    The Gen 3 folder will contain gen 1 & 2 species. This is because GBA games could not connect to GB/GBC games. Thus they allowed Gen 1 and Gen 2 species to be recaught. These files are created with that limitation in mind. I also mention that towards the end of the file description above...

    Or you know, keep it. Maybe it's a Glitched mon, may yield useful information when it can be transferred. Or perhaps it's a Ninjask hacked to have Zamazenta's ability, hence why it can't be transferred to SWSH. How did you obtain it?

    no clue, sounds about right. any wonder card with ID 0 does not appear in the list.

    except Gen 6 has the same list. Despite being possible to set in the save to breed a fancy or ball vivillon, no country ever had set that in gen 6. It's probably just error handling or laziness... No reason to think why they wouldn't just port over the same code used in gen 6 too. I'm certainly intrigued by the possibility that they might have changed it up, but I imagine we would have gotten a report by now, and the prospect of starting over 100 saves in different regions+country combinations makes me not want to do that.

    HOME is a cloud based service. I don't expect it to be allow the mons to be hacked, like Pokémon GO.

    It can be updated. Go into Bank, then press Y to select main (during box shifting), and select Pokedex. This way, Bank's Pokedex is updated. Then transfer a mon to HOME. HOME's dex gets updated then. Unless they glitched it, no, it would not remove, only add. (tho in this cases there's nothing to add)

    Huh? Don't completely understand what you're saying. Regarding what I understand, you're saying there's missing info? PKHeX should emulate the transfer as per the games, and there shouldn't be any missing info at all. In any case, do note that: you can only transfer files from gen 3 to 6 into XYORAS. Also, more appropriate that you start a new thread, include screenshots of what you're asking for in a spoiler.

    Apparently, the conditions where "you move every mon one box to the left or right" only applies to living dex. While your Nat dex can be completed, maybe you released or traded some mon away. Plus it's possible to complete a nat dex without a living dex. Once I completed my living dex and did the box shift, I got my Magearna. (My previous living dex has holes in em apparently)

    You might be missing entries in your living dex. I'm now filling the holes in my living dex to try again.

    In Emerald natively? Only Speed form. When transferred upwards? Can be any form, cause of the various transform mechanics littered across those games.
