Yanmega. Hm. I think I tend to notice patterns.

LOL. Just noticing the eon thing? I had noticed other Pokémon with the ending -eon too, and thought it was BAD. And... Iguanas are awesome, but they're known to be... grumpy. I got skitty too, before. WAILORD... xDDDDD

Wait. What? Doesn't a velociraptor count as "transspecies"? From Wikipedia: Fossils of dromaeosaurids more primitive than Velociraptor are known to have had feathers covering their bodies, and fully-developed, feathered wings. The fact that the ancestors of Velociraptor were feathered and possibly capable of flight long suggested to paleontologists that Velociraptor bore feathers as well, since even flightless birds today retain most of their feathers. In September 2007, researchers found quill knobs on the forearm of a Velociraptor found in Mongolia. These bumps on bird wing bones show where feathers anchor, and their presence on Velociraptor indicate it too had feathers. According to paleontologist Alan Turner, A lack of quill knobs does not necessarily mean that a dinosaur did not have feathers. Finding quill knobs on Velociraptor, though, means that it definitely had feathers. This is something we'd long suspected, but no one had been able to prove. ___ The more that we learn about these animals the more we find that there is basically no difference between birds and their closely related dinosaur ancestors like velociraptor. Both have wishbones, brooded their nests, possess hollow bones, and were covered in feathers. If animals like velociraptor were alive today our first impression would be that they were just very unusual looking birds. ___ According to Turner and co-authors Norell and Peter Makovicky, quill knobs are not found in all prehistoric birds, and their absence does not mean that an animal was not feathered – flamingos, for example, have no quill knobs. However, their presence confirms that Velociraptor bore modern-style wing feathers, with a rachis and vane formed by barbs.

Wait. People are borderline bashing furries in a thread about respect? LOL

I love science too. I'm an animal person and... One for genetics, actually. <3 ...Which kind of explains my stance in this thread, I guess. Lol But I love knowing about other random parts of science too. ...Getting way too off topic. ><

I always press Down+B, since my brother taught me it when I was beginning Pokémon and it grew into habit. I've heard some people say it was an actual glitch or something, but I don't think it was ever proven... Anyways, maybe you're doing MicroPK and forcing the Pokémon to be caught by using your mind.

Don't need to say sorry, I think I over clarify sometimes also... I HAVE heard that people usually go to the King James version of the Bible when they want to check for the closest translation possible. And yeah, I'm pretty sure that we may never be able to explain everything with science, but I sure hope we get close. :3

Okami, kuoleva is basically saying that there is no proof that the Bible is actually related to God, at all. One could lie about having the Holy Spirit guide them to write a book. Saying that it's the Holy Spirit doesn't prove it to people, especially ~2000 years later. Unless you knew that and was just clarifying about the Holy Spirit for other reasons... ____ ... Honestly, I'm getting a bit "turned off" at the the repeated mentioning of humans being so bad. It's quite obvious we're not perfect, but we were created in his image. So... Why is this mentioned so much in almost every other post? Lol I saw in some it was actually related but... it seemed thrown in too much. Religious debates seem to be quite depressing. O_o;; ___ @pokemonfan: Of course it has! Religion is always the cause for a lot of debate. And... walls of texts in debates are... Kind of needed, most of the time. Especially since you usually need to back things up and whatnot.

Hmm. Love doesn't always include sexual intimacy. Especially for asexuals... Right now, I can't think if romantic love is "higher" than platonic love... I think that they might both be able to be at the same levels at their highest, just that they feel different. I never actually looked into love too much, so I won't try blabbing a lot about what I don't know of. Emotions are part of our mind, and our mind, or awareness is created from our brain... So, it's likely love is chemical, at least partially. As for love losing it's meaning... I don't think it has. Maybe used so much that people don't automatically think romantic, but I think it should be obvious when you tell someone, what you really mean. Tone of voice and such.

No? I specifically read suicide being mentioned while leafing through a Bible one day. Perhaps in Leviticus? Not sure... I'll check.

What's Your Favorite Pokemon? Current Pokémon Type: Dragon
Zafur replied to Greencat's topic in Generation 4
I love Pikachu's line, of course. Also Mareep/Flaaffy, and Luxray. Wow... I think we need more electrics or something. My other favourites had about ten Pokémon. Edit: Jolteon is cool too! -
It was first stated as 150, but then Mexico apparently retracted the statement and gave the new, smaller number. It was apparently an error in diagnosis or something, forgot by now.

Well... Hm. Retarded as in mentally slow, can sometimes be used in exchange for stupid. I'm not saying they mean exactly the same thing, but I believe there are instances where either word can be used. Such as, maybe : "Stop acting stupid/retarded." It can be used if a person is currently being "slow" at understanding something "obvious". Also. Calling things gay actually slightly makes sense, not that I believe that you should be using it. Some people who use it think homosexuality is bad/stupid, so they call it gay instead of bad/stupid. Other people use gay without the connection, and that's worse in a way... Well. Either way, I still don't like it, as it's still butchering the language, among other things, as previously stated.

Hmm... I'm kind of unsure why people have to believe in only a Religion. Or only think that Darwinism is fact. Sorry for the messy post in advance.>< I believe in evolution. Breeding dogs from wolves, for example, is enough fact for me. Being able to create your own breeds over the years is a form of evolution, only controlled, selective, and within a much shorter time. Evolution doesn't always mean T-Rex to birds. It can be small things too. I was brought up as a Christian, however, so I believe God, or well, whatever being(s) in control of the universe decided to make evolution happen. (I'm actually in a state of reaffirming my beliefs a bit for my religion. I find other religions quite nice and tend to mismatch them together at times.) That's it. Belief in both. God makes evolution happen. The order in the Bible of Earth's creation coincides perfectly with science's theories, if you ignore the timestamps. (Besides, how exactly was the universe/world created in 6/7 days when the current solar system we use for time didn't exist yet? Unless I'm mistaken about that, a bit lazy to check at the moment.) And to the person who said that you would refuse to believe in a God so evil as to make life and evolution a big drawn out gladiator game... Has God not made out lives a bet to the Devil? God basically said "Hey, I betchu I'll get more followers at Judgment. You get to tempt them, and I'll try to keep them in line. If they lose and follow you, they get tortured forever." "You're on!" Has God not punished us severely, Noah's Ark, etc? If you believe in the Bible 100%, has it not preached hate? Pro-slavery, for one... And if you want to follow some of present day translations, encourages hate against homosexuals. I thought God was all about love? I do not believe the Bible was meant to be taken 100% literally. I go to a Catholic school, and they teach that some things were exaggerated for emphasis, and are not to be taken literally, especially for historical happenings, but to look for the deeper meaning, at times... I'm definitely not preaching my beliefs as proof, but I firmly believe in evolution, at least, God helping the universe start out or not. There really is just so much evidence. Flying Spaghetti Monster, anyone?

Native too? I really love the language and wouldn't mind visiting there sometime. x3 German is one of my favourite languages, one that I'm attempting to learn.

What's Your Favorite Pokemon? Current Pokémon Type: Dragon
Zafur replied to Greencat's topic in Generation 4
Hm... A lot of the Flying types are actually pretty nice. I like Charizard, aerodactyl, lugia, rayquaza, and yanmega as both normal and shiny. And Ledian, Scyther and Tropius as normal coloured. Tie between rayquaza, tropius and yanmega for my favourite out of all of them. -
Okay, makes sense. I never really played the first gen, but it didn't seem like it would come from it.

Good thing I'm a packrat. It was made available on the old forums. It was included in the Pokestock folders... Not sure what was needed or not, so just uploaded the Pokestock folder instead of Pokebox itself. PokeStockver6_4 English Version.zip

Omg. I wish I could make plushies... Now I feel like starting a Pokémon plushy collection. Mew's tail = <3

I'm one of them. I still like to feel the satisfaction of breeding my own team sometimes too. And I'm the type to use fully legit Pokémon if it's required. What gen was this move introduced in, anyways?o-o
