  1. Hm... if I quoted you guys theoretically by saying "I think Christians are stupid because they say the Bible is how you live your life", you'd all agree with me. But say I quoted "I think... the Bible is how you live your life" from you. You'd all kill me right here. He doesn't ever show an example when John 3:16 was ever given out of context. If he showed me HOW, then I'd be glad to see his POV. But he fails to even give one, so that point is negative.
  2. Sure... I can do this, just give me a second. But eggs can't hold items, so I'll let them be hatched But which game? D/P or Plat? EDIT: Bah. He's offline. If I'm offline or something and he answers, someone take over >_< And Cobalt. What? Male Chansey? You're out of your mind Chansey can ONLY be female!
  3. Only in the anime though. It wasn't the same way in the game. But since they changed the girl character... anything can change o_O
  4. You do realize that they have other means of making money, right? But Pikachu beating Quagsire? I've had enough...
  5. Levitate seems to be overkill, but it does balance out the metagame a bit or else Earthquake would be very rampant. I realized some Pokes that you mentioned SHOULD have Levitate, and yes, that's true. Want to know something funny? Play Yellow version and try to use a Ground move on Venomoth and Beedrill. It WILL miss ALL the time. I'm not even joking. It seems like it was implemented then and was taken out... I don't know why.
  6. THAT IS SO MEAN I don't even have to say who this is. You know as well as I do who this is supposed to be >_<
  7. to the pikachus
  8. LOL. Really? I can refute most of them if I tried... because many are taken out of context. What seems like inconsistencies is really because you WANT them to be inconsistent... or it's really how you perceive. The Shape of the Earth contradiction? Sorry, I had to put that in. It was funny (I didn't make it) I know what the "theory" of evolution is (my university is BIG on evolution)... and it certainly isn't a theory. It doesn't even pass the qualifications of being a theory. It's more of a hypothesis. Hmmm... could evolution be THOSE two? It doesn't pass the scientific method either. What exactly have you observed? Yeah, that's right... you've all BEEN THERE billions of years ago, right? You evolutionists also have a god too. His name is time... and he explains everything that possibly couldn't happen other than through miraculous ways. "A dinosaur became a bird through a process of MILLIONS of years"... I don't care how long it takes, be it a decade or an Avogadro's number's worth of years. A dinosaur will remain a dinosaur... and a bird is a completely different specimen.
  9. More with Hidden Power? What if his Hidden Power isn't the right type? >.> If it is the right type, then good, but if not... what else can he use? You'd be surprised to see how weather isn't as widespread as it used to be. Scarf'd Gengar vs Sash'd Gengar... Sash'd Gengar wins Sash'd Gengar did me better mostly because Scarf'd ones are only restricted to one attack, making them only revenge killers at best. I have other options for revenge killing, like Porygon-Z or Weavile. But Scarf'd Gengars do have their merits, I'll give you that.
  10. o_O Level 23? Although Metal Claw doesn't help SO much... I just use Ember and turn out fine. It's just that Charmander's Special was its special defense value back in RBY, so it was pretty hard to do any real damage. If I were to pick Charmander, I'd just use Butterfree. Confusion > Brock
  11. Keep in mind Fire Blast is there on Salamence to take out Bronzong or Skarmory in one to two shots. I'd go with Ice Beam on Swampert... Water + Ground coverage is redundant. Hydro Pump is ONLY there if you're scared of Skarmory, but Skarmory's not a big threat. If it whirlwinds you away, you have other teammates that can take it down (such as Gengar). Dimi, I think this person's playing in real life, so the right Hidden Power is really hard to get. :-/
  12. I don't know. Is it possible to load both GBA and NDS files with No$GBA? If not, you'll have to wait until a later release. :-/
  13. Unless you could find a way to import your GBA game data into the computer, I don't think that's possible at all :-/ Besides, no$GBA has no support for GBA slot for DS, I think.
  14. What? One line comes from Mary, the other line comes from Joseph. Why would such a thing matter? If you are willing to refute the Bible, find a REAL contradiction before saying "the Bible is wrong".
  15. You want a bulkymence? :-/ Salamence really isn't worth using Roost with though. He's just come in, Dragon Dance, and sweep kind of thing... Salamence@Life Orb (try getting that) 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed Adamant/Jolly nature (take your pick... one raises attack, one raises speed, respectively) - Dragon Dance - Outrage - Earthquake - Stone Edge (can he learn this?)
  16. First off, NEVER Choice Gengar (unless its lead Scarf Gengar, but normally you wouldn't). I also wouldn't put Gyarados as lead. He's usually a late game sweeper. Since your Tyranitar is Choice'd, make him your lead. Or you can make Swampert a lead. For Swampert, go with this set: Swampert@Leftovers 240 HP/216 Def/52 SpA (my old Advance one has 252 HP/136 Def/120 SpA) Relaxed Nature - Stealth Rock - Roar/Protect/Surf - Earthquake - Ice Beam Set up Rocks and then start roaring stuff out so they take damage from Stealth Rocks. If they're something with Grass attacks, SWITCH to an appropriate counter. If you know you can take it down one on one with Ice Beam or Earthquake, use it and destroy it. If the opponent has a Taunt Aerodactyl for lead (most Aeros that are lead uses Taunt), then use Ice Beam because he'll most likely Taunt so that you can't set up Stealth Rocks. :-/ Lucario might want to be a late game sweeper too, so try Agility set. If you like the reversal set, then go with this: Lucario@Salac Berry (if you have a Salac Berry, you can use Life Orb instead) Adamant Nature 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed - Swords Dance - Crunch (replace with Extremespeed if you don't have Salac Berry) - Reversal (replace with Close Combat if you don't have Salac Berry) - Endure (replace with Crunch or Ice Punch if you don't have Salac Berry) I just noticed most of your team is weak to Earthquake, and that's BAD. For Magnezone, make sure it has Magnet Rise. It wants some speed investment to outrun stuff like Metagross or Swampert so it can Magnet Rise first. I guess you can teach it Substitute, Thunderbolt, and Flash Cannon and Magnet Rise, but I'm not too sure about it. Gengar may want this: Gengar@Focus Sash Timid Nature 6 HP/252 SpAtk/252 Speed - Destiny Bond - Shadow Ball - Thunderbolt - Focus Blast/Substitute I'm not sure what to do with your team yet though. But I'd beware of Earthquake.
  17. Parasect
  18. Grotle's evolution makes sense. Remoraid's doesn't.
  19. Too bad. Give Moltres.
  20. Yes, that Toxicroak's female. Check it out yourself. I found that really bizarre.
  21. Quagsire > Pikachu They REALLY have to stop that Uberchu from beating all the ground types! What's the matter with these producers?!
  22. Leftovers is in Victory Road... the place with water and everything and where you're supposed to be with Marley. If you haven't done that go to the exit near the actual league palace and go into Victory Road and go to the place where the fat man used to block. You have to pass that. Once you finish the Marley mini-quest you can Surf in one of the areas and you'll find Leftovers. I think it's in the southish area of that map (you also have a chance of finding Lapras... but it's mostly Floatzels and some Dewgongs).
  23. I don't have time to do a full rate Chaos, but let's see. The thing about a Dragon Dance Gyarados is that he's usually a late game sweeper. And even with Outrage, there are better Pokemon for that job, like Dragonite or Salamence for STAB and higher attack (the latter of the two is preferred though). Aqua Tail is good but can cost you your game if you miss. Stick with Waterfall. Not only is it 100% accurate but it also has that chance of flinching, which can help with Thunder Wave and Dragon Dance. Speaking of Thunder Wave, I am not sure if Thunder Wave is optimal for Gyarados. I assume that Lum Berry is there because of Outrage's Confusion after effect. You NEVER want Dream Eater on any Pokemon. Use Thunderbolt on Gengar instead... or possibly Destiny Bond to guarantee a kill on one Pokemon. I will rate your team more later. I just don't have time now X_X
  24. I see. Thank you for confirming it. I think the reason is because of its later release. But I wouldn't know about Platinum though.
