  1. Use this to edit your existing save to whatever points in the list in the program:
  2. ^ that. you gotta use a same Nintendo account. Using the same local transfer feature, you can share your account local wirelessly to the other Switch. Make sure to go for the option that retains the profile on your 1st Switch. This way, you’ll legitimately have the same profile on both Switches. You can start the process by pressing the (+) on user profile selection menu when you start a game.
  3. Cool! Also you could consolidate it into the same post
  4. Does your Switch have CFW?
  5. Officially? You can never get it back. The best you could do is update to the latest version. unofficially? Just use the null ID file.
  6. It’s too small to be a full save. Sounds like you’re using save states. Use the game’s menu (the press x button on the NDS) then save the game, instead of using the emulator’s menu. Then, look for a DSV or SAV file.
  7. What format is that? How did you obtain it?
  8. Well, long story short, you don't inject a save as a ROM. If the converter needs a ROM, supply it a ROM. ROMs (like .gba) and saves (like .sav) are two different things. Maybe set up the GBA cia and install it first.
  9. According to what you said, it appears to be stored between each progress point (starter, gym, etc)? You could do before and after saves for each of those points and compare event flags. PKHeX has a event research button IIRC
  10. i figured it was that (for both points). Glad it works!
  11. @bilibomb please make sure you're selecting reply instead of report. It isn't good to misuse the report button, especially when you meant to reply. Also, if you're getting an error message doing so, then you've obviously did it wrong. For starters, load up a BDSP save, then try using the Roaming8b option. For now, don't select any IV options. (besides the 3 guaranteed IVs)
  12. Try this instead: Make sure you select the correct options
  13. Not sure what you're on about, but perhaps I didn't fully clarify my point. I'm not talking about the documentation regarding the phenomenon. Rather, documentation regarding what value gets saved where in the save. If we don't know what gets saved where, how do we make an editor for it? If the program developers were to independently conduct research (such as finding out where such species for such a condition may be stored at) every time someone suggests something, I don't think any programming would actually get done. Hope that makes it clearer :3
  14. Yeah cause the gender is wrong on the official card. We’ll work on dealing with that, thanks
  15. Yeah if you end up with a 00000001.sav, you’re not grabbing the right file. Also don’t delete it nor shift it from the location in your system
  16. yeah in that case you probably could document it.
  17. If you’re trying to place a save into your modded 3DS, you won’t need to convert it to a .gba. do you have a modded GBA VC cia installed on your 3DS?
  18. You sure it isn’t just the starter? If so it should be easy for you to document. Stuff can’t even be considered for implementation if it doesn’t get documented by anyone
  19. Did it give you a sav file, at the location where the ROM is?
  20. Not possible. It's random, and based on the mons in your dex.
  21. Not directly.
  22. Are they both on the same firmware? are they both on OFW? both games on same software version/revision? both have flight mode off?
  23. I’ve removed the formatting. if you want to transfer saves between hacked and unhacked, it has to be done locally and on the same profile. There’s no way around it. Even between two unhacked units, you gotta be on the updated firmware + locally + same profile. The official ways operate solely via that method.
