So yeah I recently bought AR and I splurged on alot of stuff. but anyway My sis started a new game on my old pearl for keeps so I said if she wanted her pokemon shiny and she said sure but later on when she just got her first badge most of her pokemon started to disobey her. So that got me thinking that all the AR does is change the SID to get a shiny match with you Regular ID to make them shiny. So I want to know is if I get both Her ID and SID and put it through Pokesav and get them to be shiny with her Regular SID and ID will they still obey her? and is it possible to edit most pokemon I have in my Platinum to be the same ID's so they will obey me too? and my final one is Is ther already a code for this? and if this is in the wrong section or something please don't hesitate to delete or lock this.

I'm obsessed over the details of pokemon and one of them is the Pokemon Characteristics (The ones that are based off of the Pokemon's IV). We all know that pokemon's highest IV is displayed as their characteristic. Like a 31 spd IV as the pokemon's highest IV would have "Alert to Sound". I was wondering which stat takes precedent over the others. Like if the pokemon's spd, and atk are 31 would it show "alert to sound" or "Likes to thrash about" I originally thought it went like Hp>Atk>Def>Satk>Sdef>Spd (Since that's the order shown on the Summary List) but I tested it out and it wasn't the case. Does anyone know or is this still a mystery.

Ok, I'm posting in the Requests forum because this will probably end in me breaking down and requesting a pokemon from you guys: (You can skip this paragraph if you dont want the long story) I want a Jirachi. But I wanted to be a big boy and do it myself. So I bought an Action Replay DS. Except I didn't know they don't work with my DSi. Oh well, option one down the drain. Then I bought an AceKard2i, which works great. The problem is that I didn't realize that my only option was to load a ROM and play off of the card (my assumption was that somehow with magic and the force of my will that I would be able to extract the .sav from my retail cart, stupid). I have finished the game on my retail cart and I have lots of pokemon in there I'd like to keep using. My question is: Can an emulator on my computer be used to trade pokemon back and forth from my DSi to my computer, where I already have a .sav file with a Jirachi waiting for me? I'd like the Jirachi in the .sav file on my retail cart, and I'm running out of ways to do it. If this fails I think I might have to break down and come groveling to you guys for a trade. tl;dr - Computer/Emulator to DSi trades possible?

See I'm new here and I saw the download events section, which really interested me 'cuz they aren't ilegal pokes. So I decided to come to the forums to see how I could implement those .pkms there to my actual save file for platinum. I did find some good stuff here, but I didn't quite get how I can get those pokes to my save file. I'm currently using a flashcart since I couldn't buy my retail version yet. I'll appreciate any info on how to do the mentioned above. Thanks.

well im kinda new here and i want to do things like pokesav! iv got a few question about it. 1. can i get diffrent form pokemon like if i wanted an A unknown will i get it? or if i wanted a shymin sky form? please tell me how to do it if its possable! 2. will the pokemon i mak in pokesave go in the pc box or in my party when i put the data back in my game? thanks to who ever awnsers my questions! Hi.I would like to know whats best and makes pokemon more legal.I got this 2 options: 1- Load the events on Pokemon pearl and transfer them to Pokemon Platinum 2- Load the events on platinum and get the pokemons there. Any problem using this second option? Regards and thx for the great site. New to the forums but u will see more a lot. Love the pokemon wondercards hehe.

Every time I try to open my platinum.sav file It says ERROR: Wrong File Type. I'm trying to edit my box to put some pokemon in them but I'm not able to. I have included my .sav file, could you check to see if anything is wrong with it. I'm very new to this so if you would help thanks a lot. Platinum.SAV

i got a question about acekard. i live in norway and there is a store here that i can buy acekard from... but if i buy the acekard can i get all the games i want on it? even if it is jap games and spain games and such? i know it is a stupid quiestion.

where did project pokemon go?? i have not been able to sign in forever now and i miss my server lol... it was like my pokemon home and now its gone. so im quite upsett if anyone can answer this pleasee do so!! thank you!! btw my computer got some megaaa virus! and i spent like a week battling it lol but i lost and it deleted my hard drive haha soooo i got this brand new computer and its amazing. i used torrents (which is very dangerous if im not safe) and got most of my tools and software back and installed alot of anti virus software and firewalls lol. but i lost everything so its very upsetting but ill survive! and my saved pokemon teams are gone! i had like 40!! i worked soo hard ughhh like i spent so much time working on a team that was good enough so i could pwn the competition with it and smogonoobs (favorite word) ohhh wraith! i got a frog!!! haha i wonder if they can really fart though i originally got a goldfish first but the demon within my sister and i came out. we filled the tank with some alcohol and put the fish in and it died in 6 seconds! haha i felt bad but that was the second time i deliberately killed an animal. the other one was a mouse, which i captured and through in the toilet lol. it drowned AND one time i was mowing the lawn and a bunny jumped in front and i accidentally ran over it, now that was scary lol. haha well so summers been good. there has been like 3 parties i have gone too, and it was fun i didnt hook up with anyone though, but i got a girl for the summer so its all goooood! but the one i liked before summer mellisa well shes back from vacation so i might just leave my one girl and try to get with mellisa again lol. and i totally know its bad but seriously its not like im getting married to any of these girls right?? so i just want to be happy with the best and im also very happy i have been studying in the summer and the tutors that were assigned to me said im smarter then my brother (he got accepted into one of the top universities in the US) so that made me feel good and im more determined to dominate the world lol im probably writing in the wrong section so i apologize for that lol please dont like ban me for this and move it to the correct location. but i just miss chatting with yall so i thought id share with you whats been going on. kk just thought id drop by and say hello hope everyone is doing well! peace homies! -
In Platinum and HG/SS, there are some events that can only be activated by having a special Nintendo Event Pokemon with you. The game identifies them as Event Pokemon because of their "fateful encounter" flag. Question: Since the Gracidea only works on "fateful encounter" Shaymin, doesn't that mean that the Shaymin obtained using Oak's Letter will not be able to transform?

Hi there :biggrin: I've had a look round and there are not any other topics that cover my question i can see... Just starting to get into competitive Poke'mon battling on DS and Wii. Thing is, I have an R4 cart (Real Original as far as i can tell) but as some here have probably worked out R4 wont connect to Battle Revolution on the Wii. This is really annoying since I just bought the game and playing with the rental passes get tiring very quickly, and my DS can't connect to my router due to the security not being WEP... Good for me that I have some cash spare to buy another cart for my Lite that is capable of connecting to Battle Revolution. I've heard that the Cyclo DS Revolution is the cart of choice. Just wanted to see if any of you guys might know about it. Cheers for any help :grog:

Well I just got pokesav I want to make legit jirachi, suicune, celebie and latias. I guess I need to pal park them but I don't have a lg fr sap ruby game for ot and id. I've also never used pokesav I've watched youtube videos and read forms I'm still just confused. I can make hatched no prob I get that. I don't get pal parked. Please help

Question: Is an AuroraTicket possible to obtain on a US copy of Emerald? I know they were possible on European copies because you could send them in to Nintendo, but I don't think there was anything like this for the US. Also as far as I know the distribution of AuroraTickets in the US stopped before Emerald came out.

If you go to 0:16, tat Riolu seems to be using Aura Sphere. If so, how is that possible (without hacking)? If not, what move is that?

How come when I use the PCD option for the Pokesav (Platinum) it doesn't work properly for me. If I use the PGT mystery gift file, I get the pokemon from the delivery man in the Pokemart. But if I use the PCD wonder card file, It ends up that after I press L+R on my Action Replay, I do get the Wonder Card but it says that you have already received this gift! How do I fix this problem? So is it that the PCD Wonder Card Files only create the Wonder Card but not the pokemon?

hey im new here and idk if its okay if i post this here if not let me, but i was gonna asked if u make a pokemon shiny on pokesav and thats all u do and u run it through the legality checker and it comes out as hacked will u still be able to battle with it?

I'm new to this whole thing and I have some questions about Pokesav and a few other things. I read in that 'Pokémon Legality Guide' but it didn't say if it worked for Pokémon Platinum. Also how using Pokesav works. Mainly I just want to make a legit Gallade and I only have two of four things that thread says to have to make a legal pokémon. Where would I be able to find SCV's PID/IV Program & Trash Byte Normalizer and if I'm able to generate a code for AR to put into my Pokémon Platinum DS game.
