    It's the stone that evolves Roselia and Togetic. I found PLENTY of those... but I forgot where I found it. Bulbapedia says Iron Island and Route 228 (the deserty sandstorm route). Have fun. EDIT: Okami, which numbers are you missing?

    FR/LG was one of the biggest disappointments there were, but brought about the missing Kanto Pokemon from R/S so it was helpful nevertheless But the MUSIC! The music that I heard back in R/B/Y... was REMIXED! MY EARS!!! @_@ Anyways, what do you think about the Pokemon following you? Do you think that will also be available if the Pokemon evolved?

    What's that supposed to mean? o_O This will be a challenge for the monkeys at Gamefreak: they'll have to revamp a lot of stuff but at the same time retain the nostalgic value of the game. Can they do it?

    Yeah, I didn't want them too even. That would be boring The Kanto leaders will hit insane levels though (but not 90s or 100s or anything... maybe except Blue), but E4 will be bigger than any leaders except Blue.

    I'm going to tell you the same thing I told Flootenkerp, Dercat: if you are going to post, please contribute to the discussion. Thanks Also, if you think they were terrible, please state WHY. Consider this as your first warning. Any repeated things like that will result to getting you an infraction. And if you want to know what that is... well, let's say it's NOT a good thing, so it's best you avoid that

    Oh my! We do have a false god in Pokemon after all! I still want Gen V to be the eccentric one. I really want odd looking bizarre typed Pokemon as I stated above

    Hoenn had very good Pokemon actually. Your like/dislike of a Pokemon and your personal preferences are two different things. Many people HATE Blissey (and HATE is an understatement), but NO ONE denies that she's the best special wall in the game. It's like that. Johto starters were usually bad news in battling... although back in their times, they were pretty good (but that's when everything was, well... GSC mode). Floot, Shoddy NOW I'll show you how Hoenn Pokes play And I'll tell you straight up: Kanto starters are my favorites. Johto comes in close second.

    I never said Hoenn starters were invincible. I'm just saying they are better off in competitive battling than most. And obviously NO ONE is keeping their Swampert against a Meganium. It's more about how much more useful they are against certain threats in the standard metagame. Swampert has the ability to take down Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, Rhyperior, Hippowdon, Flygon, Infernape (sometimes), Zapdos (sometimes), and others among many. Not many Pokemon can really claim that, especially not much from the Johto arc. The closest thing I can find is Feraligatr, but even he can get walled by Hippowdon if he hasn't set up. And yes, I CAN call Gamefreak stupid. I still LOL @ their Tail Whip AND Leer Rhydon.

    The funny thing is, I have no idea if EVs are actually implemented in a in-game trainer. The other thread wasn't too bad actually; I kept their signature Pokemon in-tact... I only modified their levels so that we don't get another LOLZ0R level 9 Pidgeotto and added a FEW Pokemon to make the teams more "versatile". The rematch thing here means anything goes... even Sinnoh/Hoenn

    Once they make the abilities (pretty much like base stats), all are set in stone :-/ You know Gamefreak isn't exactly the smartest game company on Earth (at one point they give Tail Whip and Leer to Rhydon and in the next generation they took out LEER, not TAIL WHIP. I LOL @ Tail Whipping Rhyhorn). I was expecting them to give Lugia and Ho-oh Drizzle and Drought respectively, but in Gen III they were lazy with the Pokemon that did not appear in R/S. In fact, many of their movepool remained the same from G/S/C. I did not like that whole pressure thing, but then again, it looks perfect for the Uber tier to make matches much shorter. Although that Pressure-stalling Cosmic Power/Taunt/Recover/Seismic Toss Deoxys-Speed can screw things up so badly, pressure works perfectly in the uber battles. It really isn't as bad as you think. I know, GF is very uncreative, but what can I tell you? It's Gamefreak... those monkeys in Gamefreak like to make the stronger Pokemon stronger and the weaker Pokemon weaker. What are you going to do?

    But you shouldn't do that. Usually that's what you call SPAM, which means Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages. We usually TRY to keep things ON topic or else the topic would go to random places where no one's ever thought of before. Anyways, to keep MYSELF on topic, Hoenn starters are usually the best in competitive battling. They don't have many fans, but they are useful because Gamefreak has finally learned from a few of their mistakes. But I won't count on them to be smart or anything... because they usually make dumb moves. Wait... PHYSICAL Typhlosion and SPECIAL Feraligatr? LOL, really? It's the other way around Floot! PHYSICAL Feraligatr and SPECIAL Typhlosion! X_X
