  1. It is because FrLG Roamers are not subject to the roaming glitch. That was only R/S IIRC. So the IVs would be "full IVs." Note the first Method 1, 2, 4 was always 0, 0, 0.
  2. Hold CTRL and click the legality button, then paste full legality report.
  3. The final cards were uploaded. No changes. I added French/Spanish cards (which have different OT Names because of the word "Legends" in their respective language).
  4. You can find them here: https://github.com/projectpokemon/EventsGallery/tree/master/Released/Gen 6/Wondercards/KOR
  5. Looks like the wondercards were breifly uploaded for UM. WCID is 638, OTN is 2018 Legends. Wondercards are on the GitHub gallery.
  6. Your English is really good. Lol
  7. I don't think @Gold Ursaring gens Pokemon. I'll ask him and try to find out what happened.
  8. Sulokus tool, which also includes the wonder card itself!
  9. I don't think you can GTS hat pokes?
  10. This is correct behavior. PKHex has not been updated to handle the new events.
  11. We will see. @Kirzi said with a similar event in Gen 6 they didn't do that.
  12. It is possible that each distribution period will have another 6 wondercards. We will know based on the Trainer ID. The Trainer ID for all of the pokemon during this period is 180120. I expect it will change to 180203 for the next. If this is the case, there will be 36 total!
  13. Index2 was the dev copy and the controller key was used to test render changes (picture changes, HTML edits, etc) without having to reboot the unit.
  14. It does not.
  15. I didn't realize that was a thing. I thought you turn it on, it communicates, "downloads" a game and executes. I didn't realize the pokemon game itself could download/execute code.
  16. If you flip one line of code in BFG, it will generate normal BACD events like wshmkr, but with antishiny. It looks like the generation function remained virtually the same between NegaiBoshi & Pre-Standard (GCEA) minus the copy/paste fuck up with Wshmkr. The standard generation is pretty similar too actually. They just refined it for later distribution types and made it more robust so it didn't require stuff to be done before calling it. The way they used the generation function (doing weird seeding, lookup table then calling generation function, etc) was different.
  17. It was kind of obvious this was coming considering the lack of shiny locks and ultra wormholes. They are trying to go out with a bang, giving people no reason to not get USUM, especially concerns of hacked/unavailable legendaries. Almost everything is essentially available now between SM/USUM/GSC.
  18. No, Negaiboshi, 5th anniv and presumably all events before wshmkr were done using RTC.
  19. I remember having a total of 145 from HaxAras though. I'll have to double check.
  20. Please attach the Pokemon file so we have more details.
  21. It is not about gamecube games. The slave ROM's are downloaded to the GBA and ran on the GBA. They are essentially payload data files with respect to the master ROM (whether GBA or GCN). Also since (most of the time) the files are optimized, decompression to C is very ugly and making useful code would require manual reconstruction (like they do on github with the main pokemon games). To that the end, the meteor jirachi is almost exactly like wshmkr except for a few of the pokes details.
  22. I do not have it unfortunately. I got the Top 10 WAY before it was made public, which we already had known was made from the 10 ANIV. And I had already known the Celebi/SPACE C was made from that as well.
  23. So this will not be a serial code? Wow.
  24. @theSLAYER, the flags I saw were 04 and 08 . Did I miss something indicating Pokemon Sun?
