Hello, I'm new with PokeSav, but I tried it a few times. Unfortunately, I made my Pokemon illegal. I noticed it when I tried to send a Battle Video, there appeared information that there was a problem with my Pokemon and data hadn't been sent. I used PokeSav again and made all my Pokemon legal again but the problem appeared again. I tried to delete all my Pokemon, except one, (I copied my save file before) and then tried to send video again. Unfortunately, the information appeared again! I don't know what to do, is it possible to make my game "clear" again? Please help!

Well it wont read the gamecard, but is there a fix for this? Or because it has been discontinued it will never work? I just recently fixed my AR Ds/GBA max duo finally (needed new firmware and all was fixed) but i was wondering, because i thought pokesav had the ability to edit .duc files.

How to a I make a legal pokemon from scratch using pokesav? Seems like there should be a guild for such a thing here stickied. I'm trying to make a Tropius as I've had no luck with the Safari (I hate the safari!).

I was pretty confident my Pokemon were close to legal when I first made them. They passed Legality Checker and all. But, eh, I want an expert to look at them. Can someone check these to make sure they're as close to legal as possible? And a note, I can't use the Trash Byte Normalizer, I use a Mac. Pretty simply. Vote for which starter Pokemon you got WITHOUT the guide to choose. This is for Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time/Darkness, not of the previous ones. [edit]: I am not voting, because I have at some time gotten all of them, either with, or without the guide (mostly without). Before I knew the guide existed, I tried endlessly to try to get a water type that isn't a Totodile. Because of that, I got everyone exept (without the guide): Mudkip, and Piplup. After I got one I didn't want, I cut the power and tried again. Hey all, I've been looking for a good website to get involved with Pokemon since I've been playing forever and this seemed to be it. Recently some people on another board I visit, /v/, mentioned Pokesav. I've downloaded it, and seen the youtube video. However I don't have the physical equipment needed to use it. So before I make a request for a team, I have a question: 1. Me and my friend used to use action replay way back when. It was great to manipulate the game, but it messed up the saving of the game. Does using pokesav mess up the save file (or anything else)? 2. I've been told using Pokesav makes people be able to notice if you've used it, so they wont battle with you or trade with you. I doubt this is true, but is it? 3. If someone uses Pokesav to make a team of pokemon, then are they able to use the Wi-Fi system and trade? Because I would be happy if I supplied the info for a team I want and then someone loads it up then trades with me. However I dunno if this is possible. Thanks for input, and sorry in advance if these are stupid questions. -
I just got a Celebi that is supposed to be from pokepark. The trainer id (60623) is correct according to what I've read but the date was weird since it was Jan 2009. Its possible but it seemed kinda strange for someone to wait so long to transfer. Any how, I ran it through legit checker and it came up with invalid trash bytes. Just for kicks, I changed the date to late 2006 and ran it through again. I changed nothing else but this time it came up legit. Is there any reason why this would happen, some kind of loop hole when dealing with GBA pokemon? I haven't used legit checker enough to know all the ins and outs yet. I will say that it is a great program so I am thankful for all the hard work that went into creating it and sharing.

Is anyone else sick of the fact that the default Pokemon names are ALWAYS IN ALL CAPS? Characters finally have lower case letters in their names (we won't be fighting the League Champion LANCE in HG/SS), but the Pokemon are still spelled in all caps. Why? Is Game Freak unwilling to admit that it was a stupid translation decision and that having two Pokedexes that don't match up perfectly is a small sacrifice for fixing this annoyance? No one likes the capitalized names. No one uses them. Capitalize the first letter like everyone else in the world and move on, Game Freak! Seriously, how many times have you heard someone brag about their awesome SCIZOR?

According to http://projectpokemon.org/wiki/Pokemon_NDS_Structure,the bytes 0x06 & 0x07 are used for the checksum. Along with the footer, pokesav seems to get these bytes wrong. I need someone to give me a more in-depth algorithm for the checksum. This is the one provided on the link: The checksum is calculated in three steps: 1. Split the unencrypted data from offsets 0x08 to 0x87 into two-byte words, 2. Take the sum of the words, and 3. Truncate the sum to 16 bits. On step 2, what do you meen by the sum of the words? Is it the sum of the values of the words. On step 3, I learned from school that truncate means to cut the size of the numbers after the decimal (rounding). eg. 16.634 truncate 2 = 16.63 Does this version of truncate mean only save the most signifigant digets? I am planning to make a small program that will take a pokesav *.pkm, and fix it so it is byte-for-byte perfect. Sorry, don't have time to test it myself, and probably won't be able to go back online for a few days. Thanks to anyone who answers :bidoof:

Hey does anyone know what ever happen to the GS ball? It was showed in season 2 in the orange islands. But I don't recall the episode that ever revealed what it actually was. I assume GS stands for gold and silver but does anyone know of the episode that they talked about it?

I was wondering if anyone could make me codes for 100% legit ALAMOS Darkrai, TRU Shaymin, 10 ANIV Celebi, and WISHMKR Jirachi for Pokemon Pearl Version:). This means that everything must look 100% legit. I have viewed other codes but for some reason the classic ribbon always has the text "A ribbon obtained at Mystery Event" instead of the text "A ribbon that proclaims love for Pokemon" for Darkrai and Shaymin. I also can't seem to find a working legitimate Celebi and Jirachi code anywhere I look. I would also really appreciate it if the Secret ID, ID Number, the Original Trainer, Place where met and all the Pokemon's coding's are in place. I would also like for the Pokemons to look untouched. If making the Wondercard codes instead of the Pokemon itself would be easier than that would be fine too. So for Darkrai, Shaymin, Celebi, and Jirachi: -Any nature; anything that would make it LOOK and BE 100% legit not SEEMINGLY legit! Thanks to whoever can get me or make me the code(s) I need. Would really appreciate it! Sorry for hassle and fuss. P.S. If you want me to do the research on how the Pokemons are supposed to be like to be 100%, I'll be glad to look everything up on Google:).

I tried a search for my exact name of this thread but it didn't work cause they was too short/long and pokemon was too common I was wondering if someone could help me get a AR code for all pokemon in the pc? Is there one? I have tried using PokeSav, and I saw the box editor and tried to do it that way but too many pokemon for that Could someone post a full pokemon in pc ar code or all the complete box codes for them?
