  1. ATTENTION: All of you in this Forum probably know what the Pokemon Colosseum E-Reader Room is, or may have heard of it. BACKGROUND INFORMATION The Pokemon Colosseum E-Reader Room was "APPARENTLY" said to be "REMOVED" from the Localized Retail Versions of the Game. If you look at these pictures which are not faked, 100% real. IMAGE 1 IMAGE 2 You can see the E-Reader Room is actually still in-tact in US Retail Copies. Unfortunately though, this is not accessible through the use of glitches in any US Retail game. You would need to edit a copy of the Japanese version's disc image to read GC6E save files. With that you can simply enter the Room if you've completed the main story in the Phenac City Stadium Registration Room (Green Door) and save on the PC, and pop in your US Retail or "Back-Up" copy and you will be in the Card E Room in the US Version and you will see all text is in English, regardless of the Fact that the room was hidden and has never seen the light of day in the US Version until today. The video attached will be uploaded soon, but you will see that in the video, everything is in English. Quite odd, if any of you hackers can get into the coding and activate the E-reader cards without having to actually physically add them, please let me know because I am highly interested in this beta room, and what it looks like because there are no videos on Youtube with a battle of the scanned e-cards. VIDEO
  2. Extract images? Where is that option again? Your usage of the phrase images in the context of data extraction confuses me. As far as I know, while this tool allows exporting and importing of ECB (e-card berry data), no images of e-reader dot code are involved. From what I know, it doesn't import/export e-card berry data into dot code format (what e-reader reads), thus I'm confused by your "The program lets you extract Berry images" and "convert an BMP/PNG into a e-Reader-compatible picture" assertion.
  3. Hmmmm looks like it could work but then again it says: "This only works for CIA/e-shop version (a.k.a digital copy) of the game. Does not work for the restoring save back into the cart versions (physical copy) of the games." So I'm not sure if I should delete my save file to try. I can't install a digital version of the game due to a lack of SD card space either unfortunately.
  4. A simple conversion doesn't exist as the berry data is only a small part of the actual e-Card file. You would need to go through similar steps as described in my guide for Trainer e-Cards. The only differences should be steps 7 and 8 that need to be changed like this: I haven't checked if it actually works, I will update the guide if it does.
  5. The Latios latias eon ticket works, it’s just an e-reader card. But I was wondering how do people inject or find ways to catch other legendaries like deoxys without the use of action replay
  6. I had found a really nice and concise write-up on here for Colosseum save editing, but I can't find it anymore. So we have a flag that is checked to load 1 of 3 Battle E trainers that have a Shadow Pokemon after a set of 20 cards is completed on a difficulty level. How do we change these flags so that we can catch the 3 pokemon without 60 extra battles (on NTSC-U)?
  7. Regi dolls The three Legendary titans also have dolls. Players with a Japanese copy of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire can obtain these dolls by scanning a promotional e-Reader card, Decoration Present, or through participating official Nintendo events. It is possible to obtain them in the non-Japanese versions with the following method: Scan the appropriate Decoration set card for the Japanese Ruby/Sapphire, which gives a Regi Doll to the Decoration Trader at Mauville City's Pokémon Center. Exchange records with Japanese Emerald. Exchange records between Japanese Emerald and non-Japanese Emerald. Exchange records between the non-Japanese Emerald and non-Japanese R/S of the same language.
  8. Hi HaxAras!
I saw your response in the thread linked bellow:
    https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/40541-extra-shadow-pokemon-quest/#comment-213668

"I know. I have a video of it as well as I own the actual cards. I have a 100% complete Colosseum collection of E-reader cards. I'm an E-reader enthusiast. "

And i was wondering, do you have a album of them uploaded somewhere on the internet (The individual cards)? Iv been working on making a complete list of all the cards with the actual images of them. Iv had good luck scowering yahoo auctions japan and found almost all the cards but im still missing a few.
The images i have to my hands on are most "passable" as they where not scans of the cards but low ress images of them (Some of them have so low resolution iv had to use outside sources to guess work what card is what)

If you don't have them uploaded somewhere, do you happen to know any good sources on where to find them and a complete list of them? So far iv built my list from the .raw files i found here in the event gallery and some random luck on yahoo auctions japan.

Alright, thanks for the replay Slayer

  9. The codes below will insert a special Trainer into your game against who you can battle in the house with the locked room at Mossdeep City (south-east of the Pokemon Center). All the codes are to be used on the Action Replay v3/4 English Ruby/Sapphire (any version, v1.0/v1.1/v1.2) These codes are also working on other European and American language versions (English/French/German/Italian/Spanish) but introduction as well as win and lose phrases might be grammaticaly incorrect for some Trainers in non-English games. Japanese Ruby/Sapphire Remove Trainer data Ruby/Sapphire (ENG) 2210F546 4E758A05 3A8313FA 554F4427 Ruby/Sapphire (JAP) A63C0E19 C80ADDD1 3A8313FA 554F4427 Master Codes I won't port any of the above codes to Emerald or FireRed/LeafGreen. They won't work properly since Trainer sprites have different indexes in Emerald and in EU/US versions the Trainer names also have the same restrictions as in Japanese versions (only 5 characters allowed). If you want to port these codes or make your own feel free to do so! Trainer data structure Documented by Adam from Furlock's Forest Trainer Classes: RS, FRLG, E (couples and special NPCs like Team Aqua/Leaders/Rivals don't have their proper overworld sprite) RAM offsets
  10. As a follow up to my previous post, with the help of BlackShark's tutorial on making custom e-Cards the translated Japanese e-Reader Berries are now in .bin and .raw format. This in the case of the .raw files would allow you to print out dot codes and scan them into an actual e-Reader while .bin and .raw can also be used through emulation. As with the .ecb files which are also included these are unofficial as they were never actually released in English but some people might want to use them. With thanks to BlackShark for making that tutorial as this would not have been possible without it. Translated e-Reader Berry Cards.zip
  11. With the help of Artrios' pokecarde disassembly that was forked from hatschkys and can be found here: https://github.com/Artrios/pokecarde I have recreated my translated versions of the Japanese only e-Reader Berries in order to make sure that they would work on rom hacks such as Citrus Bolt's Pokémon Heliodor. They are mostly unchanged at a first glance except that I shortened the text on the tag of the Ginema Berry to make it look a bit nicer. The dev data folder has some extra stuff that should be straight forward to understand. Edit: You'll want to redownload as I needed to fix the Yago Berry due to a typo. Translated e-Reader Berry Cards 2.0.zip
  12. You can use this plugin for PKHeX to inject the trainer data into your own save file. Get the trainer files from here: English Trainers https://github.com/projectpokemon/EventsGallery/tree/master/Released/Gen 3/ENG/e-Card Trainers Japanese Trainers https://github.com/projectpokemon/EventsGallery/tree/master/Released/Gen 3/JPN/e-Card Trainers
  13. I don't think this will be possible, because Korean payment methods are very difficult, you need a special korean ID and korean banc account... international credit cards are not accepted ....so far as i bought in the korean 3DS e-shop
  14. because, the event wasn't distributed to Emerald? and Emerald uses a different system? Eon Ticket is received on Emerald, by Mixing Records with a RS game that received the event from the e-reader card.
  15. We have RAW files on our github (https://github.com/projectpokemon/EventsGallery). [Should be under Released > Gen 3 > (language) > e-card .Raws] And there are also RAW files that can be found on the net.
  16. @StarsMmd Amazing discovery, maybe we'll be able to get Shadow Spoink at least. In fact I suppose the 21st card to be used for promo cards (2 were released only in Japan). Note that Shadow Scizor/Togepi/Mareep were not in the cards but with a mini event once you finished the battles. In order to get the missing Shadow mons I only see 2 ways: -get a beta version of the game which must exist somewhere according to the early build videos found -force the Shadow to appear with E-reader card (however my experience with Shadow Loudred taught me that you still need the Shadow ID in order to correctly purify it). Let @StarsMmd tell us what did he found with Shadow Spoink.
  17. Hi! I got 100% sav e file colosseum. All legal pokemon and itens. All colosseums are beaten. Save in e-reader room. All that remains is to catch the 3 shadows e-cards so that the save appears 51 snagged. Could someone do this for me please. I tried with dolphin and vba-m, but no good. We can talk about, just contact me. Thanks a lot 01-GC6E-pokemon_colosseum.gci
  18. I find it quite ironic that this topic got bumped up as I just got a Japanese e-reader plus specifically for this game. I just need some glossy printer paper to help print out the dotcodes and I'm golden. ...except I can't find the dumps for the two promotional trainer cards anywhere. If anyone knows where I can find them it'll save me the trouble of hunting them down. That's not why I came here though. Someone's been making Action Replay codes that gives certain trainers shadow Pokemon. Even though I'm sure they're 100% fake, there's a code out there that makes it so a trainer has a shadow Castform. Take it with a grain of salt, but I think there's something to look into with these. Secondly, I need someone to find the source of this piece of information from Bulbapedia's article on Colosseum's Double Battle e cards: In the internal files for Pokémon Colosseum, there is data for an unreleased 21st battle card that was never distributed. The battle would occur against Team Snagem Goku. I haven't seen any other source to help confirm this. I know that the data exists, but I haven't heard anything else about it.

  21. You can get Regi Dolls from Japanese game that has them. Japanese game can get them by scanning e-cards. There are cheat codes out there to give you everything. These aren't as hard to find as you think... Sadly, looks like decorations aren't supported by PKHeX presently.
  22. Oh gosh, how exciting! I only have about 20 Emerald cards, but have no attachment to any of them at this point (assuming they are traded for other emerald cards). I imagine you are not quite as interested in completing a second FRLG set, but it would be cool to preserve one and use/sell the other. I also have a second set just missing a handful I am hoping to do as stated with. Would also love the Colosseum cards...however anytime I see them for sale they are an entire set. Getting just 2 of the 4 would likely put me in an awkward spot. Are they opened? Recently noticed that eBay has seen a surge of Japan Battle E sellers selling their entire collections for small fortunes. I just bought Decoration Present with its certificate, for more than I will admit. It seems unfortunately that this is NOT the rarest card... Still have yet to see CoolTrainer Mattego Demo card, and then SOMEONE IS SELLING the FRLG Club Nintendo set! https://www.ebay.com/itm/Negotiations-Welcome-Ca9-2-Battle-Card-E-Fire-Red-Leaf-Green-N001-N002-N003/293565126626 No, I can't spend that much more on cards right now lol let me know on that spreadsheet!

Out there in the wild, exists a German Language Debugger's/Developer's Edition of Pokemon Ruby Version, which contains many debugging tools, including Mystery Event distribution subroutines. Working on the data first documented by The Cutting Room Floor and GlitchCity Forums, the E-card Trainer was finally extracted by @jojo12100 using @suloku's tool. There are e-Reader cards that allow you to challenge trainers in the old man's house in Mossdeep City, and the trainer can be swapped out by scanning a different card. This card data contains a trainer that is a Pokemon Ranger, with his name being "Card E" (Japanese: カードいイー), and rather peculiarly have the names of his Pokemon being in English ("TOURNAMENT"). Note: Japanese games are hard coded to only display up to 5 Characters for Trainer and Pokemon Names, even if the Pokemon has a longer name, as seen in the comparison below. It's possible that this e-Card was originally Japanese in a earlier revision of the debug rom, which was likely based on a japanese debug rom, before it was adapted for localization. The nicknames of the Pokemon was likely changed during localization. [We will not distribute the Debug Ruby Rom, and it is against our rules to ask for it] Original Thread:
