  1. Ok in the forums here I have found a gen I editor. http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?6531-Pokemon-Classic-R-B-Y-sav-editor There's also this for crystal that might help. http://www.zophar.net/utilities/gbcheat/pokemon-crystal-save-editor.html And also read this... People have talked about it. http://gbatemp.net/t62867-we-need-a-pokemon-gba-pokesav-equivalent?&st=15 (and also I have no idea what the first two links may or may not do download-wise so use at your own risk )
  2. There was aguy who posted ... minus spaces. The post got removed though
  3. Time can't really make any difference ... because I just had the best haul so far. Lapras/Duskull/Electabuzz/Surskit/Lotad/skorupi/bidoof/flotzel/Aaron/hippopotas. Just got the Puddle/fountain so went on a bit of a spree ... hardest to catch was Aaron and Electrabuzz -.- .
  4. You got two? God I hate you I've been using serebii for that. In terms of stats nothing changes really. Every pokemon has a base stat, as you know, and a pokemon will always get its base stats regardless of when it was evolved - EV's IV's and all of that are carried over through the evolution so the same benefits are carried over too. But, of course, Fully evolved pokemons stats > NFE stats The benefits of getting the 1st stage pokemon are that A) it's easier to evolve than to breed - pokedex filled quicker. B) holding off on evolution means that pokemon can learn certain moves quicker C) easier to train to a desired level. So, I always get the first evo where possible . Hope I answered your question in a round about way lol.
  5. Uncountable times ... I use the E4 to train my team, I used to do it like maybe 10 times a day at one point. Yup, lack of things to fill the free time haha
  6. If I remember rightly you find houndoom in the plains area with 15 peak items. I've just bread it to get the Houndour.
  7. Well I don't know... Before the whole object pokemon, I had a great system of mud then catch ... but now It's gotten a whole load harder.
  8. Yeah silver doesn't save ... but yellow has just seen its day I believe. Just get that weird Nintendo logo when I try playing it. But I'll have a look at that, thanks .
  9. Anyone got any idea on the best way to catch a pokemon in the safari ... I've been trying for two days now to catch a houndoom I've tried throwing mud at it ... I got 3x mud at it ... it got super close to being caught then fled. I tried bait then mud - no avail .. 2 x bait nothing... Any help lol? Gah, never mind ... Just caught it. 1 mud throw . It's as if God just wants me to look silly lol.
  10. Welcome to the site I've been playing pokemon right from the beginning too. Got a bust version of silver lying around somewhere, a bust yellow and Red in my draw that I think still works lol. I gotta say, I've been on this site a year ... used AR for most of Console playing lifetime and I STILL haven't got a clue how RAM works, so well done and best of luck . P.s it's nice to see a British person around here ... thought I was the only one
  11. I guess my whole reasoning as to docking toxicroak was completely over looked then. Don't bring my name up when you are explaining your points to anyone - that would be rude. I know I am not the best at this whole competitive scene but I know enough to make a decision based on my past experience - as I stated on your thread. Don't try and make me out to be some sort of prized idiot. Sometimes I wonder if we are supposed to rate your team and propose alternatives, or merely look and bask at how great your team building skillllz are. You've got a nice team there. All the best - I give it a perfect 10...

  15. I can't really think of anything for the other two atm but I might come back later
  16. Yeah. At the moment the sets are ok but the team isn't. There's little synergy at the moment... I have to go pretty soon so I dunno what I could recommend. But if we work from your Infernape, he's weak to water/ground/flying/psychic. So pokemon that would complement him well are Vaporeon/Gyarados/Umbreon/_levitater/darktype_. So lets say you went for Gyarados. Infernape would do all he could do until he came across someone who countered him - you anticipate the following move and switch to the next pokemon to take the move for him. SO infernape vs EQ - switch to Gyarados - Work with gyarados until an electric type comes out - then you switch to someone that is immune to electric. Ground types are good, but they share a common water weakness with infernape, so something like Jolteon/lanturn w/ volt absorb or Electivire w/ Motor thingy can instead come into the electric attack and make benefit of them. Though they share the same ground weakness as infernape - Gyarados is a flyer and can set up on a lot of EQ users. That would be how you'd play a hyper offensive team, switching between extra strengthy pokemon that can cover each others weakness. If you need more help I'll be back in about 5 hours.
  17. Hey Roland I can't account for all trade evos but slowking/steelix are just fine. I can go through Gengar and Alakazam in about 5 hours though if you still need me to. EDIT: Mail evos work Trade Evos Work Trade w/ Item evos Work
  18. Yes this was SS. I'm doing everything there is to possibly do in game, so if there's anything to find I should find it, but as it stands, everything so far is fine .
  19. It looks much better. However you can't get more than 510 EVs and no more than 255 in any given stat (and no more than 252 is needed) so you should really put on the EV's I specified.
  20. I've had a run throughish type thing on No$ and the difficulty has been upped... as I expected . However the only new pokemon I have found would be a glameow en route to mr pokemons house and some version specifics that have been added to the game. I'm probably just not looking hard enough, I'll have another look around and edit this post afterwards. Not got as far as morty yet so I can't say about the glitch that's happening. I'll tell you when I get there . EDIT: Ok slapped on the walk through walls cheat - I don't battle suicune at all, morty IS in his gym and his pokemon are of a higher level.
  21. You have a 33% of using Eruption when you are at full health similarly you have got to outrun the person you are using it against .. Again even slimmer chances. Wraiths heracross has a boosting move plus a stab attack that doesn't rely on extraneous variables such as HP. Your typhlosion is nothing like wraith's heracross .. all it does that is similar is uses the resttalk strategy. If it is working for you then great, however I highly recommend you change the set ... or even get a different pokemon. I love Typhlosion too .. but the problem is, it is lacking in a lot. It has the stats but not the moves. If you wanted something like wraiths heracross you could run a set that consisted of howl/flare blitz/rest/sleep talk. 252 HP/52 Atk. 100 def/ 100 spdef w/ leftovers and an adamant nature nature.
