[PKHeX Plugin] WC3 Plugin
By BlackShark
PKHeX plugin to import and export Gen. 3 event files.
This includes the following:
Mystery Gifts (WC3) for FireRed, LeafGreen and Emerald Mystery Events (ME3) for Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald e-Card Trainers (ECT) for all Gen. 3 games e-Card Berries (ECB) for all Gen. 3 games Wonder News (WN3) for FireRed, LeafGreen and Emerald
Compatibility Notice
The games can not have a Mystery Gift and a Mystery Event at the same time, importing one will override the other! International WC3 and WN3 differ from the Japanese ones, they are not compatible with each other! RS Berries differ from FRLGE Berries, they are not compatible with each other!
Features
All checksums are fixed on import. Files can be imported by selecting through the Import button or by dropping them into the plugin windows. Editing is not and will not be supported, use suloku's Gen 3 Mystery Gift Tool. Additionally Record Mixing Gifts can be edited for RSE. The specified item will be send over to other players you mix records with, until the counter reaches 0. The plugin supports the same languages that PKHeX supports. However not all have been translated yet. Finished translations: English, German, Chinese, French
How to use
Put the plugin into the plugins folder in your PKHeX directory, then access it from the Tools menu.
Note: Win 10 might block DLL files downloaded from the internet. In that case right click the plugin file, go to properties and check "unblock" (as seen here).

Bootleg Pokémon GBA Save Extractor and Injector
By theSLAYER
Introduction
Normally, save dumps from bootleg GBA carts are not usable on emulators nor save editors.
Instead of the designated save location (which is where regular homebrew for retail carts pull data from), the actual save is typically stored within the ROM data.
This means that players would need to dump their ROM data, then somehow figure out how to manually extract the save.
This program is an attempt at automatically extracting, and also injecting saves into bootleg Pokémon GBA ROMs, without the need to mess with hex editors.
Additionally, while it is not the main purpose of this tool, this program can also dump .sav files from .xps or .sps files.
[I can't find a working copy of XPS2SAV or SPS2SAV]
Usage
You can drag and drop the game (.gba/.bin) onto the program, or open the file with a click of the button.
The save (if available) is then dumped into the same directory as where the game is.
You can extract the save for editing, and then choose to inject back the edited save.
If you were to dump .sav files from .xps or .sps files, the program will default to and enforce Full Search.
Technical Explanation
Quick Search
This program checks every 0x1000 of the save file, starting from 0xFF8.
(if it's a save, the initial 2-words at every 0xFF8 in the save are identical to each other,
and the initial 2-words at every 0xFFE in the save are the same, that being blanks)
Image example:
Full Search
This program goes through every byte in the file, and looks for the first instance of 0x2025. Once it finds the first instance of 0x2025, it checks 0x1000 away to see if that byte is also 0x2025 - this is to determine if the position contains a save.
It then checks 0x10000 away to see if this save contains a backup.
Tests done.
Tested on a copy obtained from here, as well as on an owned bootleg cartridge.

Pokésav
By evandixon
Pokésav is a save editing tool for Generation 4 (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver). Its development has ceased. Users are encouraged to use PKHeX instead.
Pokésav does have a few key features that distinguish it from other things, such as Underground editing; if you don't need something specific, however, stick to PKHeX for gen 4 editing.
There are different files for each game and language. Use this table to find the version you want:

[PKHeX Plugin] PKHeX Sprite Plugin
By DarkKrimson
Only works with PKHeX versions that were built on .NET 4. The lastest version has moved to .NET 7.
This plugin replaces all Pokemon sprites in PKHeX to larger and more vibrant sprites. They are based on the Pokemon HOME sprites and are a bit more stylized.
Currently, this contains all previous generation HOME sprites up to PLA with Gen 9 sprites being the current in-game sprites.
To use the plugin:
Create a folder named "plugins" in the same folder as PKHeX. Place the .dll inside the plugins folder. Start PKHeX.exe3964 downloads

[PKHeX Plugin] HOME Live Viewer & Dumper
By SkyLink98
This Plugin is meant to dump and view infos from Pokémons deposited into Pokémon HOME.
This Plugin is not intended to allow users to edit Pokémon Infos directly from HOME and it will never allow to.
Notably, this can be used for those Pokémons that are stuck in HOME beyond the first Box, or that for some reason the owner does not want to transfer away (eg. Unique GO/HOME Symbol sticker or game-specific unavailable mons).
If you need support, please write in the appropriate thread.
The creators of this tool are not responsible for any adverse outcomes or side effects of using this tool.
We do not condone use of cheating and modified data to take advantage of others. Trading converted files without disclosure could be considered scam.
GitHub Source code
These Plugins need PKHeX 26.04.11. Compatibility with other PKHeX versions is not guaranteed.
During the dumping processes, the Pokémon HOME application may act lagghy. This is normal.
Compatible save file formats are:
LGPE, SwSh, BDSP, PLA, SV, ZA.

PKSE - Pokemon Save Editor
By Kiasta
⚠v1.1.0 caused an issue where empty party slots filled with bad eggs. This has been fixed as of v1.1.1+. This is a non-permanent data corruption issue and the bad eggs can be removed with PKHeX or by installing PKSE v1.1.1+ and saving. This is due to an oversight where I was setting the empty slots with 0 or empty data instead of encrypting the empty slot with an encrypted blank. This logic was already in-place with empty box slots, but I failed to copy over the logic to empty party slots. I had no saves with empty party slots and did not catch it.⚠
PKSE is an open-source Pokémon save editor that runs directly on a hacked
Nintendo Switch console. It reads, edits, and writes save files in place on
the console, so no PC, save transfer, or external tooling is required.
SUPPORTED GAMES
Gen 3: FireRed / LeafGreen
Gen 7: Let's Go, Pikachu! / Eevee!
Gen 8: Sword / Shield, Brilliant Diamond / Shining Pearl, Legends: Arceus
Gen 9: Scarlet / Violet, Legends: Z-A
Per-game save version and DLC detection is handled automatically.
CROSS-GAME BANK
PKSE includes a native storage bank shared by every supported game. A
Pokémon deposited from one game is converted into the destination game's
format on withdrawal, preserving origin data: OT, trainer IDs, met
location and level, IVs, nature, and PID.
EDITING
Party and box Pokémon: species, level, stats, IVs/EVs (AVs in Let's Go),
nature, ability, moves, held item, ball, OT/met/origin data, shininess,
gender, and ribbons. Trainer info and item pouches are editable with
per-game item and count limits enforced.
A Pokémon creator builds an entity from scratch in any supported game's
format, with legal values highlighted.
LEGALITY
A legality checker flags illegal values as you edit. It is informational
only — it never blocks an edit or silently alters your data. Encounter
matching is not yet implemented, so the checker should not be treated as
a substitute for PKHeX's legality analysis.
SAVE HANDLING
Backup and restore are performed on-console with retained backup history.
Users are strongly encouraged to take a backup with Checkpoint or an
equivalent tool before first use.
INTERFACE
HOME-style UI built with NanoVG, 256px HD sprites, full touch controls,
and scrollable storage and lists.
REQUIREMENTS
A Nintendo Switch running custom firmware with access to the Homebrew
Menu. Place PKSE.nro in sd:/switch/. Tested on firmware 22.5.0. PKSE
operates only on save data already present on your own console.
CREDITS
Built using PKHeX as a reference throughout — much of the format and
structure knowledge behind this tool comes from that project and the
documentation work of this community.

NovaDEX for Android v0.4.1 - Early Preview
By VENM0U5
NovaDEX is an independent, unofficial Android-first Pokémon save editor built
with .NET MAUI and PKHeX.Core 26.7.7.
This is not an official Android release of PKHeX and is not a renamed copy
of PKHeX.Mobile. NovaDEX has its own touch-first Android interface and workflow
while using PKHeX.Core for save-format handling, legality analysis, and Pokémon
data operations.
Features
- Open saves through the Android system file picker
- Create a private working copy and dated original backup before editing
- Browse the party and Box 1 with bundled offline Pokémon sprites
- Edit species, nickname, level, gender, nature, ability, held item,
friendship, shiny state, moves, IVs, and EVs
- Create Pokémon in empty box slots from compatible encounters
- Apply encounter-aware PID/IV correction with legality checks
- Edit trainer name, displayed IDs, gender, money, and play time
- Search and edit Potions, Poké Balls, TMs/HMs, Berries, and supported
inventory items
- Protect Key Items from ordinary editing
- Store Pokémon copies in the private on-device NovaBank, export them, delete
them, and restore them to the first empty Box 1 slot
- Save a new verified local copy without overwriting the selected Android file
- Browse and download saves over FTP
- Browse Anbernic-style HTTP directory listings and download saves
- Upload a verified backup copy or explicitly replace a remote save when the
server supports the required operation
Compatibility
NovaDEX requires Android 7.0 or newer and a 64-bit ARM or x86_64 device. It
accepts decrypted or unencrypted save files recognized by PKHeX.Core. Common
names and extensions include main, .sav, .dsv, .dat, .gci, and .bin.
Console saves must first be exported with an appropriate save manager. Neither
PKHeX nor NovaDEX can open saves that are still encrypted with console-specific
keys.
The developer has tested personal workflows involving GB/GBC/GBA/DS saves from
an Anbernic handheld, Nintendo 3DS saves, and Nintendo Switch saves. This is an
early preview rather than a guarantee that every editor field behaves
identically in every game.
Installation
1. Download NovaDEX.apk.
2. Compare its SHA-256 with the value below.
3. Allow your browser or file manager to install unknown apps when Android
asks.
4. Let Google Play Protect scan the APK if prompted.
5. Install and open NovaDEX.
6. Keep an untouched external backup, then choose Open local save.
Important safety information
Always keep a known-good backup outside NovaDEX before editing. Close the game
or emulator before replacing a save.
Version 0.4.1 is an early preview. It does not yet include the later Backup &
Recovery Center or a persistent interruption-recovery journal. An interrupted
FTP or HTTP overwrite can leave a remote save incomplete. Uploading a
separately named backup copy is safer than replacing the original.
Plain FTP and HTTP are unencrypted and should be used only on a trusted home
network. HTTP replacement depends on the server's upload behavior and cannot
guarantee that the server created its own backup.
NovaBank is private application storage and is not Nintendo's Pokémon Bank
service. Export important Bank entries before uninstalling NovaDEX because
uninstalling removes app-private data.
Do not use modified Pokémon to deceive other players or gain an unfair
advantage online.
Known limitations
- This early preview uses a temporary Android development signing certificate.
Moving to a permanent signing key will require preview users to export their
data, uninstall this build, and install the newly signed build.
- NovaBank restores to the first available slot in Box 1.
- Key Items are read-only by default to reduce progression and softlock risks.
- FTP/HTTP upload and replacement support depends on the homebrew server.
- Network replacement is not power-loss-safe in v0.4.0.
- Version 0.4.0 does not include the later Backup & Recovery Center work.
- 32-bit-only Android devices are not supported by this APK.

USUM Flag Importer
By theSLAYER
Brief Description
This tool imports flags into your USUM save.
Instructions
1. Load the program
2. Load up your decrypted non-corrupted USUM save
(decrypted non-corrupted USUM save basically means a USUM save that loads in PKHeX)
3. Select an option within the drop down box
(note, these set of event flags were obtained from a save that backed up the point in time explained in the text of the drop down box)
4. Click Inject
5. Open the save in PKHeX, then save in PKHeX, to fix the checksum.
Author's notes
Unless there's any major game-breaking bug (excluding users not fixing the checksums properly), I have no intention of fixing/updating this.
While the text in the drop down box contains a lot of misspellings, this should be something users can figure out..
Also, if you can't load the save after the edit, and you're sure you fixed the checksum, check out this tutorial:

DS Poke Edit 1.97
By thaleskpl
This is a save editor for pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum that I translated from spanish a while back. Most of the pokémon editing is better done in PKHeX, but some features of this app are unique from what I have seen around.
Mainly being able to edit your underground bags with items, traps and decorations
and being able to attach the old unused ribbons on any pokémon with the selected text you want
Since the download was on a old forum post that was made before the download sections on project pokémon got updated, I decided to upload it here too

[PKHeX Plugin] Mons with NPC editor (For Legends Arceus)
By theSLAYER
In Pokémon Legends Arceus, the player is able to give or loan mons to the NPCs, and those mons will show up in the overworld.
Even for permanent gifts, the data of the given mons are actually fully intact.
This plugin allows you to modify the mons that were given/on loan.
How to use
Put the plugin into the plugins folder in your PKHeX directory, then access it from the Tools menu.
Note: Win 10 might block DLL files downloaded from the internet. In that case right click the plugin file, go to properties and check "unblock" (as seen here).
[You may have to unblock, reblock, then unblock again to get it to work]
Example of how to unblock:
Usages
Used to modify the mons in NPC/farm block in the save.
Always back up your saves before you perform any edits.
