I just wanted to know what everyone thinks about their favorite games. Which one it is and why. Mine would have to be Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Time and Darkness. I love it because you can be a pokemon, and there are so many upgrades from the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red and Blue. Its got more of a plot, more pokemon, more everything! Don't get me wrong, the original trainer battles are nice but it was such a breakthrough into pokemon gaming when you could actually become a pokemon! So, what about you?

From what I hear, the VS Recorder that allows you to record and upload video of your pokemon battles checks the legitimacy of your pokemon and your opponent's and if this is something out of place, it will state an error in either your party or their's. Now, I haven't used Platinum or anything of the sort, but I was wondering how efficient is this VS Recorder. Meaning, does everything have to be authentically made in order to pass through? I was hoping if someone could check by doing battles with a clearly hacked pokemon (IVs are to the extreme, EVs, etc.) A pokemon with generated PID/IV values and origins are all in-place, but no hex values AT ALL! And a perfectly legit pokemon. Thanks D:

Quick question. I was curious if the PID/IV algorithm mumbo jumbo applies to Pokemon who have been hatched. Every time I run them through the legality checker it just says "Hatched" so I assume everything's fine when I use the Generate button instead.

when ever i make a pokemon egg code the date on the egg are wrong and where is says the egg came from help?

I suck at pokesav; I admit it. :bidoof: I need someone to explain how to create a hacked pokemon look as legit as possible. BUT PLEASE EXPLAIN GOOD. Either explain it good, or dont post at all. ***Also i have the most trouble giving the pokemon its stats, ev's, and iv's, so please explain that mostly.*** Ps: dont say "go to youtube, they will explain it to you", because they just do the basics (and theyre not good at making a legit pokemon). I just want to know how to create a hack pokemon as legit as possiblle. Just tell me what i need to know and how to create a legit pokemon.

I really want the old Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2 to come out on the Wii Shop Channel I mean I love my N64 but eventually its gonna bite the dust so I hope they get it on there soon I mean they already got Pokemon Snap on it to... whats everyone else think?

I have to say Pokemon XD was a beast game. The part I mostly liked was that you were able to have shadow pokemon and use shadows moves. I really like how Nintendo made the story line different from regular Pokemon games.

Well I think you can't beat the classics. They are all so much fun. What do you think? Also what did they use to animate the game? a computer program? State your opinion about pokemon yellow.

Here's the situation: I accidentally screwed up my Pearl save file and don't have access to an R4 or flashcart. I have a few Pokemon from that save file on a different cart which works. If someone could use Pokesav to figured out the SID from my Pearl cart, I could use My Pokemon Ranch to recover all of the Pokemon on that cart. Please help, I have almost one of EVERY Pokemon, legitimately, on that cart! :'(

Okay, so I've been into Pokemon for about six years, and within all that time I have noticed that some people REALLY hate Pokemon. I think I know why, though. They have seen the anime. See, the problem about the anime is that most poeple grow out of it by age seven or something because of how imature it is. When people see this show, the first thing they think is:"Well this is stupid, which obviously means the video games and tcg are, too. I think I'm gonna boycott Pokemon and be famous among the whole world." This annoys the living crap outts me, so I think this thread will help us understand their selfish nature and how to stop it with "excuses". Post anything about Pokemon that you would say to a hater to make them even possibly start liking the series.

If a file is corrupted, the game reverts to an earlier save. Is there any way to access this earlier save? Is there a save history? I have a game that got messed up and erased some of my pokemon. Id like to try and get them back, so if there is anyway of accessing a history of saves or a history of owned pokemon if such a thing exists, please let me know.

Alright instead of just an intro in one post and then the rest in several others I'm going to try and get it all into this one post. Pokemon Eggs: Hatching Well hatching eggs is simple really however depending on the pokemon inside the egg it could take some time. Each pokemon while in the egg takes a different amount of steps to hatch. I feel so lame saying this but I actually didn't know that hatching an egg took steps so flying around doesn't count! Now if you have a lot of eggs you can only hold 5 in your party because you have to have a pokemon to battle just in case. So now that you have 5 eggs or less in your party you can go begin the hatching. Wait, no you can speed it up you just have to have the right pokemon. You see if the pokemon in your party has the ability flame body or magma armor the number of steps it takes to hatch an egg is cut in half. Pretty useful. Now, find a long stretch of uninterupted road, or cycling path, and then run or bike up and down the road to gain the steps. Riding on the bike in cycling road is the fastest way I know and you should have a bike by the time you get an egg. So that is the most efficient way I know to hatch eggs. If you want to know around the exact number of steps your particular egg will take to hatch then go to this link... http://pokemon.marriland.com/diamond_pearl/pokedex/list And search on the pokemon you know is inside the egg. The pokemon in the egg is always the female's or non ditto's species. If you receive it from a friend or in game then you might not know. Bad eggs are the result of a code gone wrong or to many codes used. At least that is what I have read. So maybe if you were trying to get a pokemon from your AR and you misentered the code well then the pokemon would probably result in a bad egg. Can they hatch? Yes I do believe they will but they will turn up as a question mark and everything will be question marks either that or they never hatch. I do believe that they take 30,000 steps to hatch which is good because you never want to hatch them. They could crash your game. These eggs should be put in a pc immediately and never messed with if you cherish your game data. Why do they exist exactly? I have read through my internet research that it is somewhat of a vengeance. The vengeance of Missingno. or something like. This (identity) created something that to many codes resulted in a bad egg. (atleast with 3rd generation games for sure) Or maybe a code gone wrong or incorrectly inputted. They can crash your game which is part of the vengeance. Plus when they hatch they turn into question marks and that is all the pokemon you will ever see if it doesn't crash your game. Question marks. Codes gone wrong? These are incorrectly put in codes this could result in a bad egg. Plus I do believe that bad eggs can appear in double battles if you are using the one hit KO cheat. This, after the foe is defeated, could result in a bad egg appearing, although it is invisible it will use the moves of the previous pokemon and if wild it can be caught but don't catch it! BAD EGGS ARE JUST LIKE THEIR NAME BAD! DON'T EVER HATCH ONE OR ACCEPT ONE IN A TRADE, REALLY JUST STICK IT IN THE PC AND LEAVE IT ALONE! THEY ARE A CREATION OF PURE DEVIOUSNESS. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE EGGS THEY ARE NOT NORMAL AND CAN BE LETHAL TO YOUR GAME! I CANT STRESS THE FACT ENOUGH THAT THOSE THINGS ARE BAD AND DANGEROUS TO YOUR GAME! DON'T HATCH THEM OR IT COULD BE THE LAST EGG YOU EVER HATCHED!

I have created 3 parties of Pokemon, on the correct Pokesav version, and gotten the ARDS output code. When I put it in my AR, start up the game with it, and then use it, I go to look at my party and all I can see is a black screen. Frozen. Can someone help me on this? :confused:

Did anyone else HATE this game? I for one did. It was a lame excuse for Pokemon meets Racing. If they wanted to make a good racing game, they should have just made Pokemon Kart

So I don't know what your experience is, but I was around when Pokemon first came to the US. I was actually growing up. The anime was even my first exposure to Pokemon, because I never owned a Pokemon game until Fire Red (about a month or so before D/P came out in the US), and had only rented Red from blockbuster years back. So about a year ago, I waxed nostalgic on the anime and viewed the older episodes. Wow, what a load of crap. Like many other shows I've re-visited, it didn't hold up. Shoddy animation, pretty poor voice acting, extremely repetitive. I know Pokemon, the franchise as a whole, has a certian amoung of formulaic crap, but man...Kanto and Orange and Johto are BAD. But then I tuned into Diamond and Pearl, and what is currently Battle Dimension. Instead of a bunch of characters that show up and are never heard from again, they keep coming back. Sometimes for just 1-3 episodes in the near future. Or other times they show up throughout the whole saga. The voice acting is greatly improved (many will disagree). The animation too. Stuff actually happens. Pokemon have personalities, and it's like I care about the characters. It's still a kids' show. But for a kids' show, it's doing a pretty good job with the hand it's been dealt with. What's your experience with the anime? I'd talk about the movies, but to me, they've universally all sucked.
