    They're ready, but what's up with the ability capsule? Don't intend on using it for Tornadus, can't change from normal ability to hidden ability, and vice versa. Also Tornadus can only be caught in OR.

    Ramsav's data is only partial, it doesn't entail everything in the game, because not all the save data is stored in the ram. That's why I still backup with powersaves just in case, ramsav's good to backup pokemon in your boxes and party and restore into another game without having to delete and start all over.

    You need to update your laptop's region and language settings (control panel>regional and language options), which would prompt you using your OS installation disc. That's what I did and it showed everything as they should be.

    I don't believe you should be making event pokemon from the ground up because their values are very specific (not PID/EC in GenVI), and it's better just to download a pkm from a legit one and edit to your liking. The only way to accurately make an event pokemon's gender, is guessing. Either that or seeing someone's pkm of said pokemon. OCT2014 Diancie for example has a male OT.

    What are you using? Gateway, SaveDataFiler? If so, did you make sure you export the save pressing y on SDF? Then in PKHex, you export save there, holding shift? I think it automatically exports a save file as if it's a ramsav, hence why you have to hold shift when clicking on "export sav." If you're using the browser exploit, it doesn't work on emunand, only sysnand.

    Search for a PKM of Keldeo, it's an event pokemon so that means its OT/TID/SID are all a specific value, and there are more than one Keldeo event. The pokescrap one is recent, so that shouldn't be hard. The genies, what abilities did you set? If they're HA, their met location has to be Dream Radar, OG is B2/W2, in a dream ball, levels are 10, 20, 40 (there are others, but nothing higher than 40). If not HA, met location in ORAS for all is "Soaring the Sky" and level 50.     I wanted to see what would happen if I edited a Secret Base trainer's pokemon, replacing the 3 with Blissey. I can only replace the first 2, even when number 3 is edited, and I click "save" it doesn't work. For example, someone's third pokemon was a Charizard. After editing I battled 2 Blisseys, and the last pokemon was a Charizard. Is that supposed to happen? A measure to prevent full on cheating? Just wanted to speed up the exp gaining process without stopping at the limit with my Secret Base pals (who all have Blisseys). EDIT: Turns out I have to edit 1 or 2 after 3 in order to save that specific edit. Kind of redundant, but I'll live with it.

    It could be you just got the order wrong and have to choose Kyurem first when using the splicers, then choose Reshiram or Zekrom. I tested it myself a week or so ago and found I couldn't fuse when selecting Zekrom/Reshiram first.

    Venusaur and Gyarados can be made simply if you set them as eggs, with the hatch met date not being before the egg met date, and the met level being 1. Also make sure if you put any egg moves, they are entered in Relearn Moves. Keldeo's a different story, you're better off searching for a pkm file from Gen V or VI, or a wc6 file (Pokescrap Keldeo), and putting whatever file in PKHex. Its SID, TID, and OT are all set (depending on which one), its Met Location can't be Poketransfer, Fateful Encounter box must be ticked, met date has to be a date when it could've been obtained legitimately.

    It's not impossible though if you research and see what works and doesn't work, usually through failing in wifi trading and battling. It shouldn't be recommended though to generate an event Pokemon from scratch. And it's true about soft resetting for days, only that can stretch to 2 months, as is the case with me and Cresselia. Now I'm on a necessary pause from that.

    You can click no and only fill a box and subsequent ones without deleting what you currently have. Still best to move pokemon away from boxes that would be filled with the dragging and dropping.

    I have 3 that came from Emerald, genned a long time before using PKHex, and they all made it through Pokemon Bank. Neither were Shiny, but it's possible to catch a Shiny Mew in Faraway Island, the met location and everything is identical. It might help to remake the Mew from scratch. I had a problem recently where I made a Roggenrola over a Pichu, despite removing its relearn moves and Pichu moveset, it still came up as illegal to trade. When I made one from scratch, it was trade-able.

    Relearn moves are egg/event moves, so Mew shouldn't have any of those based on it coming from Emerald.

    With only those two sections shown and not its moves and relearn moves, I can only think that the met location is not right. Day Care Helpers would be the location for an egg, not a hatched pokemon.

    Double click the "OT" in OT/Misc tab. It replaces the TID/OT/SID with yours from the save file.

    I explained that code a couple of days ago. Mine didn't turn out as bad eggs, all it took was 1 step, and they hatched. The Pokemon that hatched are based on their national dex number. 1-6 is the following: Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard. All timid with their HAs, and 6IVs.

    You can't do that with the ram exploit, I think that's a rom related issue, editing the blacklist and entering hacked pokemon in those facilities.
