If i use the code to rename another trainer's Pokemon and rename a Pokemon that I pal parked, will this ruin that Pokemon's legitimacy since it would remove the trash bytes?

Hi guys, does anyone have the map co-ords for the PAL version of Platinum for the Distortion World portal in Turnback Cave (the room where Giratina was in D/P)? I really REALLY hate Turnback Cave and I just wanna get back to the DW and get the Platinum Orb or w/e it is! Thanks in advance. PS. I start playing Pokemon Platinum and I save the game. The SAV file is 154 KB so I can't open it with PokeSav because its neither 256 nor 512. So I go to Shuny to convert my files to 256. I put it in the BATTERY folder in my no$gba folder. I opened up PokeSav and edited my pokemon then saved it. When I go to play it, my pokemon don't have the edited stats and moveset and whenever I get rid of the original SAV file and leave the new one, my saved file in the game is gone and I have to make a new one. Am I missing something here? :frown: Tried it with 512 too, same result.

I use this team mainly on PBR, where there are no tiers, and you can see the opponent's team before you select your Pokemon. Trick is for bulky leads such as Bronzong, or suicide leads that start with Stealth Rock. Azelf and Blaziken usually come out together so Azelf can bring it down to 1 HP, activating Salac and Blaze on the first turn. Blaziken @ Salac Berry Hasty Blaze 252 Spe / 194 Atk / 64 SpA Endure Overheat Blaze Kick/Fire Punch Reversal My awesome Reversaler. I don't care what people say, this thing usually is able to take out at least one Pokemon. (Barring Priority moves) Overheat is for things that think they can wall it on the Physical side, along with it able to OHKO (123%-145% by my calculations) Naive Salamance (With Blaze activated, of course), which thinks it can scare Blaziken out with Intimidate. (Get it?) It even outspeeds it with a Salac boost, as most Salamance on Wi-Fi don't have 31 Speed IVs, which my Blaziken has. Jumpluff @ Leftovers Timid Chlorophyll 252 Spe / 252 HP / 6 Def Sunny Day Sleep Powder Substitute Leech Seed What? NU tier? Are you serious, Smogon? This thing has stalled many Pokemon into submission, and protects Blaziken from Hail or Sandstorm. Sleep Powder can keep a Pokemon at bay while Blaziken deals with it's comrade. Salamance @ Life Orb Naive Intimidate 84 Atk / 216 SpA / 208 Spe Draco Meteor Fire Blast Crunch Brick Break This is usually used as a late-game sweep, when half of the opponent's team is killed off by Blaziken. It OHKOs Kingdras with Draco Meteor, and Blissey with Brick Break with ease. What it can't outpace is usually Paralyzed by... Cresselia @ Leftovers Bold Leftovers (Don't know the EVs; I got this on the GTS, and it had an Effort Ribbon at level 51, so I'm assuming that it's around 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA.) Calm Mind Thunder Wave Moonlight Ice Beam Cresselia. She walls as if made of brick. The only thing I don't like about her is that Moonlight has only 8 PP. I'm surprised it's not in more OU teams. With Jumpluff's great Sunny Day support, Moonlight restores 50% or 66% rather than a meager 25%. Lucario @ Choice Band Adamant Inner Focus 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP ExtremeSpeed Close Combat Blaze Kick Stone Edge As much as I like Lucario, I'm thinking about replacing it. ExtremeSpeed kills off Focus Sashers or weakened Pokemon, Stone Edge is for Gyarados, and Blaze Kick is for abuse if Sunny day is in play. (That Rhymes! :bidoof:) Overview It may have Sunny Day, but this is NOT a full-fledged Sunny Day team! Sunny Day is mainly used for getting Sandstorm off the field, and powering up Overheat, so it can get vital OHKOs. This team has problems with Bullet Punch Scizor, but what team doesn't? Regardless, I'm still looking for a good counter for it that's name isn't Rotom-H. I might put Fake Out Ambipom in Lucario's place. So yeah, RMT.

Hey. I have been trying to figure out this PokeSav Platinum thing for a bit. The DP version works perfectly. But for some reason Platinum doesn't. So. I would copy a SAV file to the computer and open it up in Platinum PokeSav and edit the party. Maybe do some storage things, and what happens in the storage is that I get some crazy things. Like, its set to level 100, all the hex values are not 00, there are random ev and iv stats all sorts of wierd stuff. Now, lets say I didn't do anything to the storage and just made party pokemon. Then I saved the sav and restored it back into my game. When I start my game, nothing happens. I look exactly the same before I hacked. So... those party pokemon didn't even show up. Now these pokemon aren't loaded files. I am about to try that to see if it works.... Does anyone understand whats going on or has had the same problem? Theres gotta be a way to fix it. I even downloaded a new Pokesav but same thing. I tried new sav files, but its always the same thing.

Hello everyone. Does anybody know the hex codes for the itens of pokemon platinum? I have the hex code for pokemon diamond but some itens are change and i can't find the gracidea or the platinum orb. If it is possivel i would like to know if the pokemon hex code and the attacks hex codes for pokemon platinum are the same of pokemon diamond. Tanks. What do i need to use pokesav and get it onto my game Platinum, and action replay and pokesav downloaded?

is there any code for stealing Battle Factory Pokemon in Platinum like in Emerald? some Pokemon in Platinum Battle Factory are really good and rare and they are powerful too.

Sorry if this isn't in the proper section @_@ Ok the problem is: I made the code, in this case, an Aerodactyl in Box 1, Slot 1. Put it into my AceKard2i's cheat.dat file, start it up, L+R, activate's it, but after that, when i try saving, it says "Save Error" On all codes I try for platinum, i've also tryed getting another pokesav/another save for platinum, but it still happens. Any idea's @_@? Oh and sorry if this as been posted/asked before.

So the Villa is probably the worst "secret base" in the history of the series. Seriously, in the list of: Room (GSC), Secret Base (RSE), and Secret Base (DPP), the Villa has the least features. You can't move anything, none of the items really DO anything apart from the music players. You can't even use the PC or sleep in the bed! But it is pretty cool that characters come to visit, and some of the decorations are pretty neat looking. However, the point of this topic is this: I wanted to see if there was anyone else who is trying to get all of the decorations. If you don't know, you can unlock the items for purchase by meeting certain requirements. The only ones I have remaining are the Piano (just gotta beat the E4 four more times) and the Chandelier. I have NO IDEA how close I am to walking 300,000 steps, so who knows when I'll get that one. How bout you guys? Anyone else trying to get them all? How's your progress?

Hello all, I am working on an Edit of platinum. The Features are: All 493 Pokemon are catchable.(Finished) All shiny Pokemon are replaced by Shadow Pokemon (20 % Complete) Trainers are Stronger(Finished) Wild Pokemon are alot Stronger New Script New NPCs On hold For the time being. i cannot successfully edit my platinum save in the plat editor, i can edit d/p saves fine in the d/p editor, but when i try to open my platinum save, this is what i get: any ideas? im using a dslinker flashcart, i know its a shitty clone, but its all ive got right now, and its weird that diamond works, but not platinum, and yes ive tried converting the save file. and im using the usa version of platinum and usa editor

IS there a compact Pokesav for platinum? All i can find is for D/P. Am i looking in the wrong places?

Shinny Metagross + PokeSav Platinum Greets, My first post so i hope this is ok? ..I have recently downloaded Pokesav for Platinum and have been getting along fine with it (tested on a couple of pokemon) however i have now run into a wall. I'm trying to get a Shiny Metagross with the elemental punches Ice and Thunder and each time i complete the process ( Export AR code, add code to Platinum - Obtain Shiny Met' save and power off; copy to PBR ) it fails when i try to battle on Pokemon Battle Rev'. I'm stopped by the Nintendo filter and basical told "pokemon" on battle pass unable to battle - By which it means my Shiny Metagross.. [ Confirmed: The moment i remove him from the pass, i Can battle online again ] I have tried different settings resetting the PID etc, but I'm stopped EVERY time i reach the PBR. This is what I'm After: Trainer Name: Scar Metagross Shiny: IVS: 31 HP, 31 Atk, 31 Def, 31 Spe, X SpA (doesn't matter 0 is fine) 31 SpD Jolly @ Choice Scarf EVS: 30HP, 252 Atk 228 Spe Premier Ball (If possible) ~ Zen Headbutt ~ Thunder Punch ~ Earthquake ~ Ice Punch > This is acutally the only reason i downloaded the Pokesav; As i don't know any other means of getting a Elemental Puching Metagross. ( I dont own Ruby Etc ) Normally i would just breed for something like this, but it's pretty pointless in-view of the fact Beldum does not inherit moves etc. So i could get the IVs, EV train but of course no Ice or Thunder punch. I really just need help on how to get my elemental punching Metagross passed the /hack check/ on PBR as my attemps are just failing =(.. Just as the title says, what I mean is that is there any way I can get my save from R4DS flashcart transfered into my copy of Pokemon Platinum by using softwares? If I can do so, what software(s) do I need to have?

There are two game ID's for platinum. Working one = CPUE-D074D1B3 Non Working one = CPUE-3811DEF6 Unfortunately, i have the non working one. Does anyone know how to make Pokesav work for this version of Platinum? If not then is there going to be a new pokesav for this version? BTW, i was trying to get a darkrai lv 50 in box 1 slot 1. But it didn't work so i tried replacing one of my party pokemon and it still didn't work. I also attempted to change my Trainer ID and Secret ID. Both failed attempts.

Whenever i enter in a code to change my pokemon, it works. But when I put it into a box, it reverts to its old stats and attacks. Is there any way to make this not happen? Is it better to use the "Box" codes or "Party" codes for multiple pokemon?

Hello. I've edited some pokemon in pokesav for Diamond and Pearl and saved them as .pkm files. When I try to load them in the storage of a .sav file in pokesav for Platinum it works fine. Then I use the backup loader to restore the save on my Platinum with the .sav file containing the pokemon, but they do not turn up in the storage boxes in-game, just empty space where they're supposed to be. What do I do? I do not have a pair of DS:es so I cannot just trade them over.

It's said that the rival may upgrade to the 2nd phase but I wonder how this happens? These are his levels for the 2nd phase. Hi Guys I recently have tried to download the Arceus event wonder card into the Platinum Pokesav but i've come across a problem When it comes to the page where you tick "Enable Mystery Gift" there should be a box to tick called "Enable Gift" It appears on the Diamond/Pearl Pokesav but not the platinum 1 As a result i'm having trouble getting the event arceus onto my Platinum Can anyone please help?
