    He can but it would be different from that Arceus and it won't unlock an in-game event when traded to HGSS. Also, since the event hasn't been released, specific details which are required are still unknown. Examples would be the TID and SID, the OTG, etc.

    If so, he would need to change his EV's and also I recommend the Nature to be Naughty or Lonely if applying with Fire Blast.

    Definitely Cyndaquil for me. In my opinion, through all stages compared with the other same stage starters, Cyndaquil, Quilava and Typholosion all look the coolest.

    I agree with randomspot555's Salamence set better. If you use your set, a Bronzong with Levitate which is used a lot on Wi-Fi battles can wall all your attacks which gives you no chance but to retreat.

    Alright this is what happens. Whenever I download a .pkm file from Project Pokemon, it doesn't work. I try using US Pokesav (D/P) to load it to the Pal Park edit section but it says Error: "?t?@?C???I?C?Y???Y?E?*C?s?**?U?**??,?{?b?N?X?a?I". Where I put asterisks (*) I really meant that that was a character that I didn't know how to type up. When I load it with my US Pokesav Pokemon Platinum Version, it works perfectly fine. But if I use the US Pokesav Pokemon DP Version, it just wouldn't seem to work. After the failed attempt of Pal Park edit, I tried Party edit, it still wouldn't work with the same error. What am I doing wrong? Please Help, Thanks

    When Arceus was the strongest pokemon because Sinnoh was brought in, it had the highest overall stats. It would be good if because Johto is being brought back in, Ho-oh ang Lugia's base stats rise so that they have the power over Arceus.
