    Why is it that over the internet SOME people have the need or desire to just be a total ass hat most of the time? Not referring to anyone in this thread, just a general question.

    I run through the game with a team of 3 -4 pokemon usually, with 2 slots fit for Hm slaves. In Platinum I'm using a Pelliper and a Bibarel Haha.

    Then a nearby rabbit picks up on it, comes over and tears one of the potential mates in half, leaving the other to live alone,cold and destitute for years to come.

    I don't really have a favroite type, Scizor/Tyranitar/Deoxys- E/Jolteon/Gengar/Medicham and SHINY RAMPARDOS are my 7 favorites though. Not the ones I would use on a team together, but definitely my favorites. With Latias/Rotom-W and a few others coming close.

    That egg failed me. I didn't care enough to Soft reset it, but was so disappointed when it wasn't a shiny. ( although I thought it was only a rumor at the time anyway )

    Thats basically what chinese rules are, except they use Base stats to determine that. Whats more important though is how can we contest rules just because we think they are wrong, without any evidence to back up our claims? I'm not saying " WE MUST USE SMOGONS LIST" But saying its absolute twash because YOU don't agree with it without any proof is ridiculous. I never said we HAVE to use it, but throwing it away without any better reason than " I THINK X" is no way to go about it.

    I just got past the distortion world in platinum, and still no shiny pokemon. I HAVENT SEEN A SINGLE ONE SINCE I STARTED PLAYING POKEMON WHEN I WAS 12.

    Wow 399$?! it only cost me 169$ ( DS lite is 129.99$ ) and you get 25$ more towards your Dsi if you trade in a light, so it only cost me like 100 bucks. DSi is pretty cool though, Psp has Monster Hunter though, so DSi can't compete.

    Why does he need walls? His entire team is offensive-ish suggesting walls would ruin any strategy he may have had. IF ANYTHING you would want to suggest better offensive pokemon than what he has. Start with this thought: Only Salamence ISNT hot by earthquake, one of the most common attacks in the game. Only Salamence isn't hit by Spikes/Toxic spikes. While Alakazam is strong, his lack of priority and terrible defense and Hp, mean he's easy to pick off with Bullet punch/Ice shard/extreme speed and sometimes even Choice band quick attack. He also can't afford to switch into any move that will hurt him. et cetera, Sorry just not in the mood for a full rate.

    Bruno kills everyone, He has more pokemon than every person in this fight and all of them are a higher level ( considerably higher ) than everyone else's pokemon. Oh and he's just bigger than everyone else too, so that helps.

    I just went through platinum and I still haven't seen a single shiny pokemon.
