    @TonsofPuppies, TLDR, PKHex does not detect PCJP 2003 (5th anniv) eggs properly. Here is a link to all of the public ones that are legal (probably legitly acquired back in 2003): Legal 5th Anniv Eggs While it is possible to create a method to generate the eggs, we find no reason to make this method public or easily available for several reasons: 1) It encourages selling on ebay and etsy, and scamming via trade channels, both of which we do not condone. 2) There aren't that many good IV spreads, and none of these old events make good competitive pokemon anyways. 3) We have so many of them in our collection, that you can just use one of those. As for academic research and people interested in reverse engineering, the thread @ajxpk linked to has enough info. You can also contact me for help if stuck.

    We should test when the game is live and then we will make it available on the gallery. For now it is in the unreleased section.

    It would be interesting to find out if they are final (someone should test), because the repeatable flag was removed.

    100% can be changed to generate the eggs. Requires very few code tweaks.

    Like other events, there are only 65535 spreads. Unfortunately of those, only a fraction are bagon with wish. Also almost all of the IV spreads are shit.

    I will spell it out plainly. If you are using windows XP or windows Vista, you have to get a new computer. If you run windows 7 or newer then you can install 4.6.

    Yeah @HaxAras had 32 FR/LG cards. He has sold them all since. I wish I knew, I could have scanned them and converted the dotcode.

    The French one in our gallery is used in all US/EU distributions.

    There is 1 year to get this. I can't wait to see the research for NTR dumping USUM local wireless / infrared events.

    By that logic they would require a game update if they decided to make a QR for something else. You would think they would just not read the species field whatsoever too.

    That explains why I haven't seen it. Ok cool. EDIT: Are the first 4 bytes IVs? 1 guaranteed? EDIT Again: It would make sense they would include US if they want to redistribute the same QR code later for the US, or more likely for SEA.

    People can do whatever they want. They are free to buy carts and sell them, or dump them, and sell the ROMs. The problem I have is with lying. Saying things like, "I can't because I have an agreement," then selling it.

    We know when a shiny PID comes up, it reseeds the RNG. EDIT: We found out that it rerolls if it is shiny.
