I don't know if Im blind or skipped some update logs but Im 100% sure that this option was available few months ago. Im talking about [trade number] an [battles won number]. Warning: Please do not get scammed on Wi-fi trades. Anyone who offers you an "egg" of Volcanion, Hoopa, or any hacked Pokemon claiming they can be traded is lying to you. Deeply apologize if this is the wrong place for this, so mods feel free to do what is appropriate. I thought I'd post this in R&D because I have done a bit of research into these two topics and it appears to be of particular interest to many people who have questions about getting a Japanese 3DS and whether a Volcanion, Hoopa, or other hacked pokemon can be obtained by hacking the Pokemon as an egg (as a way to bypass the legality checkers on Wi-fi services). I also feel this has been asked MANY times in other threads and will continue to be asked by newcomers. Here are some clarifications regarding what you can or can't do with a Japanese 3DS and/or using Pokebank if you have the Cyber Save Editor 3DS by Cyber Gadget, and some myth-busting regarding trading hacked eggs: You will need a Japanese 3DS if you: 1. Bought a new Japanese X/Y game so you can initiate gameplay of the game and advance until you get the pokedex (or whatever the checkpoint is to enable use with Cyber Save Editor 2. Would like to trade eggs (for some reason) from your Japanese game to your non-Japanese game (Pokebank will not store eggs) 3. Want to have Latiosite, Latiasite, Soul Dew, Sacred Ash, or any of the other unreleased items (Pokebank does not allow storage of items, held items will be sent to your bag if you try to store them in Pokebank). These items can be traded to your non-Japanese game via local trade. That's about everything I can think of right now. 4. Don't care for trading permanent Mega Pokemon to your non-Japanese game, as this cannot be done via local trade. You can use Pokebank on your non-Japanese 3DS if you: 1. Have a used copy of a Japanese Pokemon X or Y cartridge that has been sufficiently advanced to enable Cyber injecting. 2. Want to transfer permanent Mega Pokemon to your non-Japanese game, as this is cannot be done via local trade. 3. Don't care about obtaining unreleased items on your non-Japanese 3DS. OR you don't care about having hacked eggs (which cannot be traded via wi-fi, more on this next). Now to bust the hacked egg trading myth: <- For anyone that really doesn't believe me when I say it doesn't work, here is proof of it, because a lot of people that come up to me about it want to know for sure (not sure if any of them read this forum).Furthermore, I think hacked eggs can in fact be sent to Wondertrade. However, I have heard that the receiving end of any hacked eggs will get a bad egg that will never hatch. I'm not sure whether this can be confirmed, but my suspicion is that wonder trading hacked pokemon was the cause of all those bad eggs floating around wonder trade last year. I'm a bit new to Pokegen, but I think I've got most of it down okay. The only problem I'm having is making all of my pokemon seem legit. All of my pokemon are from Black Version, and I'm playing Black Version, so I just input where I would normally encounter then in game with the correct levels for the areas, etc. However, when I make a Braviary, I have to set the Origin to White since it can only be caught in white Version. So, I have to make it seem like I traded it. I set the ID and SID and OT stuff to numbers and a name that didn't match mine, and I read in a post here on these forums that you just leave the encounter and location thing blank because "there is no set encounter for traded pokemon." And when I load the game, it says I "Apparently met" my Braviary at "-----------." Which, of course, is fake. So, my question is, how do I set up the location and encounter boxes to make it look like I obtained it through a legit trade after a trainer actually caught it in a White Version? Thanks in advance. EDIT: Also, I left the PID box blank on all the pokemon since they are all GEN 5 and I read that you were supposed to leave them blank for GEN 5. However, when I tried using them with the legal checker program that opens in CMD, it crashes it. Am I supposed to fill in the PID box for fifth gen? And if so, which letter method do I use (the pokegen says that the first one, A-B-C-D, is used for fourth gen pokemon)?

This is a distribution at an official VGC event given from the people hosting the event, so I'd assume these are classified as an event (but unofficial since there's no nintendo posting). They did IR trade and stamped your hand after you picked a random card corresponding to what Pokemon you got.

Just passing my greetings. I am only focused on the third generation and could care less about 4 or 5. After all, there's too many pokemon to count or understand. At least the older pokemon had more sense. Well that's my opinion. I'm really not into pokemon as I should be, but because I see myself registered here, I guess that counts for something. I do hope to see advancement with the third generation as far as wonder spots, wonder cards, e-reader, maybe even union rooms over wifi if possible, gets involved as well as other clever ideas brewing in people's minds. Well, I have been trading a lot on the GTS trying to get lots of Japanese, French, and German pokemon, but one day I was looking for a female Gardevoir and what a surprise, one of the candidates was from South Korea and so I traded for the Gardevoir, I read Gen 4 games are not compatible with Korean mons, but is this now fixed for Gen 5? Also, they are still pretty rare, most of my searches on South Korea are met with no results, I wonder which Pokemon are more common from the Korean players on the GTS (I really like to have mons with their names in hangeul.) Anyone else got mons from Korea? Am I hallucinating about the compatibility?

Can anyone here help me and trade me my pokesav files to my pkmn White? I just need someone who can access the pkmn. files and put it into their own games via (AR) or whatever and trade it to my white version. I would be very grateful, as im desperate for these pokemon as I need them to battle friends D:
