    Shadow ID is not happiness.
  2. New programs that are not digitally signed (like PKHeX) take time to be recognized by antivirus scanners as OK. That's just how it is.
  3. Fixed, footers now save correctly in the hotfix b) I just uploaded (redownload if your zip was downloaded prior to this message being posted)
  4. Emulator bug, not emulating the vblank occurrence correctly. Working as intended, doesn't happen on hardware.
  5. You can change the RTC value with PKHeX. Resetting to a low value should enable the berry fix to be reapplied, unless there's also an event flag you need to toggle. Might also be an event value too, so check the disassembly and study whatever you're trying to revert.

Uploaded a fixed executable, redownload the 'a' hotfix. Thanks for reporting
  7. Read the pinned threads. You need to install the .NET Framework per the FAQ.
  8. PKHeX supports raw save data dumps. If bizhawk has its own saved data format with appended information (similar to desmume), then the save file size is different. Can't be recognized unless the format is documented and the program updated to read it. Double check that your save files are actually valid, and not empty save data (save in game).
  9. What would a froakie look like if it were obtained with a hidden ability? Where can you get a hidden ability froakie? How do you use PKHeX correctly to create new Pokémon from specific types of encounters? Is there some sort of database hidden in the program? Have I explored the program to find if there's a feature for this?
  10. The encounter database is not empty. Use the search functions -- just like google.com, there are no results until you search with a query.
  11. Pretty much junk if it's forcibly loaded as RBY. Lots of incorrect values, implying the read SAV didn't dump 100% correctly.
  12. Don't rename files when you import. Only overwrite. You should only have main and backup.
  13. The trainer editor does not show time played. You can always try changing it directly via the Block Data editor.
  14. The game doesn't check your inventory every time it wants to see if your trainer is allowed to do certain battle actions. Look in the Trainer Editor.
  15. Hold control when right clicking the box slot, and you can check legality directly. The Pokemon editor makes fixes automatically, hence the observed behavior. This thread is not for reporting anything modified by external means; this includes manual injections of data from other games (likely incorrect handler data).
  16. Gen2 Crystal japanese save files are 64KB; fix your emulator settings.
  17. Already reported and fixed https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX/issues/3511 Will be working correctly in the next release, and you can use the development build in the meantime if it bothers you enough.
  18. It won't apply stats if it's never visited a game that can apply stats. Pokemon expose a generation property; you can use that as a filter. Don't guess property names; use the drop down to see the list of available properties.
  19. Volt Tackle is not an inheritable egg move in Gen6. It is appended to the moveset in the breeding routine only if the parent is holding a Light Ball.
  20. The box editor grid does not scale, it draws sprites 1:1 based on the pixels.
  21. Thanks for reporting, fixed on latest commit https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX/commit/12ad7f6449375460ff827609c1fd6fd527443e7e Nobody had noticed for nearly a year lol
  22. No not really possible; custom firmware is easy. https://3ds.hacks.guide/ 3DS stores files encrypted per the 3DS's encryption; without homebrew, you aren't going to be able to decrypt or use, hence needing homebrew.
  23. That's not how you extract your save data. Go look for a guide that uses Homebrew+Custom firmware, aka hacking your console.
