Make copy of A save (named A save copy now), THEN edit it with PKHeX, then save over A save copy. (this means you'll have 2 saves: A save and A save copy) Now inject A save copy into B. (Now's let's call this B save) Now, HOME allows you to view saves for other user profiles. So, starting up HOME with A, use it to view B save. Drag the hexed mons into HOME. Then still using HOME, access A save. Now drag the hexed mons into A save. Congratulations, you have edited mons in A, without editing the A save.

Yeah, when the Arceus was distributed for Entree Forest, B2W2 didn't even exist for players. (GF was probably already developing it, but that does not matter in this case) And GF/TPCi never re-hosted the event when B2W2 got released. So it's not for B2W2. Based on everything you said, yup. Doesn't matter if RNG'd or SR'd, the pseudo RNG process for Gen 3 and Gen 4 games, as well as the relationship between PID and IV, are well understood. Without a save the is directly at "before when I could still sign up" and "after I can no longer sign up", it is hard to pinpoint what is the flag/value making you unable to sign up. I can only assume that is a flag that gets set when the game detects illegal activity. As it is, this is a wild goose chase. Try completing another save (or using a completed save) and see if it's possible. Also possible the server is blocking your Game sync ID (of whatever the equivalent is on this gen). Try blanking it out, then connect to the servers (so that you get a new one), then trying again.

Making it hatch faster, yeah. Getting it faster? It's in the save, but I don't think the location for it is documented. Unless I'm proven otherwise, the answer is no. (and even if it can, you're only making the current egg faster, not subsequent eggs. If you want all eggs to be received faster, you need to activate some kind of cheat code;RAM edits, not save edits.
