  1. Why are you responding to a post made in 2016?
  2. Actually not entirely true. While I agree that the images at this portion seems to imply that only starters use the feature. (and the text on the top in no way mentions it is only the starters) The text highlighted in blue roughly translates to: "Pokémon who have adventured together can also gain Gigantamax." Important words: Pokémon - In Japanese, they used ポケモンたち (pokemon-tachi) which is the plural form (like ore-tachi or watashi-tachi). While English translation don't seem to differentiate between singular and plural, this plural usage is kinda obvious. Also - In Japanese, they used も (mo) particle, which usually means also, again, too. So together, what I can gather, is that multiple Pokémon also can qualify for the usage of the soup. Perhaps only high friendship Pokémon can use max soup? How else will they check the criteria of "adventured together"? indeed.
  3. well you can trade for it online. While I agree most events seem focused on the whole "Japan only", well Japan is the country that birthed Pokémon after all. Besides, doesn't change the fact that it is legally available now. Deoxys can be shiny in Gen 3. Granted, not easy to come across a real one, but once again it doesn't change the fact that it is legally available now. no clue. I don't develop PKHeX.
  4. Maybe it is a last effort to keep the gen alive. Maybe it is to make sure everything is available for that gen (mostly) before they move on the next gen. No one in public really knows for sure, if we are going to continue to doubt every press release they make. Shiny Xerneas and Shiny Yveltal was pretty much at the end of gen 6. Zygarde was probably for a second installment of Kalos, but we wouldn't know. In any event it was kinda in the story for gen 7. To that end, a shiny Zygarde was released halfway through. Shiny Solgaleo/Lunala/Necrozma was at the end of Gen 7 tho. As for shiny mythicals in recent Gens, I think Gen 5 had Genesect, Gen 6 had Diancie, Gen 7 had Meltan/Melmetal. It's not complete, but it's something ><
  5. There will always be people that find a way to be pissed off about something. If they were to distribute it as shiny, people will be pissed that it's an easy shiny. If they were to distribute it as not shiny locked, people will be pissed because shiny odds in these games have improved compared to the gen 3/4, so it's in their mind it is pretty likely others will get it as shiny. If they were to distribute it as shiny locked, people will be angry that it will be hidden for 5-10 years. There's simply no pleasing everyone. While the company should please as much people as possible, they should do it in a way that ensures the quality in their minds. As an interview once revealed, they started shiny locking stuff so that shiny legendaries will be more special. With that in mind, that decision makes sense..
  6. Probably. You should start your own thread. If people know they'll get back to you. This isn't the place to discuss that.
  7. Either use the steps I listed in the file description, of use the steps you're quoting me. (For file injection method, use the files that I've uploaded on site here . The files must be from the same download). CFW Switch doesn't stop either of these method. I would know, cause I have a CFW Switch.
  8. Well you could just change the Ability.
  9. out of genuine curiosity, what use for that is there?
  10. I'll upload it to the in-game series eventually.
  11. Save twice in-game. You know, the fancy menu (using X button) that lets you check Pokédex or Trainer Card. There's a save option there. Use it Also, Gen 7 saves are not DSVs. use a main from your exported save. edit: Following Discord, it appears what you said is your save is from Powersaves. Encrypted saves won't do. For Gen 7, afaik only hacked 3DS's can decrypt them. PKHeX use decrypted saves.
  12. and https://projectpokemon.org/tutorials/save-editing/using-pkhex/pid-mismatch-origin-game-rsefrlg-r94/ and more here: https://www.smogon.com/ingame/rng/emerald_wild_pokemon
  13. That block is for Records (the little text that shows whether you've received the gift). You can modify that block, but it doesn't affect in-game redemptions. Regarding reading the bin from that block, I have a tool here. Documentation here. And no, modifying these will not make event redeemable in-game. As I said, these are merely records. Think of them as a remnant or something left behind, from the process of the event redemption. Changing this leftover won't change what has already happened (which is the event redemption) Wonder cards are no longer stored in saves, and the games do not support redemptions from within the saves itself (unlike past gens). Any event redemptions go directly to bag/party/PC.
  14. Starting from 5th June 2020, a serial code that allows users to redeem a Dynamax Crystal for Gigantamax Copperajah has been made available. As far as I can tell, the event were announced in European countries, between going to Gamestop or GameMania between 5th June to some early date in July(prior to the DLC launch). (link)(link 2) The changes done to the Dynamax Crystal populated dens was first observed here (June 02, 2020), however it's status of it being an official event was not known (think Unreleased Gmax Butterfree Event). A wonder card for the Dynamax Crystal was later uploaded to the BCAT (June 03, 2020) It later received confirmation of being an official event (June 05, 2020) As of time of writing, this event is the only way to get Curse on a Copperajah that can Gigantamax without breeding move transfers, from event raids. This events also has a certain fixed IVs
  15. that makes sense. yeah stupid Poke Ball Mew -.- Luckily, now with HOME, I can transfer the one I redeemed on LGPE over No worries there. I think I only used edizon for shiny cheats in 1.0.0, then it got old real quick..
  16. If I'm being honest, I completely forgot that option is a thing XD Now to talk about codes: No shiny codes for 1.1.1 (or does the 1.1.0 one work?)
  17. No worries, I think I fixed it. In the future, maybe paste into a notepad first, then copy from there. That should clear the formatting. :3
  18. Hey @AliceTheAlice, good work! Anyway, be careful when pasting over content from another post. You may wanna copy into a notepad (to clear formatting) before copying over >< I can only assume you're using the dark theme. The Copied content would have a black background in any theme that isn't the dark theme >< Example Anyway I hope I've been able to edit the post properly
  19. I don't. Have no reason to. I guess we'll wait for the devs to look into this issue, if they ever.
  20. Nevermind, I get the same error when attempting to rebuild as 3DS.
  21. mind showing a screenshot of your PK3DS? Also, does it even load up UM files, and just editing is the problem? (for example, I have it loaded up)
  22. 1. Make sure you're using the latest version of PK3DS (can follow first post to download latest version) 2. Get a proper ROM dump. Best results is if you dump with GodMode9. (Tutorial here)
  23. A kind reminder that asking for ROMs, or files from within ROMs, is against our rules. If the same person asks for it again, they'll earn infraction points.
