    Options > Toggle Unicode. If that doesn't work, update your region and language settings with your Windows OS disc.

    Latias' nickname is too long as a pre-Gen VI pokemon (10 characters). Met date for Latios doesn't matter, it will be the date it was transferred. Also TID can't be above 65535, at least when using PKHex. Meloetta's SID is 0. Everything else is doable.

    According to Serebii, the first two events listed aren't nature locked. The third with Arceus, hasn't even started yet. I'll just provide a Michina Arceus. I'm ready to trade.

    Text isn't enough, it would help greatly if you shared the pokemon files. If I'm reading right, you generate all pokemon from Black 2 as hatched eggs? Including Gen VI? Not right, make sure pre-Gen VI pokemon hatched in Black 2 have "Day care couple" as egg met conditions. It's easier though to just set non-legendary pokemon as eggs met in "Day care helpers" and met location as Lumiose City or Battle Resort. Make sure they have legal relearn moves (level 1 and egg moves). Again, sharing your ram2sav would help.

    No, and I haven't played on roms in a while, owning a Gateway. A precaution to never go online when playing the roms, which I don't need to when I have 3 carts to go online anyways (my AS requires Gateway Classic).

    I just took out the SD card and put it back in, that problem though only happens to my 2GB SD card, the SDHC ones for 3DS are plugged into a USB adapter because my computer's old.

    Their OG should be Pearl, and their Met Location should be "(Poketransfer)." I made those edits on the Cresselia and it passed through.

    I wish I lived in Japan. I would hope there's a US event version that would come with an American debut of that movie. It's not fair that the first pentagon Arceus will only be in Japan. Hopefully Powersaves provides legit wondercards of this.

    Zapdos with Defog is only possible from Gen IV, and Sheer Force Landorus was only available through Dream Radar. I made their met info reflect that.

    Use an emulator then, import the PGF in Pokegen's Mystery Gift Editor, save and load the sav file on a DS emulator. Or just search on Pokedit, they have a lot of Gen V event pokemon with the option of saving them as pgf or pkm.

    PGF files are mystery gifts for Gen V, it's opened by Pokegen where you inject the event into a Gen V game. After you backup the cart following claiming the gift, you can save the pokemon as a PKM and drag it to PKHex.

    It's very feasible when owning all games from Gen III to VI. That's my case, but I haven't really started. If I ever get it down, I'd be willing to share it. It's a nice little challenge, one that warrants not using shortcuts.
