(Serebii) Second evo of the grass starter??? Looks pretty cool, but all I can see that makes it different is that it has a couple extra leaves and it's taller. What do you guys think?

Haha, No that makes perfect sense, I get competitive flu all the time ... well it gives me a good excuse for sucking, anyhow . I had a look at net battle a while a go, didn't get very far with it - and as shoddy was the first sim I played I naturally think it's better. But in general terms of getting back into it, a change of scenery never hurts.

I don't really look down on anyone who uses one. I set myself limitations though, for instance I'll pop on the walk through walls code, but only to get through trees or boulders (because I dont wanna waste a moveslot with cut or strength), you know things like that and of course supplies. I train my own pokemon because the point of the game is to train and become the best blah blah blah, if you remove that element the game is boring as hell lol. But yeah occasionally I'll screw around to genetically modify good parents and what not, but most the time I enjoy the process of breeding for a top quality pokemon... I guess I'm sentimental like that .

On the RPG front, another forum I frequent has one of these, kind of an MMO actually. Anywho that went down a treat and really got the forum booming. If any of the mods wanna see this then send me a PM . As for the economy systems I have no idea what that is. But there are a lot of cool things to be had on the Vbulletin, I think they could work if they were relevant and practical.

So will it, in essence, be possible to just create any old save on pokesav upload it to the new fancy website and then download it on to the cartridge? Or forget the the cartridge completely, and just create any save and play it on their website?

Pokemon sunday airs in japan, and depending on your timezone you'll either get it saturday night or really early sunday morning. The guy from serebii I believe is english, so he gets his info on saturday... I think anyway . Corocoro comes out on the 15th of each month I believe, but sometimes leaked sooner than that. Not completely sure about any of that, but that's how I see it anyway.

Yup. The HG/SS Pokesav is basically just a straight rip from the DPt pokesav. In order to get legal pokemon, you must set the place met as faraway place and mess around with the hidden values. I love watching The Ultimate Fighter, as I'm a keen MMA fan... and that's always a good show. Erm outside of that, There's poker after darl, but I don't know if that airs anymore. Scrubs is my fave comedy, shame it's gone now though. I love south park family guy etc .. I watch a little too much telly . I'm with Randomspot too, The Office (The original) was phenomenal ... So funny.

That's a mixed bag for me. Not over pleased, but by no means completely in despair lol. I like some of the new pokes I don't like some. But with every gen (even I/II) there are pokes that I hate so it's bound to be the same here to. I do like that chinchila thing though, I love normal types, technician is a cool ability and this sweep slap looks to compliment it nicely . I also like the electric zebra thing, reminds me or girafarig (also one of my favourites) so I'm not too disheartened there. The ability pigeon heart intruigues me, (Psst Wraith, maybe Pidgey will get it too ). Munna looks like a baby pokemon so I won't be making any decision yet - could have a possible 2nd and third evo... it could look kinda cool . I like the legendary dragon typings... Now Terravoltage sounds like a pretty sick ability . I get the feeling that the legends abilities could possibly be stab enhancers? Who knows (but a bulked up boosted stab electric powering itemed T-Punch is going to hurt if this is the case [i'm just guessing it gets bulk up here]) Not a fan of gear ... and I have no idea what that big ugly fat-eyebrowed fire thing is. Looks ugly as hell I won't be catching it that's for damn sure . As for the crocodile ... I'm neither here-nor-there It just seems like another nothing pokemon that I won't pay much attention too. So yeah I'm maybe 65% happy about all of this .

If anyone's got the time I'd like someone to give an avatar a shot for me. Quite a simple one really. I'm a big devil may cry fan, so I was wondering if someone could make me an avatar based around Virgil? It'd be cool if it could be like a distorted black and white back ground (maybe raining?) with Virgil in the centre, kinda florescent or glowing. I'd like my name wherever it would fit best, but I'm not a fan of small writing, so I'd like it be quite big, and in a kind of elegant flicky, blue-to-match-virgil-font. Any takers ?

Quite a mix of bands there . You got some similar tastes to me, so I suggest maybe taking a listen to incubus (I don't see them listed there), deftones, tool (in the same vain as muse), a perfect circle and maybe even coheed (a more guitar driven, deeper thought out, sort of motion city soundtrack) . And for something a bit on the heavier side Mudvayne. A couple of them are coming off of great new albums too, so a cool time to get into them .

The pokémon games actually seem to be more based off of the manga than the animé. Though, your point still stands. The game will start with 2 - 3 pokedex holders based off of the poke-prof's decision. But it would be cool to start as a no body ... like a college student or someone who just happens to be in the right place at the right time.
