    Legit: Caught and trained in game. Not touched by any external devices such as Action Replay Legal: Obtained through the use of cheating (wild pokemon modifier, etc.)/hacking (pokesav, etc.) although stats, abilities and all possessions are no different from a legit pokemon.

    Due to the lack of knowledge of negaboshi jirachi we are unable to confirm whether it has a specific SID or the SID is just 0.

    Fateful Encounter isn't necessary and as you said it's most GBA events which don't have a SID. But some do but since this is a Japanese GBA event, the site doesn't have it so we don't know. Try searching the net for pics of its Pokedex Entries, that might help.

    31 IV's isn't illegal, it's still legit. And the Level 0 part is because he didn't fill it in. You don't need to fill it in when it's a hatched pokemon. Also, yep this is illegal though. A female Flygon with all 31 IV's cannot possibly have the Lonely Nature with the PID: 3581836301 The only possible PID for a female Flygon with all 31 IV's with a Lonely Nature is 2443831376 As for the Hidden Hex Values and the Trash Bytes i'm not too confident with that. Ask someone else or read some other threads.

    I think in the movie I watched in youtube, it also showed that the PokeGear included a Globe for Wi-Fi trading. Watch it . In the movie, it also showed that you needed to battle Dialga/Palkia/Giratina not just receive them.

    You surely have really high expectations, I don't think i'm too good with avatars anyway... EDIT: How do you like put so much effort into it. Seriously my Avatars are 120 by 120 and the pokemon takes up 3/4 the space. It's really hard to make it look good in the background when you've got so less space.

    Yeah only the bottom part is copy-paste though. I thought i'd get a low rating... My signatures are a better thing than my Avatars, that's a fact... EDIT: How about these two?: Dragonite Garchomp Are these better? I didn't spend much effort on them but at least the backgrounds were made using brushes.

    I use Macromedia Fireworks 8. Its not a famous program like GIMP or Adobe Photoshop but it's pretty useful. If you don't know what it is, google it. I'm sure you'll find it. As for a rating of you're signature: 8.5/10 - May be improved if you make Gengar more smooth. Like on the colours of Gengar you could see like billions of slightly different tiny coloured dots. Btw rate these avatars which I made just a few minutes ago: Togekiss Salamence Yeah, yeah, I know, I used the same font and sky background for both pics.
