    According to Djura, if you delete your saves and backups, then make a new one in the specific language before receiving, then you can get it in any language. We need French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Korean. Thanks to Djura for contributing CHS/CHT!

    Of the gen 4/5 distribution ROMs we possess, we found all of the unreleased Pokemon. This includes a debug pidove I posted in the prototypes section.

    Yes it is technically possible but not sure how likely. I have seen it once before as a method 2 but not 4.

    Sorry I was not clear enough. It is a xor of the checksum of each of the sections. There are 14 per save, and it does both primary and secondary saves.

    Because most people got mystic or Aurora ticket so close to the wish eggs, it is doubtful if any have survived. Not to mention I was told someone who had wish and pcny pokes let their daughter restart their sapphire game, nuking everything.

    They fixed the checksum sometime between wishmaker and GCEA. IIRC, the seed is the xor of every section in the save including the secondary save. Shinies are rerolled.

    Pkhex does not know the game origin of gen 6 or 7 Pokemon. So If you import one, it will use your game and be wrong.

    The simplest explanation is programmer error. I doubt hackers are in the for thought of the programmers mind with the first gen or 2nd gen of the game. Especially considering how under the gun they were.

    I would have to look into it but it is possible that a section of the save got corrupt and it gets overwritten upon save where the invalid data is replaced.
