There is no way to tie the RNG frame to date. It can be anything. And nobody knows your starting seed so it's impossible to backtrack to know if it's 60 hours for example.

PKHex does not validate most generation 3 Pokemon completely. Even if it says legal, it may not be. If you want to find out if your Hadou Mew is legal you may send it to me privately or post it here.
