use it, Can someone explain why this happens?

Hi everyone I've been working on a little Soul Silver ROM hack for a while now and I'm pretty close to releasing the first version. One thing I've been having lots of trouble with however is editing in-game trades. I found a really obscure tool that helped me out with this however it only works on unedited roms. I tried editing a clean rom using this tool and it worked out pretty well, but when I tried extracting narc file A112 (the in-game trade file) and inserting it into my already edited ROM, nothing changed. I then tried doing it the opposite way by adding all the other narc files that I needed from my edited ROM into the ROM where I had successfully edited the in game trades but when I went to playtest, the in game trades had returned to the base game trades. I'm guessing I somehow have the wrong narc file or I just messed up somewhere but I've tried multiple times doing things this way and it never works properly. Could someone please help me out? If I'm using the wrong narc file and I found the real one I'd be sorted. Alternatively if you know the numbers of the in game trade scripts in SDSME then I could probably edit them from there (although I haven't gotten very far into script editing yet so it'll take me a while to learn that properly). Ideally there would be some sort of tool I missed that would let me just quickly edit the trades but as far I can tell there aren't any finished tools that can do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you! -

Hello everyone ! I've been trying to find a specific texture in the NARC for BW2. The texture I'm looking for is the bottom bar that displays the current season when you arrive to a different location. I've been trying to find it to have the season displayed in another language but I can't find that texture in the files. Could somebody help me and tell me where that texture is ? Thanks in advance !

Hay I need help badly, I've asked on discord but when I look it up on google (like some people have said to do) there are no helpful results... all I'm asking is for help with some competitive move sets for my Pokémon in gen 3, in this case emerald/colo. I need help with three move sets for Salamance for two event eggmoves and one for a normal in game eggmove, ill list them below. Moves: * iron defense * wish * hydro pump some of the most reliable sites were of no help when it came to move sets for these moves. even looking up "competitive (insert listed move here) salamance" resulted in no help at all just info for move sets for gens that are not gen 3 but had the moves in them. (granted smogon did have one for wish but not the set I thought was helpful sents I don't really use moves like protect that much) I really need help with these move sets for gen 3, if anybody can help plz respond im about to give up looking for these sets and just focus on other Pokémon….

Hey guys Im new here Ive just started a new adventure on a Omega Ruby Randomized Nuzlocke I edited myself. I just randomized trainers pokemon, wild pokemon and gift pokemon. The thing is I allowed Mega Evos to show up in the wild and for my surprise I catched a Mega Altaria lvl 5. After a few hours of playing Mega Altaria went back to its original form of Altaria and I dont know the reason nor the way to fix it. The whole point was that the Mega Forms you catch were always gona be Megas.. Let me know if someone happens to encounter the same issue or someone knows how to fix it. I would really appreciate. hay replaying emerald for the umpteenth time and need some help with a team to basically one shot or help het past all floors in emeralds Trainer Hall. Hi guys, I downloaded PKHEX on my windows laptop and I just added some TMs, items, and berries in my bag on that save. I also made Froakie a shiny with max IVs and 252 EV on SpAtk and Speed and 4 Atk. Then, I uploaded the PKHEX save file I made to my Google Drive and then downloaded here on Mac since this is where I use Citra as I cannot use it on my Windows due to my graphics card. and PKHEX only works on windows. I have some legal Pokemon in my UM, but i want to change the OT and the Gender of the OT for some personal reason. Since i am getting Pokemon Shield soon, i plan to deposit my Pokemon in the Bank so i can transfer it to home. I recently discover this project, and it can edit the OT name (and gender). My main concern is that my Pokemon cannot be transferred through, will changing my OT and gender affect the legality of the Pokemon? Thanks! Just the OT not the Handler :)

Hello! I'm brand new here and have made an account to ask for help making my own hacked Pokemon for my Y and AS games using PkHeX. I have zero computer skills with coding and hacking and other programs and would really appreciate some tech support. I have downloaded the PkHeX program with relative ease and have been fiddling around with trying to make my own dream teams. I have been able to make legit battle ready pokemon, save their files and upload them on the injector to get the QR Codes. My PROBLEM is that even if I follow all the steps to scan the code, I cannot get the Pokemon to appear in my PC in game. I am clearing the history and cookies, standing in front of the the PC, pressing home and not closing the game, the frist box in the PC is empty and I am scanning the QR Codes and opening the browser and everything seems fine. I don't know what I am doing wrong, they are just not showing up. I believe I have the newest PkHeX version as SW/SH is an option and my 3DS has Version 11.13.0-45E (wouldn't be surprised if this is the problem). If someone can help me troubleshoot and solve the problem so I can make my own, I would be so, so grateful! Some General Questions: If I cannot solve it and have no chance at making my own 'mons, would there happen to be someone willing to help me get my dream teams? Can you transfer multiple hacked Pokemon to a game at once or does it have to be one at a time? If multiple, how? Does the legality cause issues in obtaining hacked Pokemon or should that not have an effect (and only affect if you can use it competitively)? If I cannot use PkHeX and cannot find anyone to help, can I get my dream team another way with another program or method? Can I get a clear walkthrough to use that too? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ P.S. Just to Note: I am not actually interested in the exact legality of them. When I play at the battle spot most people cut off the wifi connection when they start to lose and steal wins from me anyway. I just want my dream teams. Most will look legit for the sake of it but, for example, my favourite Pokemon is Darkrai and I cannot make the met encounter legit because there is no way to legitimately get him in the game. I am aware of the gift events that came out in 2016 and got myself the Darkrai code from the EB Games where I live for both my Y and AS games, but I have no idea how to format the met location to match this and make him legit. (If you know what setting he needs to be legit for XY/ORAS I would GREATLY appreciate it!!). I was only just able to clear the OT trainer memories and other persistent invalidations by fiddling around for ages as there is no clear tutorial on solving that and the Invalidation alerts are kind of cryptic... Also, if I have done this whole forum posting thing wrong, I'm sorry, please let me know how to do it right! Thanks! Fortique~

First of All I am new to all of this and do not know if what I want to attempt is possible. I am looking for someone to create some pokemon or tell me how to do it in the editor using specific criteria. I am trying to create the national pokedex with the following: 1. Non shiny 2. All random generated trainer names and numbers 3. All random generated secret id numbers 4. All Pokemon perfect IV and EV 5. All the galar Pokemon holding random items 6. All locations caught and seen from original games. So charizard from kanto etc. Can this be done? Thanks for help and if this isnt the right board can a mod move it?

Hello everyone, basically as the title states- I'm able to trade these pokemon but having issues when I try to battle online-- I'm greeted with the "there's a problem with the pokemon you selected..." and can't do any online battles. I got an error while I was saving a transfer, then the console said: App error and the console is going to restart. afer that when I go to pokebank it logs with my Nintendo ID, after that says connecting to internet (normal), but them after connection it keeps a green image with music and no options to press, and like 10 seconds latter it says error with connection... I try differents connections but still the same. there are images of how it keeps after connecting to internet and the error without codes that comes.
