Don't think that's accurate. The Meowth gift which I received in-game (not injected from wonder card via PKHeX) is not flagged illegal on PKHeX. @Kaphotics can you respond to this? AliceTheAlice reported previously about the Mew having memories. For the record, my Meowth has memories as well. Apparently whoever I traded it too, has memories has well. Also to be clear, the Meowth from when I received it (right as I received it, before I used it in battle, and it's the same Meowth) has a set of memories, but they're rather different. Note: The Meowth did go straight to my party tho. Don't know if it'll have no memories if went straight to PC. Given the memories for the same Meowth is different across different points of the playthrough, and the fact that the wonder cards for both Meowth and Mew doesn't have memory data, I guess memories are gained and change throughout play-through? Given that my Meowth does have memories after right after it was received, maybe set some dummy memories, if no memory is asked of by the wonder card? (not that it truly matters, since it probably gains memories through play-through) edit: so I have a Mew with memories, and it's not flagged illegal. @AliceTheAlice check if your Mew is illegal on the latest update, and if so, tell us why it's illegal. I don't think memories (or the lack thereof) is the issue here.

Thanks. I'm under the impression that all promoted raids are set to HA. I even battled a Mewtwo that had Unnerve (if I'm not mistaken), so chance of HA is a default setting, and I won't have to dig for it in the moves. I've expanded my app a bit. Apparently there's 5 moves programmed per slot, tho I think the extra move is a move they can use but not have it when captured.

Pokemon sword save convert in shild save problem
theSLAYER replied to Mecojoni's topic in Saves - Editing Help
The event flags that causes the gyms to appears and the story flags are not well understood, and undocumented. What you can do is: plop your save back in Sword, then defeat the entire story, then continue in shield. These freezes would occur along the lines where the opposite character is called, such as (but not limited to) Fighting/Ghost Gym Battle Ice/Rock Gym Battle Fighting/Ghost Gym & Stop Raging Dynamaxed Mon Ice/Rock Gym & Stop Raging Dynamaxed Mon Any dialogue/battle that involves Sordward and Shielbert. Honestly, too much of this occurs across the entire story. Once you're past the entire story, you should be fine, but for now place your save back into Sword. -
Nothing. If you're playing singple-player aspect, absolutely nothing needs to be changed. I however, would recommend changing OT details (OT TID SID OTgender) so that the mons would be obedient, assuming you haven''t defeated the E4. Batch editors can edit mons in ONE save. Doesn't edit the other saves your computer, only edits the save currently loaded in PKHeX.

One card was receivable by those in Juniors Division, another card receivable by those in Masters Division. They also carry a different set of data, tho that data doesn't seem to referenced by the game. Thus the functionality of the cards are the same. (but we never know, maybe they'll have different gifts based on division group in the future)

How about don't pirate the game, and start the game with that name? Nintendo Switch can create a great number of profiles, so even if you do own the game (and I was mistaken about you pirating the game), just create a new user profile and start anew. In any case, in either scenario, you can get it done yourself. Locking thread.

@Kaphotics I know I'm bumping an old thread, but this thread is relevant to the issue I wanna bring up: On Pokémon Y, Mewtwo with the contest ribbons is legal, due to having raised OT affection. I transferred this Mewtwo through Bank to HOME to Sword, made no modifications, and: My Mewtwo is now illegal. I'm guessing it's because the affection got wiped, but the check still persists?

0. Make sure to keep a safe backup before you perform any edits. 1. Make sure you already defeated the champion on your B2W2 save, and have access to Black City/White Forest. If you didn't, go ahead and defeat the champion 2. Download the Generation 5 tool. 3. Load up your save in the BW Tool, open the 3DS Link (Dream Radar) tab. 4. In the window, make sure Legit Mode is selected, set Landorus to the first legendary slot, and Save and Exit. 5. Proceed to Update Checksums and go ahead and Save. 6. Proceed to load the save. In the Continue screen > Unova Link > Nintendo 3DS Link 7. Proceed to Receive research data 8. You've received Therian Landorus 9. Once received, fly to Black City/White Forest, and make your way to the Abundant Shrine. You will need Surf and Waterfall to get there, and bring the Therian Landorus. The NPC should be there. (if you're already in the Abundant Shrine, you need to exit and re-enter to reload the area for the NPC to load) 10. Talk to the NPC, receive the Reveal Glass . The Reveal Glass received works!

For future readers: Turns out my initial solution in the first post is unique to my saves. If you want the Reveal Glass from the NPC, use the BW Tool linked to inject a Therian Landorus into your save, then proceed to collect it from Unova Link > Nintendo 3DS Link options of the Continue screen (It simulates that you received a mon from Dream Radar; you don't actually need 3DS or Dream Radar). Bring that Landorus to the Abundant Shrine, and you'll get the Reveal Glass. Tutorial here.

@BlackShark woops, didn't realize that the editor also has Dream editor programmed. and here I was editing documenting the various values >< @Nightshire use that program linked, on an unedited save. Once you receive the Landorus via that, it should allow the NPC to spawn naturally. (requirement of bringing the Landorus still applies) edit: I test your save on the program and it appears to work no problems.
-
The updated method definitely works on your save. I tried it with that one. I'm guessing you didn't do it right or something.
-
It's as though you didn't read this: Please try the updated solution. That method only works for my saves. (the 3 set of digits appears to change based on saves.)
-
You were right, however: I realized my solution only worked for my saves, not any other save, so I came up with an alternate solution. My alternate solution only needs B2 or W2. It simulates that you received a mon from Dream Radar (you don't actually need 3DS or Dream Radar). Thus if you follow the above steps, you can receive a free mon without even needing to connect. This also causes the NPC to appear.
