    1-3: Researchers debate over this. The real answer is that, back in Gen 3, there wasn't much of a formal research community so a lot of info especially on how to "read" Gen 3 events is just gone. Also, to the best of my knowledge, with the lack of wonder cards, there's little differentiating Gen 3 event Pokemon with regular Pokemon caught within the games. However, if someone is offering to trade you anomgzors legit shiny Celebi, it's probably not legit. 4: Probably.

    This has been posted time and time again. There are no viruses, malware, adware, etc... that are on this site. That means Your antivirus software sucks (IE Norton) Your computer was already infected Both None of which Project Pokemon can help you with.

    As to what game to put it onto, depends on how concerned you are about legality. A Pokemon who is native to BW can't have something like move tutor moves from Gen 3 or Gen 4. But if you don't care about legality, then it really doens't matter,

    People sell hacked Pokemon all the time. There's no evidence that that is an actual Mew from the actual event, let alone a shiny one.

    This forum is about PokeGen and problems with it. Apparently, PokeGen worked just fine. You have to PokeTransfer Celebi and the shiny dogs for the appropriate events to activate. If you just plop them into BW, the events won't activate.
