  1. No worries. Well, create a mgdb folder in the root of your PKHeX, then place the card in it. It should work until they’ve included it in the stable build
  2. It’s already available in the dev build. The current version of PKHeX was released before the Moltres event, so it’s natural it won’t be recognised. Consider adding the wonder card to mgdb, or use the dev build, until a new stable build is released. Also this area is for event gallery errors, not for PKHeX issues.
  3. Yeah maybe the scripts did something.
  4. Keep this as a backup. restart the game, purely play on cart, then catch some Pokémon, then report back.
  5. They can’t get it working. If they got it working, I would think they would have made a video about it.
  6. I would think it’s the scripts. I’ve used VBA only Crystal (Japanese and English) multiple times and no GS ball. also hey, aren’t you the one with the invalid encounters for JP Crystal? I’m starting to wonder if you used a hacked ROM when playing on VBA. Also, did you play on the 3DS-VC variant? It gives you GS ball after you defeat the E4
  7. Ah sorry, I meant to say all your other Pokémon. They should not have event as their met location. Out of curiosity, what is their OT (show an image of the OT tab please)
  8. If I'm not mistaken, the met location cannot be event for an in-game Togepi. Did you inject the egg? Are you playing a ROM hack. This does not seem natural.
  9. You're not suppose to use the ROM on PKHeX. You're only supposed to use the save. Also make sure you save in-game, not 'saving' via save states.
  10. Well anyhow: I know you said Gen 4, but as long as your mons aren't hatched, using Method 1 from what this gives you should work. For example, I'll use AAAAAAAA: Using those IVs: Darkrai was legal with PID and IVs! For Pokemon caught on routes, you may have to do an extra step, to ensure Poke Finder can generate that PID for that met level and encounter slot (basically, for routes, not every PID can occur for every encounter)
  11. Pokefinder. I can’t take a screenshot and point it to you at the moment but yeah the option is there. maybe leave a PID here and I can give you an example later?
  12. Yeah in the future if you got issues with your save, maybe upload the block that seems to be the issue, rather than the save. Last thing you want is someone using your save and getting you banned (if that is at all possible)
  13. This may help: https://projectpokemon.org/home/tutorials/save-editing/managing-switch-saves/
  14. Your save has been removed due to it breaking the “do not upload PLA saves” policy. what I would suggest you to do is to load your save in PKHeX, then proceed to completely clear the Pokédex data.
  15. I’ve got no concrete answers for all your questions, especially your R4 one. As for the randomiser one, it’s one of two things: - if the randomiser doesn’t check the checksum of the game (meaning you can load an edited game), then it should be fine - if it won’t recognize an edited game, you’re likely gonna have to make the edits after you randomised it. in either case, it’s a “try for yourself and report back to us” situation.
  16. yeah the hope would be them keeping it, but it's hard to say. Anything can happen
  17. Multiple IFs. If HOME supports HOME->BDSP, and doesn't wipe the HT/WT data upon such an entry into BDSP, then yes, it would come into play. Same thing for SV: If SV supports HT/WT, and doesn't wipe HT/WT if HOME supports HOME->SV, then yeah it'll come into again. Do notice how there's multiple IFs involved. Just because HOME doesn't wipe HT/WT currently, doesn't mean it won't when entering future games. Another if would be if SV even decides to support + display it. HOME wiping HT/WT when entering future games: As much as it doesn't do so right now, we cannot guarantee it won't in the future. SV supporting HT/WT: As much as it seems SV is built on PLA's engine, we can't guarantee the support. SWSH was built on LGPE's engine and it didn't support HT/WT displays.
  18. that sounds like it. Tho in that case, it sounds like you should be aiming for normal
  19. I meant 'show inheritance' for your previous beedrill example, since that's what we're looking at. Tho from this example, it looks like Pokefinder is more accurate than RNGReporter, since you're getting the exact values. So you can continue to progress with Pokefinder, it looks like RNGreporter is just getting the numbers wrong. Probably another reason (or maybe a consequence of) why it is a dropped project.. Regarding the method: https://github.com/zaksabeast/PokemonRNGGuides/blob/main/guides/FireRed and LeafGreen/Egg RNG.md It doesn't mention anything about the method, but it's using a normal one in the screenshot.
  20. Can you show me the search via Pokefinder, but click 'Enable inheritance'? I'm unsure of the Mixed method thing. I'm trying to look for it
  21. No them being legal won’t be a problem. Interestingly the screenshot you showed is for RNGreporter, yet you mentioned Pokefinder. To be clear, every value you input matches what you’re doing? Like the initial seed, like the compatibility of parents, like the IVs the parent have?
  22. Pokemon files are not stored 1-for-1 in the Hall of Fame. So the answer for your case is no. Read more on what data is stored here: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Hall_of_Fame#Generation_I
  23. Yeah, that's the thing that baffles me the most. I would assume that you would have saved multiple times leading up from the start of the game to Sky Pillar, so if the 26 second came from a very early point of your playthrough, that should have been overwritten at this point. Anyway sorry I couldn't help.
