    I voted 10/10, I would've voted 9.8/10 but closest was 10. It just seems weird how if you look very carefully on Drifloon's abdomen you could see some stripes, and also You applied a Drop Shadow for the Square in the Avatar but not one for Drifloon. Overall, it's very good, best one you've done in a while.

    I can make one with Pokesav, but it needs to be tested. It might change the first slot into the Pink Crystal but all your other goods might be erased. Or otherwise it doesn't erase the others, i'm not sure but its too risky to use. I believe you can store goods in the PC, so its best if you store all your goods in the PC then use the code.     I didn't really like the second one either actually. For the second one I followed a tutorial and that tutorial was specifically made to suit a certain character, but instead of using that character I used Dragonite which may have ruined it. How about rate this one, I made most of it through experimenting with opacities and filters, only one layer used someone else's technique. The others I thought of myself:

    Ok... on it. EDIT: Added the Darkrai, but since I already made the background, and I couldn't be bothered to start all over again, it would have been hard to make it look sinister. All I could do was change the colour to Black and apply a weak radial blur to look it make a bit more sinister. Hope you still like it:

    Oh yeah... like wraith said, you has strange Hex Values, I noticed that too. Don't mess up with the Hex Values randomly, check this thread to get your mind to know Hex Values: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?t=218 If the pokemon's not an egg/didn't come from an egg, after making the IV's you want click the PID/IV Button, there it will show a list, choose anyone of those which are Type 1 with a Nature and Gender you want. If you can't find the right Nature/Gender/Type you need, change the IV's a little and try again. When did you use PID/IV, after putting the IV's in or before putting the IV's? Or did you forget the use PID/IV another time after you altered the IV's a bit?

    Oh, so you're using an emulator, sorry, I got you all wrong... cuz I dun use emulators, I just use the Normal Game along with an Action Replay.
