    Those forms don't exist in SWSH, thus the menu for them doesn't appear. If you like, here's some alternatives: 1. Modify the source code of PKHeX, make your own branch. 2. If you don't want to modify the source code, use batch editor to edit the forms of what you're viewing. :3 3. Dragging in one of them in the alt-forms, from lower gen to current gen. This is all I can think of for now. ><

    PKHeX can handle the conversion just fine. But not there won't be a legal HOME Tracker ID associated with the mon.

    It’s great to summarise, but there’s always caveats, people asking for elaborations and examples, etc.

    Similar deal. You can’t access the “save” to be able to see the Mon in order to generate data based on them for simulate transfer.

    remove the (8). it can only be main. No extensions. No numbers. Then try again. Also, if it still doesn't work, and you wanna upload a save: Drop the file there when replying.

    Specifically, I'm asking how you transfer the save to your SD, before the step of inserting into the game. FTP? Direct SD to PC? also, since you mentioned JKSM, the next question would be: 1) are there any other files in the folder containing the save? 2) is the save still named "main"? 3) could you upload said save here?

    Not possible. GO saves are server based. It can't be modified like saves on consoles are.

    Use this to edit your existing save to whatever points in the list in the program:

    ^ that. you gotta use a same Nintendo account. Using the same local transfer feature, you can share your account local wirelessly to the other Switch. Make sure to go for the option that retains the profile on your 1st Switch. This way, you’ll legitimately have the same profile on both Switches. You can start the process by pressing the (+) on user profile selection menu when you start a game.

    Officially? You can never get it back. The best you could do is update to the latest version. unofficially? Just use the null ID file.

    It’s too small to be a full save. Sounds like you’re using save states. Use the game’s menu (the press x button on the NDS) then save the game, instead of using the emulator’s menu. Then, look for a DSV or SAV file.

    What format is that? How did you obtain it?

    Well, long story short, you don't inject a save as a ROM. If the converter needs a ROM, supply it a ROM. ROMs (like .gba) and saves (like .sav) are two different things. Maybe set up the GBA cia and install it first.

    According to what you said, it appears to be stored between each progress point (starter, gym, etc)? You could do before and after saves for each of those points and compare event flags. PKHeX has a event research button IIRC

    i figured it was that (for both points). Glad it works!

    @bilibomb please make sure you're selecting reply instead of report. It isn't good to misuse the report button, especially when you meant to reply. Also, if you're getting an error message doing so, then you've obviously did it wrong. For starters, load up a BDSP save, then try using the Roaming8b option. For now, don't select any IV options. (besides the 3 guaranteed IVs)
