    Name Help

Go all out with nicknames. Don't name your Scizor RedScyther. My friend wanted me to make him a scyther. I named it Dumbnuts. Here's some of my Pokemon: Dusknoir - Mordred. The knight who killed King Arthur Togekiss - Galahad. The most sincere knight of King Arthur's Court Zapdos - Air Man. Because you can't defeat Air Man. You can get behind him, but its no use because you'll just get blown away in the end Video Lucario - Lucario. Because I don't nickname Pokemon if there's only one of them</denial> Gardevoir - Maaya. As in Maaya Sakamoto. Don't judge me : ( Leafeon - Kokiri. As in the children from Zelda Mamoswine - Ysengrin. If you don't read Gunnerkrigg thenyou really should start Vaporeon - Luna. It would make more sense it it was an Umbreon. Its the name of my Dog. Flygon - Honestly, I really don't know yet.

Suicune doesn't flap its wings to create the North Wind though.
  3. If you want to do that then it would be better to use Aerodactyl or Infernape as a lead instead. You're not using Jirachi to its fullest capabilities.

Not a big fan of single-existence Pokemon like Mew, Rayquaza and Giratina. Call it Hraesvelgr. Its an Ice Bird in Norse Mythology that creates the Northern wind http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hr%C3%A6svelgr
  5. Also, we are not Smogon. I'm sure Greencat agrees with me when I say the Mods aren't going to kick you in the butt for the tiniest mistake. They won't give infractions like Smogon does, but do try and have some common sense when creating teams.
  6. You're messing up your Jirachi lead. The main reason its a great lead is because of TRICK. You're not really supposed to use choice scarf with Stealth Rock. You're supposed to trick the scarf, then set up rocks. If you need some tips on Trick, just ask. Usually its like this: If the opponent looks like its going to lay down stealth rock, use trick. Basically, if the opponent is going to lead with a non-attack move you'll want to use trick. That will mess up the Pokemon later and give you an opportunity to lay down rocks of your own and finally U-turn to get out of the battle. This will also save Jirachi for later when you start annoying people with Iron Head.
  7. I think its the media but not the government. Anyone remember the "Africanized Bees" incident from a few years ago? Whenever I see Obama talk about it I just hear him saying "Shut the hell up, we have a cure, go back home."
  8. Nintendo is notorious for dumbing down their game's difficulty. Twilight Princess was supposed to be much more difficult than it was supposed to be. Remember, Miyamoto was actually the Co-Producer. He was the one that dumbed down the difficulty. I still found some parts difficult. Making Fantina the third gym instead of the fifth was really challenging. You didn't even have access to Dark or Ghost Pokemon at that time. Your only chance at getting SE hits was with a Pokemon like Luxio using Bite or Drifloom's horrible Astonish attack. Only the lucky few would have access to Cranidos from the underground too.
  9. Look, people in America like to freak out over little things. The whole reason why we're going nuts over the Swine Flu is because we don't have a definative cure/vaccine for it. People have died in Mexico, that is true. Mexico also has 10 times as many drug dealers than they do doctors. Sanitary conditions there are horrible and there is a great lack of healthcare and hospitals. Swine Flu hasn't killed anyone here. It behaves in a similar fashion to the regular flu, which we have a cure/vaccine for.
  10. It would be nice if the mod who's deleting my posts to PM me saying that they've deleted my post. And Greencat, it is pretty gross >_>
  11. Only when you purify them. In turn they turn into regular Pokemon, but they get special moves only that Pokemon gets http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Purification Some are actually useful, such as Tri-Attack Togepi, Baton Pass Swellow, Extrasensory Birds and Morning Sun Tangela. Pretty much everything else is useless though.
  12. Its not really a glitch though. Its been useful since GSC with the roaming beasts.
  13. I was kidding . I guess the Debate forum is a good idea. Well, until another 3 years. I remember being on a forum during the 2004 election season. It was horrible. Hardcore Conservativism competing with Hardcore Liberalism. If we didn't have moniters we would be at each other's throats with knives.
  14. Just so you know, if you obtain a hacked Ditto with perfect IVs its offspring will always be legit even though Ditto is not.
  15. You can already catch Deoxys on that one island. Even if it wasn't proven by hackers, why would they put two Deoxys in the game? You might be thinking about Jirachi and the moon. There was a rumor in regards to Jirachi being on the moon/in the white rock
  16. Are we allowed to debate the existence of the debate forum?

This is quite a ticking bomb, isn't it?
  18. Shadow Pokemon were corrupted Pokemon used by the "Team" in Colloseum and . They were sort of like Mewtwo's clones, overpowered and such, but they could use Shadow powers which were strong. Your job was to purify them of their Shadow ailment. An "untouched" Pokemon refers to a Pokemon that has not been altered any way since the first person got it. It usually refers to event Pokemon. For example, the Shaymin event at Toys R Us. Once you get it from the guy in the pokemart Shaymin is "Untouched." If you use him in a battle (outside of the Battle Frontier), mess around with moves or anything that makes his data different from when you originally got him he immediately becomes "touched." All .pkm events hosted here on project pokemon are untouched.
  19. Onwards to Bulbapedia! http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_Colosseum#Japanese_e-card Outside of that I can't help anymore.
  20. Could be Hepatitis B. Its more Common in Asian countries. Hepatitis A is more common in Western countries. *Content Remove* - Greencat @ 3:39PM >_> That's just gross.
  21. Choice items are the source of plenty of hurt, but the one-move-only drawback is huge. Send a Zapdos in against a choice banded Scizor using Bullet Punch and they'll have to switch.
  22. I sent you some stuff via PM already and I got your response (I really don't know why some people took it as a harsh rate). I use Choice Scarf Jirachi. Here's the thing with it: It will almost always lay down rocks. Its one of the few anti-leads that can do such a thing. Its only real threat is a Hippowdon's EQ. Whats even greater about it is that best case scenario you can perform an unexpected sweep. Also, by all means you can consider replacing U-turn for T-wave. Remember the butthurt generated by Togekiss's Paraflinch? Yeah. Jirachi gets the same thing except it has better resistances. T-wave doesn't work on ground pokemon anyway.
  23. I've had a similar thing happen to my Empoleon. It had to deal with the fact that I altered its EVs. But the thing is, I altered his EVs when he was in my team with Pokesav. In other words, by not depositing him his EVs never readjusted themselves. Only upon leveling up were they corrected. The +- symbol were in the stats that I reduced.
