Transfer from Gen 7 -> SWSH is possible, as that can be done legitimately. however, HOME support for BDSP is legitimately not available at the moment, hence PKHeX not allowing that.

There’s no save data to meet a starter as shiny. Maybe with ROM editing, but not save editing.

PKHeX doesn't run on the Switch. You'll need a modded Switch, to dump the save from your Switch, to use on the PC with PKHeX.

Just use my plugin for PKHeX, it should allow you to edit and remove records. It should be findable if you read through the save-editing downloads. (I can’t link you right now cause I’m out)

From what I remembered Kaphotics said, it isn’t as simple as modding a single value. I could be wrong, but I don’t think it’s properly documented either.

You gotta manually edit Cresselia to match legal PIDIV correlation. what you can do, is load a Cresselia from the encounter database (PKHeX will give you a basic legal one), then use that as a base and edit it. make sure you don’t edit PID, IVs, IVs, Ability, Height, Weight to keep it legal.
