Are your games and Bank upgraded? The only way to go online is to have the latest patches, which requires an updated 3DS.

I can't tell without computer specs. Mine for example can only read SD cards, so I had to get a USB reader. The Transcend one I have only cost around $12 on Amazon.

Powersaves backup files are encrypted .bin files located in C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Powersaves3DS. You can decrypt them with... http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?44175-Pokemon-Gen-VI-Save-Decrypter It turns the file into a decrypted one that PKHex can read and edit. You export it as a main file, but can only be read via Gateway firmware and SaveDataFiler. Unless you have a JP console and games, where CyberSave is the option over Powersaves. Main files can't be turned into Powersaves encrypted backup files, as far as I know. Basically, it's one way.

Kyurem-White can't be traded, it has to be separated, where you have to fuse Kyurem and Reshiram. So I'll trade those two.

Hasn't this been talked about before? This pokemon can't be traded via wifi, I can provide a QR code. That would only work if you didn't update your 3DS. You can then trade the pokemon locally with your brother.

You think Gallade's a grass type? Leaf Blade, it can learn, the rest no. With that said, I made one with a legal pokeball and the legal moveset provided.

The only possible way is if you have an un-updated 3DS, with the ability to inject this pokemon via QR code, and trade it back to your brother locally. Local trades aren't limited by legality, no internet connection and all.

You can edit the event pokemon's region and country so it looks like it came from Japan. Even without that, they pass through wifi trades and battle spots. -

PKHex and 3DS firmware have no correlation, you mean to ask if there will be updates to web injection. As far as I know, no. Yes. If they released a patch to the games, you'd have to update the firmware to get them, otherwise you won't be able to connect online with them.

It's not possible, unless there are games out there that force update to 9.0-9.5.22. As far as I know, there isn't any. If you have a Gateway and Powersaves, you can make a rom with your current saves and work off that.

PKHex working and the firmware of a 3DS has no correlation whatsoever, only if PKHex was ported into 3DS as a cia or something. There's no future in sight for web injecting in this newer firmware. As already stated, stop asking.
