ive been a long time pokemon fan for years. But, pokemon platinum came as a little bit disappointing. I got it and beat it the day i got it (With no hacks). just comes to show that you can't love every pokemon game. if i were to suggest this game to anyone, it's a 30%-70% chance that they would like it or not. i personally think that this game needs more potential. Well that is about it. I can't show you guys how disappointing this was for me. My Rating of Platinum: 5.0 out of 10.0 -Lord Was

So people all have their favorite starter Pokemon... that's a given, but here's a twist to the question; which Starter Pokemon helps you win your battles? I guess you can vote for four... one from each generation. [sprite]009[/sprite] Gen I: Blastoise makes things so slow and deadly for the opponents. My Blastoise was able to survive a Modest 31 IV Max SpAtk Kyogre's Thunder and strike back with Mirror Coat [sprite]160[/sprite] Gen II: Feraligatr... the awesome Dragon Dancer! [sprite]260[/sprite] Gen III: Swampert, the mudfish with only one weakness, able to take hits from stuff like Tyranitar and Metagross, and take them down one on one. I just love this thing [sprite]395[/sprite] Gen IV: Empoleon, the steel penguin in a tux destroying those Outraging Dragons for me So what's yours?

I was originally intending on posting a poll but the poll would include 34 choices so I decided against it. My favorite legendary believe it or not is NOT Shaymin. My favorite legendary would definitely have to be Ho-Oh or Celebi respectively. What is yours? Post it here

So I traded for a Kyogre last night. Usually when I trade with someone I trade from Pokemon Diamond on my flash cart. Then Trade that Pokemon to my Legit Pokemon Pearl copy. I use Legality Checker to check if everything looks valid before trading it to Pearl. Only this time the Trash Bytes resulted in INVALID result. So basically I want to ask if I was had,gyped, ripped off etc? kyorge.pkm -

Okay, I have thsi cheating addiction now with the games DPP. I really liked the game Diamond before I started cheating, but after a week of playing it for the first time, I started cheating on all of them. Like, here are codes I use: - Cloning - All TMs & HMs - WPM - Max Battery - Walk Through Walls - And More... So, how do I quit cheating or at least reduce it?

Please make a note of confirmed information in the thread here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?p=50138#post50138 Some information from GSC: Regarding Pokémon availability: The game will most likely use the Johto Pokédex which included all 251 known Pokémon at that time. However, not all of them were available to be caught in the games. Unobtainable Pokémon in Pokémon Gold: Unobtainable Pokémon in Pokémon Silver It's also possible that the Pokemon included in the Johto Dex who now have new evolutions from Gen 3 or 4 could see those evolutions present in the new games and possibly a newer version of the Johto Dex. Or perhaps they won't be, like FR/LG? What do you think? Pokemon that have been introduced in Gen III or IV that evolve from or into a Johto Dex Pokemon: Despite being able to travel to Kanto, these Pokemon were unavailable: Out of these listed Kanto Pokemon, the fossil Pokemon are able to be found in the Underground in DPP, the three legendary birds are found in Platinum, but the starters are only obtainable by migration from FRLG and Mewtwo/Mew are not available in a 4th Gen game yet. Also, Celebi was obtainable through an item-activated event in the Japanese version, but not American. Therefore, it could be possible that a Celebi event could be in the new games. Perhaps with a GS Ball event similar to the Member's Card or Oak's Letter. What do you think about the Kanto starters and Mew/Mewtwo? Do you think there could be something similar to Birch giving you a Johto starter in Emerald? Or perhaps an item-activated event for Mewtwo in the Cerulean Cave? Legendary Pokemon in GS: I think it's safe to say that the Regi-trio Pokemon will not be included in these versions since they were already in Platinum (as well as obviously being in RSE). Do you think other Pokemon will be included? Do you think Kanto will be included (or do you think it will be cut since it already appeared in FR/LG)? Do you think more of Kanto's Pokemon will be available? Do you think Kanto will be the same size? Bigger/more in-depth than in GS? What kind of legendary/event Pokemon do you think will be in the game? What kind of Pokemon do you think we'll get through item-activated events (such as Darkrai, Shaymin and Arceus)? Do you think we'll see ways to obtain Mewtwo, Mew, Celebi or even Jirachi's first in-game obtainable appearance? What other aspects of the game do you think will be included? Or what do you think will be cut from the original release of GS? I'm personally really hoping to see something like the Battleground from Platinum where you'd be able to re-battle the characters from GS such as the Johto and Kanto Gym leaders (and maybe even Red, if he comes out of his cave...). Other than using Pokesav, has anyone found a way to access secret wallpapers for the PC? I found a good site which generates the four words you need to say to have access them. So basically, you go to the third floor of Jubilife's TV center (the building above the Pokemon center with the flashy huge screen) and look for a reporter guy next to a blonde haired lady. When you talk to him, you have to input four words (he asks for two first then two again) and if you get the phrases right, he'll give you a secret wallpaper for your PC. Apparently, it is dependent on your ID number. Your ID number is found in your Trainer Card. Push the X (or Start button) to open the menu and select the option with your name. Your trainer card will show, along with your TRAINER ID. That is the number you want. This idea was first introduced in Emerald, but in there, I think you only get one. I'm not so sure. i was just thinking, would it be possible for the site to have a part that lists the distribution dates for the WC events? e.g., alamos darkrai 5/31/08 - 6/1/08 at TRU stores, 6/1/08 - 6/30/08 in the NWS, etc.

So, how many people have this title, that was such a nightmare to get in North America for some people? Personally, the whole storage system was one of my favourite features of the Pokemon Stadium games, and I was pretty annoyed that the feature wasn't built into Colosseum, as it should've been. And that it was only made available at a single store for the entire continent; a store of which even the online version could only ship the thing to the US, was maddening :mad:. Europe got a much better deal, I think, as the disc for Box could come included with Colosseum as a set. It's ironic the UK and Japanese versions of Box are more readily available to North Americans today than this region's own version. A bit less than a year ago I got tired of not having it, and gave in by buying it on eBay for a rather obscene price. The plus side is that it was in open, but pristine condition... even some stickers that had apparently come with it were unused.

Alright, pokesav for platnium hasnt really been working for me. I only really used it twice, once for an item:didnt work, and second time for mystery gift, manaphy:didnt work. I'm pretty sure im putting everything correctly, since i've been using pokesav diamond for quite a while. Now, is their some type of difference between diamond pokesav and platnium pokesav? Like something that is different, that i must change? More specifically Mystery gift. Thanks.

Hey there, I'm trying to make a Pokemon which is legit. I need some help though. Basically, I would like to know how to make my Pokemon look like it has been traded from a Pokemon Pearl game, to my Pokemon Diamond game. I don't know how to get the "Apparently Met" part of the details. Also I want this pokemon to look like it was bred on that game and EVed on thatgame, and traded to the Diamond game once complete.
